I was recommended by my physiotherapist to use a percussion massage gun to loosen up my calves and shoulders, but I couldn’t justify paying $300 or more for a Theragun. First, I picked up the sharper Image pro(SIP) massager from Costco for about $100. It seemed okay, although somewhat loud. After a few days, I came across this TOLOCO T11 pro massager on Amazon, and thought to give it a try, especially since it was being offered at an amazing promotion price. The regular price for TOLOCO is in the ballpark of the popular SIP, and they both offer very similar functions and form factor, so I thought it made sense to compare them side-by-side.Size and Weight: The Toloco is almost the same size as the sharper image, though the handle is a bit thicker than the SIP. They both have about the same weight. Using either of these shouldn’t be a problem for an athlete or an average person, but if you have particularly small hands or suffer from conditions that limit your grip or arm strength, you might want to get someone else to help you administer the massage.Build Quality: The Toloco feels solidly built; there is no give or movement on any of the surfaces of the machine. There’s a nice colored ring that lights up when the machine is powered on, and the back display is bright and clear. The SIP is comparable in this regard, with the advantage of having a bit nicer feel and a metallic color on the surface of the machine. The seams on the SIP also have no gap. On the Toloco, there are small changes in height between some surfaces (apparent in the photos) but these are only aesthetics and don’t impact the function in any way.Performance: Now this is where I was impressed by Toloco. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it is compared the SIP. I was bothered by the noise the SIP makes starting from lower settings and getting louder as I increased the power. But the Toloco is pleasantly quiet at the lowest setting, with very small increases to the noise when increasing the power all the way up (I have uploaded a video comparing the two). SIP falsely advertises itself as whisper quiet but that is the description that the Toloco deserves. The only unexpected noise that I got on both devices was a very low volume but high frequency noise (like a hiss) that came from the display when the devices were On but idle. Ofcourse, this is not a practical issue, as you are supposed to turn off the device when not using it, and you absolutely won’t be able to hear this hiss during the massage.Next in the performance department, Toloco can be adjusted in 20 steps, compared to the six steps on the SIP. This certainly gives you more fine-grained control over your massage experience, if that is something that you require. Toloco’s max RPM is 3200. The full strength on both devices seems to be comparable with a bit of an edge for Toloco but I can’t tell for sure as the SIP doesn’t provide the power for their motor. Regarding the movement range, the Toloco cites 12mm as its amplitude, while again the SIP says nothing about its range of motion. I could be mistaken but I feel that Toloco has a higher range of motion, which is exactly what you want in a massage gun, as it enables you to reach deeper tissue.Battery: The battery size on both is advertised as 2500mah. The battery percentage is shown on both devices. I have never used either of them so much to run out of juice, and I’m in the habit of not letting any battery run completely empty as it is supposedly bad for the battery life on any kind of electronics. But I can say that using the Toloco for the recommended 10 minutes didn’t put a dent in the battery, as indicated by the display. Speaking of the 10 minute limit, both devices recommend limiting your sessions to 10 minutes at each sitting. This is partly due to physiological reasons and to prevent you from overworking your muscles. But also, you need to give the motor on these kinds of devices some rest to prevent overheating. The Toloco has an auto-shut off function that turns the device off after 10 minutes of continuous use. I appreciate this feature as it protects my device. I don’t know if the SIP has a similar feature, but I didn’t see it in the manual.Accessories: I was initially persuaded to buy the SIP because of its 6 massage heads, but Toloco comes with a whopping 15 massage heads! It is certainly nice to have more choices about the shape and size of the heads you wanna use. The SIP tries to make up for it by including two soft ball heads as opposed to only one in Toloco, but I personally prefer having more options instead of one more soft head. Both devices come with nice carrying bags and a separate smaller case for the heads. The last thing worth mentioning here is the user manual; I really liked that Toloco gives you detailed specification of the device and provides you with extra information regarding the heads and how to use the device in general. The SIP comes with a very small manual that tells you almost nothing about the device itself and says very little on how to use it. Generally, I recommend that you go online and watch some videos on how to use a percussion gun, if you haven’t had previous experience with one, but it’s not necessary, and you can start right away by pointing the gun at you muscle and starting to get the pleasant feeling!All in all, I found the Toloco to be a formidable device, capable of holding its own and even providing advantages over the popular SIP device. As a declaimer, I should say that I have used both of these devices for only a few days, as I wanted to write this review as soon as I can, before returning the Sharper Image device that I don’t need anymore to Costco. Therefore, I have no idea about the longevity of either device. I will try to update this review after a few months of use and let you know how it holds up (though if I don’t, it usually means that it is working fine :D) .

A couple of years ago I was given a massage gun as a gift. I ended up using it more than I thought I would– not frequently, but whenever I had a muscle pain, trigger point pain, etc. It went a long way toward clearing up a bout of plantar fasciitis that I had in one foot and was just nice to have around for when I was sore.Until the battery died, that is. One day, it wouldn’t switch on. The LEDs would light up when it was plugged in, but it immediately dead when it was unplugged. I tore it apart and diagnosed it as a bad charging module in the battery pack. This module regulates charging current to each battery but also outputs battery power to the massage gun. The batteries were fully charged but the board was dead and so was the massage gun.For the price of a new battery pack, I found this massage gun. I didn’t expect much– most of the “good” massagers start around 3X the price of this one– but the reviews were consistently good so I rolled the dice.The package arrived right away (same day delivery is awesome) and I was impressed by the fit and finish. The quality looks about as good as the much more expensive massager that it replaced. It charges with a USB-C charging cable which is nice because I have a bunch of those all over the place. My last one used a power supply with a DC barrel connector which, while quite robust, is not quite as common.I charged it and set it to work on one of my hips, which has been giving me some pain lately. No, it didn’t immediately alleviate my pain. In my experience, you have to massage an area several times over the course of a couple of days to get relief, so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. However, it was about as powerful as my recently deceased massager, which is impressive considering the price. I’m sure it will work fine.It only has 7 speeds vs. the 30 of my old massager, but I don’t really need 30 speeds anyway. Heck, I doubt I need 7. It came with an assortment of massage heads but, again, I’ll probably only use a couple of them. So far the ones that I used seem to work fine.My guess is that most of these massagers– cheap or expensive– only last a couple of years before their batteries or their charging boards fail (according to some of the reviews, anyway). I’m not going to spend big bucks on one, especially when this one works pretty well. If you’re on the fence about a massage gun and are skeptical of the low price, don’t be. Buy it, use it, and replace it if/when the battery wings its way to battery heaven.In the next few weeks I’ll use it to really beat myself up, and I’ll be able to see how well it withstands the abuse. If anything interesting happens I’ll update my review.UPDATE:I’ve had this thing for a few weeks now. I have to say, I’ve used it more than I thought I would. I’ve been fighting some pain in my leg, probably from a combination of weightlifting and riding a motorcycle. It starts in my hip/glute area and radiates down to my knee so I’ve been using this massager on my glute, the iliac region of my back, and my IT band. With this and some stretching, the pain is slowly starting to fade. It no longer keeps me up at night.I’ve found that all of the attachments for my recently-deceased massage gun will also fit this one, so it seems as though the interface is fairly standard. Now I have more massage attachments than I know what to do with (I usually use the same 4 or 5 no matter where the pain is).I use this thing pretty aggressively, really grinding it in to get to the spasming muscle or painful spot. No, it isn’t pleasant, but it works– I usually feel some immediate relief, and the overall pain diminishes with repeated uses. Getting better is hard work, but staying in pain is even harder so I resign myself to a few minutes of painful therapy and then reward myself with a little bourbon (for medicinal purposes, of course).I’ve never run the batteries past the 2/3 full mark no matter how aggressively I use this thing, and I’m really impressed with how well it’s working, especially for the price. It shows no signs of failing but if it ever does, I’ll probably buy another. It works.

This tool is AMAZING!! Will get out the tightest muscle easily. Only down fall is charging about every 3rd day. I would buy again

Great value, this is the best massage gun I have ever used and I have had several, the speed selection is easy to dial in, and the individual tools do the job, simple to use and keeps a charge well. I would buy this again. Helps my tired muscles.

My upper leg muscles were very tight from exercise, and nothing helped. Months of pain that was impervious to heat, cold, massage, painkillers. I don’t even remember how I found this stuff, but I’m glad I tried it. It penetrates quickly, feels great on your skin, the scent is wonderful. I can’t describe it. It’s not floral or spicy. It’s soothing, and dissipates quickly. Then maybe an hour later I got up to move and my pain was way down. I was amazed, and happy. Right now, I’m pain free. It even works on your lower back. I’d do a commercial for this stuff.

Love this product! It has a nice and very light citrusy scent that’s not overwhelming. I’ve been using it most everyday for the last two weeks and have seen noticeable improvement on the smoothness and hydration of the skin on my legs! My legs definitely have improved from visible cellulite and dry skin. Feeling more confident in shorts and in the nude. There is no such thing as a miracle product, but this is the best I’ve found so far!

It came on time, the price was good, and the smell is light, it’s not too oily and it leaves skin feeling soft. I just started using it last night so, I will have to come back in a few weeks to give a review update.

The most important thing to know about the Firming Body Massage Oil with Collagen & Stem Cell is that it smells just like a citronella candle during application. Oddly enough, the scent fades very quickly after applying, within the first hour) or so. I used it today and now 5 hours later, it can’t be smelled on my skin. This is a light oil and very moisturizing and it absorbs quickly. And I do like that my skin seems smoother and more moisturized after use. But the smell will likely be a dealbreaker for many. ALso, beware, product leaked a bit in the package so the bottle was covered in oil and the box had some oil stains by the time it arrived. This may have been due to poor packaging with the other items I ordered. Fortunately everything else was boxed and wrapped in plastic.

I like this scale. It’s a decent price for what it is. I downloaded the app but never use it. I’m postpartum and had pre eclampsia AFTER birth, so this was nice to use with the app in order to record my weight each day to see if it fluctuated drastically.It’s a normal size, good quality, looks posh, is accurate on weight, and reads easily. As a millennial, set up was simple. Just need a smart phone and voila.

This is the Greatest scale. It gives graphs of all 13 different things it measures! It is so easy to set up and add users. The app works great.You do have to open the app to have it record the data but that is easy enough and it is totally worth it.

I purchased this scale for my brother, who’s currently on his fitness journey. He’s not much of a tech person, but this scale was incredibly easy for him to use—he was even able to set it up and program it on his own with no issues. He uses it regularly, and the display is clear and easy for him to read, which makes tracking his progress simple and stress-free.The size is perfect for him (he’s 5’8″), and the quality of the scale feels very solid and reliable. He’s had it for a couple of months now and absolutely loves it. I also appreciate that it came with batteries included, which made the setup even easier. Really an awesome scale … in fact I bought a second one for downstairs. Accurate to the 10th of a pound, super easy to read. Our old scale would change weights by a couple of pounds just by moving it a few inches. This will weigh the same if you get off, move it to another room and get back on. Genuinely impressive.The VeSync app is good, probably not great. I connect mine to MFP and it gets the info over just fine. I’m sure future generations of the software will continue to expand capabilities. What it does, it does well. Pairing was as easy as any Bluetooth device.

We’ve had this scale for about 4 years. It syncs to the app easily and seems accurate. We decided to upgrade to the newer model and gave this one to my dad. Overall it’s a great scale with lots of metrics to track. Just be very careful changing the batteries. I was flipping the scale over and caught the edge of the scale on the countertop. It was a “tap” incurred with the force used to flip the scale, so not much. It produced quite the spectacular explosion of shattered glass! The blast radius was a good 10 feet in all directions. I even found small glass shards in my pockets. There was fine glass dust everywhere after I swept up the big stuff. Quite the cleaning project… I can only imagine what would happen if you dropped it from waist-high or dropped something onto it. I recommend changing the batteries on a soft/carpeted surface wearing full protective gear to be safe LOL

I lurchesed this as i liked the Bluetooth feature. I was hesitant at first. But it connected fast, easy to set up with clear instructions. Not only does was the weight accurate the BMI was too. Over all great quality and function I really enjoy the other features it offers in the app weight loss journey,track your food, meal plan. You can so set up other users in the app as well.

I love this Smart Scale! I haven’t had the best relationship with my body for decades, since I don’t have a body that is typically seen in magazines, & I have a number of health challenges that have made losing weight a real frustration for me. I REALLY wanted to get a scale that measures the biometrics, not just my weight, when it came time for me to get a new scale after my last one shattered (it was a glass one). I love the size of this scale, & that it is lightweight & slim. The accuracy on the scale is really great, & it looks really good. I specifically chose this scale, because it has an upper weight limit of 400 lbs, & when my spouse started his weight loss journey, he was over 350 lbs, & I wanted to have plenty of leeway in case he ever put on more weight, or in case he puts on more muscle. I really love the fact that this has an app that I can use for tracking my weight, & how much this actually tracks, so that I can see how I am doing overall, not just on a specific day. This is a very durable scale, but since I don’t currently have it set in specific place, I am keeping it in the box when it is not in use.Overall, this is one of the best purchases that I have made in the last few years. Because I am actually happy with my weight now, especially when I can actually a little bit excited to step on the scale & see where I am at today! To be able to say that about a scale is something that I NEVER thought I would say.

This scale is super cool. I really like that you can sync to your phone with the app and that it gives such detailed information such as water weight, BMI, bone density, protein and more. It also tracks your progress o you can see the difference daily. There are also options to program other users, so i have my son and boyfriend on there and it knows as soon as someone is on the scale.Ive been able to sync with my phone so that it has a reminder to weigh myself as often as I need to and it fits right inder my cabinet. The app will sync ro other devices like humidifier, smart lights and plugs so you can control them right from your phone.Definitely a good buy for anyone who wants a comprehensive breakdown of their weight and body details – and for under $30!

I’ve used this almost every day since I bought it, and I’m very happy with it. No issues at all. It can be set to run continuously or on a one, two, or three hour timer, it has two mist settings, and can run with the light on or off. It comes with a remote that has also worked perfectly when I tested it, but I don’t use it very often because I can reach the diffuser itself from where I sit at my desk.It’s my first diffuser so I can’t really say how it compares to other types or brands, but as far as I can tell it has good mist output and I can definitely smell the essential oils I put in it. I use it in a medium size bedroom and usually run it for an hour at a time.My only minor complaint is that when you take off the outer cover after it has been running, a bunch of water will drip out of it. It was only an issue the first time I took it off – I learned my lesson and now I make sure to aim the water drippage back into the reservoir and not all over the table. But I feel that’s more a consequence of the laws of physics than a design flaw, so it still gets five stars.

this is a great diffuser. It is small, which i like, but works well in the kitchen, den & dinette area. I like the features; there are 3 colors that are soft and can be changed from low to brighter, there is a control for the timer that automatically turns the diffuser off, and there is a control for mist for high or low. The instructions are great demonstrating water line, which side to drain, air outlet, cleaning and maintenance, tips, troubleshooting, safety information. Glad I choose this model and recommend it.

This diffuser works so well! The moment I turn it on, the scent fills up the entire room fast and makes it smell so fresh and relaxing. It’s super easy to use and looks nice too. If you want your room to smell good all day, this is a great choice.

Overall, this is a great diffuser and a great price. The instructions are in broken English so it’s a bit to navigate, but I feel like that happens a lot. It has an auto shut off when the water runs out which is great, but if you’re a light sleeper, you don’t want it in your bedroom as it will beep kind of loud. I love the light feature, but again, instructions aren’t great so if you find the color you like, you have to click it a second time to make it stay otherwise it flashes through. I love the high, low and intermittent settings. I can’t seem to figure out the timing- it says it will run for 72 hours if it’s full, but sometimes it seems to only run for the day. I understand that there are climate things that could affect this, but that’s a big gap.I love that it has a remote as the buttons on the machine are very faint to see. It says to clean it with vinegar every 3 days- I don’t usually do that and it’s fine- I clean it when I switch oils. Sadly, the vinegar doesn’t really clean all of the oil residue out of the machine, but I don’t want to risk using soap.Lastly, the model I got came with some essential oils- I used them but they aren’t great quality. IF you are new to the essential oils, it’s a good place to start and know that there are ones with a lot better quality out there.

What a wonderful diffuser. It holds about 2 cups, 16 ounces, of water. I used filtered water from my refrigerator so there is no hard water build up. I like the lights, that can stay the same color or rotate. There are two different amounts of mist dispensed – low or high. I use the low and it will last at least all day. It automaticaly turns off when out of water.

I’ve never used a diffuser or essential oils before and only had this for a few days but so far so good. Like most things there’s a learning curve to figure out how much oil and what settings work best for my tastes/situation, but I’m pretty much there already I think. The instructions aren’t great but the unit is pretty simple to use and figure out. Didn’t think I’d need the remote but turns out that’s the easiest/best way to control everything, and it works very well even from 10 feet away and despite the unit being partially obstructed, which is nice. The unit is whisper quiet in low mist mode and the fan can’t be heard at all from more than a couple feet away even in a quiet room. In high mist mode the fan continues to be very quiet but there is a slight gurgling sound as the water is agitated a bit more, but it’s not bad and sounds like a very quiet fish tank so not unpleasant at all. My room is closed and roughly 17’x14’ and the low mist mode isn’t quite enough but high mist works well even in intermittent mode, but if your room is larger and/or open to other rooms it might require more than one unit. They say it lasts for 18 hours but I got about 14-15 hours in continuous low mist mode, but that’s not too bad and I’ll update once I figure out how long it lasts in high mist mode. I’m using filtered water so as not to muck up the unit with lime, chlorine, etc., and although they recommend cleaning it every three days that seems a little much so I’m gonna try just once a week and see how that goes and will report back. My only slight disappointments are that when you take the lid off a little water can leak out of the top spout so need to tilt it a little to empty it first, and when the unit turns off it doesn’t save your light setting so you need to adjust the light every time, but neither of these are big deals to me. So far I’m happy with the performance overall and it’s doing exactly what I’d hoped when I bought it so highly recommended.

Ok, I love these. Sometimes oils can smell like chemicals. But these are great. Never smelt pine fragance and actually say “wow, smells like pine.” Now I can because this oul 100% smells like pine trees. Love the spiced oil, I add it with the apple and its so good. These are all great winter scents that I used to make homemade candles. The chocolate mint one smells very fake, but chocolate scented things always do! I don’t love the mistletoe one, either, but the other ones are yummy. Very potent.

I absolutely love this set, BUT the main reason I bought this set is because Honeysuckle is my all time favorite scent. There’s just something about walking outside in the country summertime and smelling honeysuckle. It brings me back to being a little girl and plucking the ends of a honeysuckle through and sucking the nectar off the center piece (style&stigma), and my little girls do this now, and I guess it’s just a country girl thing, but I love my honeysuckle’s. Anyways, with spring right around the corner I wanted to get some honeysuckle essential oil to diffuse around the house and when I came across this set and seen it had all these other lovely scents as well, along with great reviews, it was a no brainer for me. Everything arrived in the promised 2 days with Prime, and was packaged nice and neat, and all the bottles were tightly sealed with nothing leaking. So all 3 of my girls gathered around like they always do when I get a new shipment of oils in (I sometimes think they get more excited than I do. Ages 3,9,&13) and I opened each bottle and we all smelled each one, with our “Ooh’s and ahh’s” and which ones we liked best, saving honeysuckle for last because they were giving me the, “Come on Mom” since I was building up the anticipation, (as us mom’s like to do sometimes) I was taking my time getting to the last bottle, since we had just finished smelling the other 5. Anywho, when we finally got to honeysuckle it smelled good, but not good if that makes sense. At first it smells good but then it has an after smell to it like it’s mixed with something rotten, leaving an actual taste in your mouth from the smell. It’s hard to explain. When you first smell it, it’s good, but before you can finish out that full sniff the bad comes running out and sticks to the back of your mouth. It wasn’t just me it did this to, it did this to all of us but my 13 year old who just said, “It smells ok, but it’s definitely not honeysuckle”. It just bummed me out and kinda inflated all of our excitement because that was the one we were all really looking forward to making our first lotion with, as I’m still new to Essential Oils, and it’s something my girls are actually interested in as well, so we kinda get to get our bonding “Mother/Daughter Time” in when new oils come in. Lol, they don’t realize it, but I do. However, please do NOT let that sway from the other scents because the other scents were marvelous! Now the Lilac especially has been my favorite, and I’ve noticed that when I put the Lilac in my diffuser with a drop of Lavender EO, and Cinnamon EO, it smells exactly like the Hyacinth flowers that I have growing in my kitchen right now (it’s still too cold outside in KY to plant them in the ground just yet) so my home smells heavenly. I’ll definitely buy again, and have already bought a few other oils from P&J as they’ve got a great assortment to choose from and from what I can tell, they’re great oils! Aside from the honeysuckle mishap, I think I’ll be happy with what I get, and will continue to be a customer.–UPDATE::So I started buying EO because I have a 3 year old daughter with R.A.D (Reactive Airway Disease) and a poor immune system. So poor that she spent the first half of her life in the PICU at Children’s Hospital and has never went more than a few months without a stay at Children’s with what’s a normal cold to most kids, but just wipes her out. So after talking with her Pulmonologist and Doctor, they said EO couldn’t hurt and might help with boosting her immune system as literally everything else we’ve tried hasn’t worked. So I got on Amazon and went to town buying oils because I’m a single mom and the price was great for me. I seen “Premium Grade” and “100% Therapeutic” in the title and read reviews and believed this was real, and bought these oils along with some from a few other companies. Well once they all came in and it came time to make some recipes, I got down to business and did my homework to find out what was good for my daughter, what wasn’t good, what is a must, what isn’t, what to look for, what to try, and how to try it. Well EVERYWHERE made it VERY clear that I needed to make sure my oils were in fact PURE oils, and that there were several tests I could do to make sure they were in fact pure, so I got busy with every single oil I bought for therapeutic purposes, or ones that she would be breathing in, and oils from this company were included. Obviously, I don’t expect Bubble Gum oil to be 100% therapeutic grade oil, but I do expect the Lavender, Gardenia and Lilac to be, so I did tests on those. One thing every place I went to told me to look for is a very simple thing: BOTTLE-Does the actual bottle say 100% Therapeutic Grade Oil on it or just “Lavender Oil” “Fragrance Oil”? Every bottle from this company says, Fragrance Oil, which is a dead give away that this isn’t pure oil for therapy, it’s for fragrance use only. Another simple test is:NAME- Does the actual bottle have the name of the flower/fruit, AND the Latin name of the flower/fruit on it as well along with the name of the place it was made? None of these bottles do. These are just simple tests you can do at home, look at your bottles and see if they have this, and if they don’t, chances are, they’re not pure. Apparently no government agency grades or certifies EO as “therapeutic grade” and just anyone can say their oils are therapeutic online. And finally one more BIG test to tell if you have an actual pure oil or not is to take just plain old notebook paper, and label it with boxes about 3 inches all the way around and put one drop of each oil in each box before you go to bed. Leave the oils to dry overnight and in the morning check your paper or papers in my case, and if you have boxes with no kind of water mark or oil mark, you my friend have PURE oil! If you have oil marks or dried water marks, then your oils is NOT pure, and every single one of the oils I tried from this company failed this test. In my photo you can see that 3 of the oils from another brand have already dried and disappeared and it’s only been 2 hours, which is a great sign, meaning these are pure oils, which is great because these are the last ones I have tested that I bought from Amazon, and I’m hoping the other ones will disappear as well (I’m not liking the ink running though). On this other test paper it’s been 6 hours and all of these oils have failed, and some were so oily they made the dry ink on the paper run, and your oils shouldn’t be oily like vegetable oil, (which some of these look like) all of these came from Amazon except the Rx Candles brand. So if you’re wanting these to just make your home smell good, then these are great, but if you’re wanting oils for any kind of medicinal purpose, I do NOT recommend this company! I tried to return and I was told these items are not returnable, so be sure you want to keep these if you buy them. Luckily Amazon refunded me once I talked to someone about this issue, but I don’t know if they’ll fix it all the time, and I learned my lesson, that’s for sure. I hope this has helped, and I’ll be doing tests on all my oils I get and posting reviews and pics to help any and everyone I can! Best of luck!

I had a BBL and my legs (where most of the fat was harvested from) were horribly bruised and swollen. I started this (and this same brand’s arnica gel) on day 3 or 4 of my recovery, I’m now 2 weeks post-op and the bruising is barely there. I bruise bad and they can stay around for months so this is incredible…my husband was shocked since he knows how long I can stay bruised for. I’m still pretty swollen but that is improving fast with the addition of Bromelain (and other enzymes) and a Cleavers herbal tincture.At first, I had trouble getting the tiny arnica pills out but then I realized I needed to hold the container upside down and just keep twisting the top until I got all 5 out. I take it 3 times a day.I won’t be without these ever now…great to have in case of injuries or surgeries.

Thank god for this product. Unfortunately for me I had this horrible jaw/neck pain that long story short was from needing many chiropractic adjustments because of a Scalene trigger point behind my ear and also I did have an infected tooth as well. So lots of very uncomfortable pain that 800mg ibuprofen barely did anything for me. I asked chat gpt what a holistic dentist would recommend since I was doing everything my chiro told me and taking the meds my actual dentist gave me. It recommend me to take this specific supplement. Within 5 minutes I slowly noticed that my jaw wasn’t as tight and the ache slowly went away. It’s currently 8 hours since I’ve taken it and I’m still fine. I am SOOO happy. I’ve been absolutely miserable for over a week and now I’ve finally have gotten some relief. Oh also I’m on my monthly cycle and I had horrible cramps earlier in the day and haven’t had any since I’ve taken arnica. This will absolutely be a staple in my home.

I almost went to my doctor before I found these. I’d been dealing with stubborn muscle pain on my right side, just under my ribs, probably from sitting at my desk for too long, and leaning off to one side. It began to ache further up my back, too, and to be honest, I was miserable. I tried a few different upper-body pain relief lotions, but none seemed to work. Out of frustration, I bought these after skimming a couple of reviews, and I was not expecting much. My wife said that I had stopped snoring, which I think goes hand in hand with the fact that I do feel like my sleep is a lot more productive now. I have already purchased this twice, and I will be sure to keep this close. I also tried topical pain relief from the same brand, which works well with these. People can call it a placebo if they want, but for me, this stuff genuinely works.

Suffered a fall on my face. Credit the arnica for pain relief, reduced swelling and inflammation.

No benefits detected. Dispenser hard to see inside and get exactly 5 tiny pills. Not very helpful.

These were suggested by a friend, they work well to ease stiff sore muscles.

These were amazing for surgery recovery. The use of over the counter & prescribed pain medications were significantly reduced. I was so shocked. I will definitely reorder.
