I LOVE this silicone mat! I have used silicone mats for years to line cookie sheets and bake bread, but I had never used one to roll out pie crust or pizza dough. However, I was recently visiting a family member and helping to cook pizza and cream pies when she brought out this mat. I was amazed at how easily and accurately I was able to roll out dough, and to get it into a pan without having it stretch out of shape. Just roll out the pizza or pie dough to the measurements, put the pan on it, flip it, and peel off the mat! I ordered one for myself and have been using it ever since (last night for margherita pizza).The mat is easy to clean, but it takes a little practice to keep from sending water all over the place because it is so big. I find that if I keep it partially rolled while rinsing it, the water shedding is kept to a minimum. That is a small inconvenience, though, for the nice size of it. It is also a bit challenging to store because it shouldn’t be folded, but I find that if I wrap it around my French rolling pin, it doesn’t take up any extra space in the drawer.I’m sure that I will find additional uses for it when I have had it for a little longer time.The price is also reasonable, considering the size and quality. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this mat to anyone who likes to cook at home from scratch.

I bought this mat Dec 16, 2022. This mat is by far one of the best purchases I have made off of Amazon. The mat is super easy to use. It has terrific grip and stays in place while rolling out basically anything you are making. I have made tons of different types of dough on this mat. The measuring rings are perfect for pizza crusts, pie crusts, biscuits etc. My mat still looks brand new. There is not even a scratch on it. I highly suggest to never use sharp knives or dough cutters on it. Make sure to always wipe off when done. After I am done with my mat I take a dry paper towel and wipe off whatever I can. If I was only using flour it’s usually clean and I roll up and store. If I was using sticky fillings or meat fillings I take the extra step and sponge off with soapy water, pat dry, then let it sit for 10ish minutes, roll up and store. If you have a home that is small and do not have a place to roll dough, this mat is the only mat for you. You can even put boards on your floor then this mat and roll out dough. This mat would be perfect for school projects, especially if making or playing with play dough. This is a perfect holiday gift for any of your baker friends. I frequently link this mat to my friends and family who are in search of a mat. I would love to try out some of the other sizes to see how it compares to the xxl. The mat is huge but that is okay. On my small countertop I let it go up the side wall so that way I don’t get flour everywhere. It’s so sturdy and never falls down. I can fully let it down on my island no problem. This mat is for every household big or small. You don’t need to do anymore research if you are reading this review. I am an avid researcher and I take time to figure out best options. Again, this is one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. You can’t beat the durability of this mat with anyone else.

I like this mat and accept its few shortcomings without reservations. The size is just right for all my projects and needs (mainly 6″-8″-9″-10″ pies and cakes, breads, cookies, pastries). Think of a bigger one if your projects and table are bigger than mine ????. The mat has inch markings on the left/bottom side to satisfy a local baker (as well as centimeters on the top/right to indulge a European or Japanese expat who hasn’t gotten acclimated to customary measurements or recipes yet), which allow to effectively measure rolled dough rectangles on the fly. The circular marks in the center of the mat (in inches only) make rolling out a properly sized round pie crust an easy task too. Basic care instructions in the top left corner are kind of common sense but it doesn’t hurt to unobtrusively get reminded about risks what you can easily avoid.This is the second mat I bought (the first one was carefully placed god-knows-where in the storage while moving, and must still be there). Even though the mat is claimed to be thicker than competition, I would caution you to be gentle with the edges – I remember that I accidentally made a small tear on my old mat by abruptly pulling a side that was hanging off the table (purely cosmetic and the mat was still fully functional after that).This silicon is pleasant to the touch and washes well – since I hand wash, I fold it in half to fit in the sink (without putting any pressure on the bend) and rinse it with cold water from residue flours first, then wipe gently with a soft sponge and mild dish soap, then reverse the bend and wipe the other side, rinse, shake. It’s almost dry by then, but you can dry remaining water drops with a clean cloth towel (as paper ones may leave lint). Roll, tie and store.It is too big for my baking needs and I never intended to use it this way for I have baking mats in different sizes fit just for that. Even though I disagree with some measurement conversions in the bottom right corner (for instance, I would use 125g for 1cup of all-purpose flour, and 200g for 1cup of sugar in my recipes), this does not diminish my love for the mat, not a tiny bit.It just gives me that pleasant vibe of a product where quality meats the price at a rare “just right” mark, you know?

I use all the time. They are heavy enough to bake foods perfectly and they don’t warp, even with high temperatures. They clean up well when washed by hand. A plus is the fit in my toaster oven.

I think these are good quality and like the sizes of the 3 pack. But mine came with black spots on the large sheet. Not sure why. Glad it wasn’t a gift for someone.

First the pros:These Nordic Ware baking sheets are of high quality. Not flimsy like typical baking sheets found in grocery stores. These are much heavier and are likely similar to the one’s used in restaurants. Not much higher in price than the cheaper alternative. Due to even heat distribution, food burns less and is less likely to stick to aluminum foil on these baking sheets.Con:Sort of a minor one. Might be a problem for some. You will need to adjust your baking time and/or temperature for all food you cook in the oven. Typical cheap baking pans tend to have hot spots and cook faster at a lower temperature. A heavy duty baking sheet like these requires a much higher temperature. We used to cook chicken for 1 hour at 300 degrees on a regular baking sheet and it would be thoroughly cooked, sometimes burned up a little. Cooking chicken at 300 degrees on the thicker Nordic baking sheet for the same amount of time leads to undercooked chicken. So you will need to raise the temperature quite a bit across the board for all food items. Chicken cooked well at 350 degrees for us. So I think most food you bake will have to be cooked roughly 50 degrees higher and a few minutes longer.

Since when did stainless steel become nonstick? I’m pretty sure it’s because this SS is high-quality and doesn’t have the “pores” (can you tell I’m not a physicist?) to let food stick—like my decades-old Le Creusets (as long as I don’t do something stupid and let a pot burn without sufficient liquid).So there came a time when I realized—a “duh” moment—that, while I was religious about never using “nonstick” pans that may have been scratched (or, in one case, dishwashered) over the years, ensuring that my one remaining small “nonstick” skillet was never scratched—I realized that I had several “nonstick” sheet pans that had been scrubbed to death and yet were far from being nonstick. Toxic. So I bought 2 sets of quality stainless-steel pans from Amazon. And guess what? They’re non-stick. With these new sheet pans, which have by now been used dozens of times to roast mostly vegetables BARE—no parchment, no Silpat, just a little oil—the pans have washed up perfectly and easily (yes, when in doubt I do tend to leave in the sink for an hour or 8 with a little Dawn). I have been ultra-careful and hand-washed only, which is easy because they’re just scrub and go. Not scrub, scrub, scrub, and cry. Scrub softly with the business end of a Soft-Brite and they’re perfect. I’m actually astonished, and embarrassed that I cooked for so long with what could be toxic sheet pans. And I love the “little” pans. These are so handy! And all of these pans are SO worth the price! I bought 2 slightly-different sets (6 sheet pans—hey, I cook a lot!) , so I may repeat this review on the other set.

These are hands down the best cookie sheets, I have ever used, and I bake a lot of cookies. There are no burned edges and baking is even. They clean up beautifully and easily… do not put in the dishwasher. If you make a lot of cookies, do yourself a favor and get these.

Many people do not know how to open it and can damage the springform. To make sure this doesn’t happen, remove ring before serving.

I don’t love that it is made out of the non-stick materials, but it is helpful to have when making cheesecake. The pans are durable and sturdy, exactly like they describe and work great. I have had the first one a few years with no scratches and just bought a second one.

This pan is a dream for making/cutting and eating cheesecakes, but butter will leak through when in the oven causing smoke to blow from my oven and the occasional flare-up, this is easily resolved with a catch pan underneath. These are very well made heavy sheet pans. I’ve used them several times now, and no warping, no sticking and no blistering of nonstick coating. They arrived in perfect condition and they fit in my oven perfectly fine. They are large so measure to make sure they fit if you have a smaller oven. These pans do not have hard square corners, so that is a plus, no hard to clean places. The edges are very nicely rolled, sturdy for easily removing hot foods from the oven. Excellent product ????

These are the greatest thing since sliced bread!OK ok but they are close i have a vortex air fryer oven these fit on the racks PERFECTLY and they are truly non stick!I used to use aluminum dish for cooking egg bites i would spray with cooking spray and they would still stick. Now I dont even need a spatula also o love the little grate so if I want to cook something like fries I can. And clean up is a piece of cake!!

I like these little cooking pans! I use them almost every day to heat up frozen chicken for lunch in the oven. They clean easy and are dishwasher safe. There is a little rust buildup under the rim, but I wipe it out after the dishwasher and it’s fine. These are small enough to store easily and so far the non stick coating has held up. I’d say for how much I paid, it’s worth it!

I never had a need for these, always used jars upside down, but the price was affordable and I thought it would be fun to have. The handle does seem to be sturdy, very thin feel, but overall, they make a great starter, first apartment gift for someone who loves to bake. Happy I bought them. Besides the thin handles, the overall quality is pretty good.

I bought these for my daughter’s birthday after she begged me for mine! These very nice silicone pie crust covers are adjustable so they will fit larger and smaller pies. Simply place on top of your pie crust and bake and end up with beautiful, golden crust.

I hate making crust shields out of aluminum foil…it is a pain and wasteful. So, when I saw these silicone pie crust shields I was so excited. They work perfectly. So easy to put around your pie crust and adjustable based on the size of your pie diameter. They clean up nicely and store way in any little space that you have. Love the red color.

Bought as a gift, for a friend who’s into making pies. I kept one but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I liked this because you can adjust for different size pies. No need for tin foil stripes that fall off.

To start, the “ring” will not stay connected. Once you get it adjusted/set for your diameter of pie, the little slots to lock it together DO NOT WORK! If you are fortunate enough to get it to stay together long enough to get it into the oven, it falls off about 10 minutes in when it heats up and softens a bit. I thought that I would try these instead of the normal metal rings, STICK WITH THE METAL RINGS! In short these things are just absolutely useless and will just be thrown out, a true waste of money.

We have tried every kind of disappointing non-stick promising pans for years, and none of them live up to their hype. I wish I would have tried stainless steel sooner, but we recently decided to go with Amazon Basics stainless steel cookware, and it cooks so well, and cleans up so easy if you soak it in a little dawn for awhile. I’m still learning, but SS doesn’t seem to need as much heat to cook well. I’ve found that stuff sticks more the higher the heat and less with lower heat. Regardless, a little soaking and the pan is clean, and it doesn’t wear out or flake/peel off. Will only use SS from now on.

I had a really nice one that I left in the divorce (name brand) I needed another one so I got this. It’s not as thick as my old one but did a great job. Cleaned up nicely. At half the price of the old one it is 100% worth it..

This is a very heavy duty pan. I don’t this it should be called Amazon Basic. They should have a special name for Amazon Premium higher quality products like many Supermarkets have to let you know it not a basic generic item.

I needed a new pan, the old roaster wasn’t stainless steel and the coating on the rack was peeling, so I thought, “ just order a new one! By the time I researched a replacement costs I decided to play it safe and ordered this AMAZON SS one. I’m happy I did, I feel like I won’t be consuming particles of material on my Thanksgiving dinner. It’s sturdy, but very heavy alone without the turkey in it, so if you’ve got poor upper arm strength, reconsider this purchase. I’m keeping mine, I’m impressed enough with the quality of the pan that the weight doesn’t bother me, I’ll seldom use it except for the occasional turkey, prime rib, ribs

This is a high quality large roasting pan. It will easily hold a 15 pound turkey and the metal is thick enough it won’t bend with the weight. It cleans up as easily as all my other stainless steel cookware. At the time I purchased it it was far and away the best value out there.

Just cooked a 24 lb turkey and still had room . Cooked a beautiful turkey. Pan also cleaned well in dishwasher.

Torch works great for food and for removing bubbles in epoxy resin. It is very comfortable to hold and can turn on and manipulate the flame one handed. (I’ve found some of these are so hard to click the flame button that it takes 2 hands!) I’ve only been using for a couple of weeks, but I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

My torch stopped working within 3 days possibly to over using it and igniting it i reccomend the company to only give a 6 month warranty cut the cost of the thermal protected plastic by 3d printed steel frames for the ignitor and rubber anti burn proof silicone plastic composite 3d printed handles with a longer knozzle that goes inward and a smaller version call it the arc igniter torch v1 by your companies name i filled it up 3 times it seems to run out fast try using a lever mechanism for the ignition of the torch to only pull a little butane then youll last 3-6x more longer and make replaceable nozzles for the torch they usually tend to burn out after excessive use overall good quality product for igniting a fire to burn wood or small jewelry modifications to fuse the metal together i wish i could get a replacement but ill be good its to late now im being honest it wasnt dropped or anything i even filled it up with some good butane anywho godbless and thankyou AA++ product overall needs a extender ignitor dual mechanism leverl to pull the butane thinner handle and rubber grip with anti flame built in protective sleeve while filling the torch up over good decent over torch thanks

Torch works perfectly. Very easy to fill and use. I like the extra safety feature as I still have young grandchildren and I definitely don’t want any accidents as I burn firewood for the winter. Will also be easy to use in the kitchen and the red color is definitely easy to find.

Very nice affordable cooking torch but by no means cheap or lacking. I don’t know much about fuel consumption, but butane is so cheap it hardly matters. Very high heat at the flame, definitely a plus for precision work. Fits great in the hand, looks nice and shiny with its chrome parts. Lock is very simply to understand as well as fuel/flame intensity. Officially, this is a steak torch. Unofficially, spider incinerator.

Pyrex has been good quality glass ware for over a hundred years if I remember history correctly. This set of 3 bowls cover a great many size needs. Go price them out individually, this 3 bowl set price has value. Also goes in the microwave and dishwasher with out issues.
