    PLEASE I’m begging you not to order a digital code from Amazon. This was such a massive pain. When I got my code and entered it into the app I got an error it had already been redeemed!! Amazon will not refund you at all!!! I spent days trying to get a straight answer from someone and I contacted Microsoft and they said there is nothing they could do either. This was such a huge mistake that I will never do again!!! I had exhausted all my options after everyone from Amazon telling me no I finally had to just call my card company and report fraud and get a whole new card!! What a train wreck Amazon.     If you need an extra controller or two for the XBOX360 or POC at a value price, this is it. These controllers have a good feel to them. Makes using the controller easy and effortless to the point of not noticing it is there. These replicate the original controllers well.Paring and set-up is easy. The smallest downside is the translated manuals do not always get every word exactly right all of the time. If you pay attention to the manual you can set this up fairly trouble-free.Does NOT come with battery pack. You can supply your own rechargeable batteries or use disposable ones.These came in a pack of two.

    As others here have said, this combo pack of controllers is a really good value!The controllers are quite well made. I tested both of the units I received, they paired easily and they both work flawlessly.I also like that the battery compartment is set up so you can use either alkaline or a rechargeable pack (batteries are not included).The main thing to be aware of is the USB transmitters are large and wide. They may be tricky to install in a tight space, and in some cases a short USB extender may be necessary.Other than that, though, for around $15 per controller, this is a budget but quality way to enjoy wireless gaming controllers on your PC. 🙂

    They work great and are gorgeous! Also feel solid and durable. The only issue is they disconnect at times and you need to remove/reinsert the wireless USB connector, and/or turn the USB insert off and back on again to get the controller to reconnect. Not a deal breaker, just an occasional inconvenience. Other than that everything’s great!

    I bought these controllers to resell with a Console I had. When I received them, they were packaged very nice very secure. Took them out and was intrigued to say that they required to use USB receivers so I was able to plug them into my Xbox 360 slim and put two AA batteries in there and sure enough works perfectly fine!I did not test them out with the original Xbox games, but I know for original 360 games they worked great. I was able to sell the console bundle within the week.

Both controllers felt good with sticks, buttons, dpad, and triggers feeling close to OEM. However, one controller stopped working after about 45 minutes of use. Lost connection somehow and could never regain it. Tried changing batteries, disconnecting the remote receiver, etc. So, one works good, the other worked good until it didnt.

    This is high quality and I’m loving it so far! But I’ve seen some reviews that I can easily understand why they are having some issues.Light flickering/odd behavior – this is a high power battery charger so you can’t plug this into your Xbox or the wall puck that came with your cell phone, as those are only 1 amp or less. You need a wall puck that does at least 3 amps.Controller won’t turn on/ battery stuck – the battery has an orientation, you can’t just throw it in. And this is actually a good thing. Pay attention to the notch on one side of the battery, it fits into a notch in the battery well of the controller. If you get that backwards it’s going to take a lot of force to insert and then it will be tough to remove, and also the controller will not turn on.Paying attention to these 2 details, the device and batteries are fantastic. Very tasteful looking battery dock that nails the Xbox theme.

Use them almost daily for multiple hours on end. They’ve gotten a lot of use in the last 2 years and I’m just now noticing the battery life isn’t as great as it once was. All things considered, not bad for the cost and I’m very happy that they’ve gone 2 years before needing to be replaced. If you’re a casual player only a few hours of gaming here and there, these guys will probably last you even longer than they lasted me. Really great purchase! I highly recommend!

    Did not come with end adapter piece that goes to USB to use it, analog sticks stick and control things in-game while I have the controller plugged in and 5ft away using keyboard and mouse. It’s not as comfortable of a shape as an Xbox 360 controller, and in general feels cheap, triggers feel horrible.

    I STILL have this and am STILL using it regularly!! The ONLY issues I have had with it is it is a little difficult to get the battery’s out if they are BOTH in the charger at once, however, I also have some tactile issues with my fingers. The other issue I have is the USB C port got loose within a few months of regular use and then stopped working unless you hold the cord just right BUT it comes with multiple ways to charge and that is great!! It is small and compact. The designs not bad and doesn’t take up much space. I simply use the USB A built in cable and plug directly into my Xbox to charge them. Very easy to use and makes changing batteries on the fly in a match so much simpler! I seem to get several days of multiple hours of play out of each battery, maybe like 24 hours? I have noticed a typical decline in the charge of the batteries BUT that’s to be expected having them for so long! Don’t pass on these as they are a wonderful addition for a reasonable price!

    I was worried at first that the batteries are not Li-Po. Not an issue. They last a really long time. I’m a casual gamer so few hours here and there, yet my controller still is using the first one I’ve installed. They can fit a wrong way into the controller, but the + and – are marked fairly well so you shouldn’t have problem installing them in the right orientation. Charger is solid, quiet, with enough info on it as what it is doing. Also, it is nice to have a second battery always ready when the time comes to change them. I know that these have an eventual limit and deration that inherit to this type of rechargeable battery, but most likely by that time I’ll be on next gen console anyhow. So far, I’m very satisfied with them and highly recommend them.

    So I have my original Xbox controllers and I also have purchased some off brand here on Amazon. This battery works for both. My other batteries I had which were original died and no longer took the charge. I’m very happy with these and the battery life on them those last a long time. They are built of good quality definitely valuable for the money spent and they do fit good. Please be patient when you’re putting the battery into the charger. Put the bottom in first and then push the upper part in. If it’s not lining up try again. Once you learn how to put them in to charge it’s very easy. I don’t recommend being rough with them because any electronic or batteries that you deal with can break if you don’t handle them properly. I highly recommend these for a good replacement for Xbox 360 controllers.
