Loved this buy, just as good as advertised ????????????????

This fridge was purchased for my college grandson, but it had problems after just a few weeks. However, the company’s response was surprising. Response to messages wasimmediate with troubleshooting instructions which was unsuccessful. The unit was immediately replaced. Not sure how the new one will do, but I expect it to beas advertised. This company has been amazing to respond and solve the problem.

Overall it seems like a good decent option. I wasn’t expecting superior quality. There’s nothing really wrong with it. The seal didn’t seem especially strong when I restocked the other day, so I’ll be keeping an eye on that (this is in my boss’ office, so I only refill every few weeks). There was one small crack in the interior acrylic drawer and one very small scratch on the outside, but neither is very noticeable.

Got the pink one and it’s so cute and an awesome color! Arrived almost perfect, it has one tiny dent in the upper back, abouth the size of a US quarter coin, not enough to worry about returning or deducting a star. Interestingly, as others mentioned, the packaging was flawless and undamaged, making me wonder if some of these damages are happening at the production and packaging stage. A couple more noteworthy points not worth deducting a star over:+ It has an extremely strong chemical odor inside on arrival. Don’t make my mistake and put your food ‘n water in there right away. I put an open carafe of water inside to cool overnight, and the water absorbed and became tainted with a very bad taste and smell from the chemicals. Get a couple baking soda boxes (and maybe those activated carbon odor absorbers) and run it with those in there for a day or two. It might not hurt to give the interior surfaces a good damp wipe down then a dry wipe down too.+ There’s no light…lol. Yes I knew this going in, but it truly is dark in there with no lamp. It seems to me that adding a light couldn’t add more than a few dollars to production costs, and I bet consumers would gladly pay an additional $5 if it had a light, just an LED or two would be enough. I’ll probably rig up a rechargeable magnet-activated switch lamp that can activate when the door opens, but not a lot of customers will have the skills to do that.+ It struggles to hold a standard height milk or water gallon jug or a Brita filter carafe. There’s plenty of room, but you have to put the gallon jug or carafe onto the lowest shelf and then raise the adjustable shelf up high. On the highest shelf adjustment, it clears the jug/carafe just fine but then there’s just a tiny tiny bit of space on that upper shelf. You can put the shelf on the second highest position, but then the shelf rests precisely on the jug/carafe and you have to kinda fight with it to get it in and out. The solution is just to buy smaller milk/water and a smaller Brita filter carafe, but just know this is a limitaiton.Overall am very happy and would buy again or recommend!

I had a lot of reservations about this fridge before I bought it that were caused by the bad reviews I read.A lot of people complained about dents and scratches, and I was worried that I would suffer the same fate. However, I lucked out. The fridge arrived upright in an undented box, thank goodness. And I noticed a protective tape-like film covering the fridge itself when I took it out of the box.Pulling all that tape/film off wasn’t fun. But I think it’s safe to say most of us would rather do that than deal with a scratched-up fridge.As for lifting it, I’m a proud geezer (50+), and I was able to put it on a dolly and carry it to the kitchen by myself, pick it up, and put it on a counter by myself without experiencing any pain.To paint a picture, the whole process took about as much effort/strength as it does for me to carry a big bag of pet food or cat litter from the front door to the kitchen. However, I don’t have any health or mobility issues that prevent me from lifting<40 lbs. And this fridge weighs about 40 lbs., so get help if you need it.In terms of performance, thus far, I am very pleased with how it's working. I let it sit up, unplugged, for about seven hours to let the compressor oil settle. And I got very nervous after I plugged it in and noticed the top and sides got very warm. But I've learned that that's normal.It's expelling heat, so the exterior cools off when the inside finally gets cold.As for how cold the inside gets, I've opted to set the thermostat to four because I don't have air conditioning and I don't want to overwork the compressor. Plus, four gets the job done for me.My bottled water, leftovers, and produce were/are cold. I also put some bottled water in the chiller rather than use the ice tray that came with the fridge because it's too tiny IMO. And the bottles I put in the chiller got nice and frosty, but they didn't freeze. And it does say in the manual that the chiller is not a freezer, and you shouldn't keep anything in it for more than a few days. So I don't expect to have bottles of ice when I use it. However, cranking the thermostat up to five might turn them into slush.In terms of noise, I noticed some customers complained and said the noise disturbed them. Mine does not make a lot of noise, just a very low hum, which might be annoying if you're extremely sensitive to sound and are in the same room for prolonged periods of time.Neither situation applies to me. So all things considered, I'm a happy camper right now. But I will be updating this review if things change any time soon.

Perfect for dorm and cute color

We got this cute purple fridge for my son’s room. It’s nice!It will hold full size water. We put in some jello , yogurts and lunchables. It holds all that.It does make a refrigerator sound but yeah it’s a refrigerator so that’s just something you gotta put up with. It can be a comforting sound to some people.Glad we found this mini fridge. I looked everywhere . I’m certain this is the best one for size, affordability and cuteness.

I’m very satisfied with this unit.When it’s running its very quiet.Setting is recommended at 4,but I like 4-1/2.The one thing you should know that I didn’t notice is the bottom half has a wall that comes out below the shelf so the space is the size that will fit 3 half gallons,if you remove the bar on door where they show the 1/2 gallon being stored.Funny thing is I bought it to store more milk since I’m on a weight gain supplement,so I removed door bar & shelf and store my 3 bottles,with the back shelf for other things.If it lasts as long as my parents refrigerator did back in the 60’s I’ll buy another in 20 years like they did.To be honest,if it lasts over 5 years I’d buy another,since nothing is made like it used to be,but it does appear to be a well made refrigerator.

Arrived with a small dent but I loved it

I ordered this February 27, 2025 and it stopped working August 27, 2025. It literally lasted 6 months and stopped working. I’m not sure what happened. It made a really loud boom noise like something inside blew up in the middle of the night. It was loud enough to wake us out of our sleep. My return window closed in April so I am unable to return it. Honestly it wasn’t the correct one that I initially ordered, but when I reached out to see if I could do a return where they pickup because I’m not physically able to lift and transport due to health reasons, I wasn’t able to be accommodated so I just kept it. Now I wish I hadn’t. It’s not even my fault that they sent the wrong fridge but oh well…I wish I could rate zero stars but I had to do at least one star.

Grabbed this super cute fridge on sale and am I glad I did. It arrived packaged well, with no dents or marks. It runs quietly and efficiently – you can barely hear it. Temperature holds wonderfully. Roomy enough for me and my co-worker’s food/drinks. And there’s enough space in the freezer for a frozen meal or ice cube tray. Highly recommend for small spaces!

First, I got one for my mom so she could have immediate access to cold water and fruit drinks. She loves it and uses it for many other items as well. I got her the green one because it is her favorite color. Then, several months later, I got the purple one for myself! Thank The Lord both of them arrived in good shape and not damaged. Now, I am just hoping they will both work well for a long time. So far, we really love them.I added a little light inside my fridge. I am getting one for mom as well. The lights are about $2.00 each and are small LED touch lights. I just touch the light to turn on and touch it again to turn it off. So far, the light has been in the fridge for over two weeks and still works well. On the pictures I show my fridge with the light on and also with it turned off.By the way, does anyone know what that little clear plastic tray is for? Both refrigerators came with one but I just can’t figure out what I am supposed to do with them. 🙂

It’s a bit narrower than others, so good for tighter spaces. Cools quickly, but has an unpleasant smell. Not a huge problem, but not good. It runs at about 320 watts, so a bit more power hungry than others. I would pass, if it’s going to be on a low wattage system.

So far so good it’s the perfect height and the freezer part is definitely a game changer. Me and my wife use it in our bedroom to store snacks for us and breast milk for our new born.

I did receive the product package properly however there was still a dent on the front door panel and there were scratches all over it. The package was great but the product definitely looked used on the outside. It’s the first time I was not thrilled with its appearance, but it appears to be working so….

Excellent cost, light weight and nice size for dorm room or small room.

The fridge is much smaller than expected. It feels like it’s designed for a child’s use, and you can’t even fit a normal-sized dish inside. Returning it was also a confusing and frustrating process.

DO NOT ???? want to turn your internal refrigerator temperature setting up too high!!!⛔️- Or else it will cause ????ice crystals????to form inside on, & along the back, inside of your refrigerator!⛔️ And can, or will absolutely cause liquids to freeze, ???? spew out, & even explode,???? all over! ????????????⛔️- Especially the items that are alongside, & that touch the very back, inside, of your refrigerator!‼️— Creating a waste of money, & an awful mess for you to have to clean up!!! —-‼️- It will really all depend on how packed you have, & keep your 7.5 cu ft refrigerator!- This refrigerator will absolutely keep everything cold. ????I personally just wish that it kept a few things, just a tad bit cooler for me.However, I do have, & keep quite a bit in mine. So I completely understand, & still yet, it really does keep things cold.- So this isn’t really a con!Just rather more of a personal preference, but definitely not a dealbreaker for me.I would still highly recommend it, & purchase it all over again!????— Mine arrived with some minor, cosmetic, DENTS, & MARKS FROM DELIVERY ???? ????- However this falls completely more so, on the delivery person, & maybe a little on the way it’s packaged.— The refrigerator comes very well packaged, & with all parts taped in nicely, & well secured!!I think if they would put just a little more padding inside the box, or into the box itself. Then it would 100% fix most, if not all damages from occurring to it during shipping.- Mine wasn’t too horrible, because it was only cosmetically on the sides, (which you don’t see as much), & I got the black refrigerator. So that helped to hide them as well.— But thanks to Amazon’s incredible customer service, they made sure to take care of that for me! For receiving the product as I did! Amazon has amazing customer service, & truly cares about their customers!⛔️ — The black color does quite often, seem to get noticeably dirty. However I also think that thankfully due to the black color as well. That it also helps to hide from seeing it being dirty. So it’s one of those, it is, what it is, type of thing.Just thought I’d mention this to help anyone who was contemplating, or wondering about choosing the color black. Because I wasn’t too sure on it myself? However I’m glad that I did go with it, & I’d say it’s a great choice to go with! And I’m glad that I did!Sorry for such a lengthy review!I just wanted to try to help others, with my own experience. No dents. Works well.

I ordered the first one from this company, had the team ready to install and upon opening the box, we discovered it was damaged so severely we were unable to even install it or get it to work. Amazon refunded us 100%, I had to pay my installers to go away.Ordered another new refridgerator from the same company. Called back the installers and opened the box to find that this one had minor damage on the outside, worked – but all of the internal glass shelves were smashed. Before we installed or before I returned this again, Amazon and I got on the phone with the manufacture and customer service, and had them assure us that they would send us the replacement shelves immediately, that they had created a case file and would be in touch, to go ahead and install the fridge and the shelves would be on their way.So we installed the damaged fridge – it works but is just a cavernous space. We built the wall unit back around the fridge. and waited. and waited, and waited. I called to find out no case file had been made. So we made one again. I waited and waited. I have now exchanged about 20 emails with the company who wish me to pull out the fridge so I can read a specific serial number off the top back of the fridge – i have provided them with every identifying mark and accessible serial number, barcode, tank identification – but none of those will do. They will not send me anything, nor will they acknowledge their terrible customer service.I will never buy this product again, nor would I recommend anyone else buying it. It seems that every product in the container had been dropped or smashed, every fridge was damaged and the company is doing nothing about repairing or fixing the situation for their clients. Amazon should stop distributing this, and having to return payments to clients and fill the world up with smashed fridges. Poorly made, cheap casing terrible packaging, terrible customer service, terrible product replacement.

Arrived with dents on the side of fridge like several other reviews mentioned.But that’s not all folks!…I followed instructions provided in the Frigidaire manual it arrived with, indicating it should stand upright for 4 hours before connecting to a power source, allowed a minimum of 5″ ventilation space, adjusted the feet for leveling, etc.,.The instructions also say to adjust the temperature control knob to “5” in order to thoroughly chill the fridge, and then later change the knob setting to “3” for typical residential use.Well, things have not been chill with this fridge, at least not how I’d like it to be. At the “5” setting, everything in the fridge freezes, and I still haven’t found the correct setting in-between 5-3 to hold the temperature at that keeps the fridge and freezer at optimal temps.I’ve been using a Camco refrigerator/freezer thermometer (purchased on Amazon) to keep tabs of everything and even double checked the thermometer against another thermometer for accuracy.The Frigidaire manual says that the optimal knob setting to make ice in the freezer is “0” …and since there is only one knob to control both the fridge and freezer, if you want to make ice in the freezer, you have to freeze everything in the lower fridge too!Yes, that’s right people, it comes with more issues at no extra charge.The manual says “the setting of *3* is appropriate for typical residential or office refrigerator use”……let’s backtrack a bit and talk about making ice again; if 3 is the appropriate setting for the refrigerator knob, which controls the “freezer” too, then what happens to everything in the “freezer” compartment?You guessed it, the freezer doesn’t work as it should.I just checked mine with the thermometer and it was a little above 20 degrees; optimal freezer temp should be 0 degrees or below.The item’s Technical Details listed:-“Form Factor Freezer Top” and “Included Components Fridge”-“FREEZER: This 2 door refrigerator has a separate freezer shelf compartment. In late June, we replaced our almost-paid-off car with a brand new one. Two days later, our 6 year old fridge kicked the bucket, rip. We had a new car payment and an insurance bump in payment, and couldn’t afford a replacement on top of everything else.Thanks to Amazon and Affirm, we were able to get this into our home five days after ordering it. It’s not a full sized fridge, but it’s enough. I just wish they made the retor style in a full sized fridge.The advantages:1. Smaller footprint in an already small kitchen2. Lower electric usage3. Can be repurposed when we finally get a full-sized fridge4. Can make at least 6 trays of ice cubes within 6 hours5. Keeps everything at the best cool/frozen temps.The disadvantages:1. Smaller in-door capacity2. Only one bin produce container3. Small freezer (but we have two deep freezers, so not much of a need)4. No special tray for deli meats/cheeses

The media could not be loaded. I give this fridge four stars, primarily because I found dents on it upon unboxing, which made me unhappy. It seems the damage may have occurred before it was packaged, as the exterior box was quite damaged while the interior packaging remained intact. While the quality of the fridge’s exterior is lacking, the interior—especially the wiring and other components—appears to be functioning well.The exterior issues have frustrated me, especially considering I paid a hefty price for a fridge with dents that I believe do not meet quality standards. That said, I absolutely love the mint color and size of the fridge; it fits perfectly in my small bedroom. The door closes well, and ice retention is impressive. I’ve had the fridge since February, and I haven’t experienced any problems—though I do have to live with the dents. I also want to mention that the fridge is extremely quiet, which is a plus since I am a light sleeper and appreciate not hearing it while I rest.

This review is for the quality of the packing for those concerned with ordering this refrigerator online and having it shipped.Upon receipt from UPS (yes, UPS delivered my Amazon fridge!), the box was damaged on one top corner and had a cut through the cardboard on one side and some of the strapping was broken. This was, in my opinion, not a good start.Upon unboxing the fridge, I quickly realized how well packed this thing was. Plastic AND metal corner protectors, styrofoam on each side and edge and on top and bottom and even a thin piece of wood on top over the styrofoam help protect the fridge. I was very impressed with the amount of protection this refrigerator had. Additionally, the entire fridge was tightly wrapped in plastic film to prevent scratching. It took a few minutes for me and the wife to get all the plastic film peeled away, but the end result was a beautiful retro fridge.

Got this for our 94 south wind camper. Fits perfect. We went with the mint green color. Really lightens things up in it. Very happy. Husband plugged it in, it was cold and even started having frost in the freezer 30 minutes after being plugged in. very easy , and lightweight to put in by my husband self. I do recommend this product for Other RV/camper livers. We are getting ready to live full-time in our RV and go across country.

I’m loving it already! Everything is fully functional and it got cold instantly. It’s bigger than I expected but I’m fine with that as well. It literally looks like a mini fridge and I got silver for the extra look. It had ultimate storage, like I’m about to put so many groceries inside. Lastly it’s quiet as a mouse.

Once again their employees left their mark!And of course it’s at eye level on the fridge door.We bought this fridge to put into our Lance travel trailer. I had to modify the cabinetry and move electrical around.What a difference 2.5 extra cubic feet makes!I’ve added an extra inverter dedicated to the fridge only. That way we can run it on ‘12 volts’ while we travel. I’ll use shore power or our large solar array, Lipo4 batteries, and main inverter to run on 120 vac.This unit cools down within one hour at 5 deg./ freeze and 39 deg. fridge.It will be nice to have a ‘real fridge in the RV now.

I live off grid, in an army tent. Right off the bat the tape took off the shiny plastic cover so now it looks cheap. Which it is.756 a.m brand new solar power station only used to test itself. 100% on the power station. Fridges power surge is at 740 watts to start, with plugin. 56-58 watts of power intake after initial surge.At 453 pm, same day, I looked at the solar and it was at 43%. This bluetti power station, which doesn’t charge the way Bluetti advertises, Bluetti advertises that it brings in 500 Watts. I have 700 plugged into it and it brings in 167 watts of solar power. Don’t bother with the Bluetti. The Bluetti is supposed to have 1152 watt hours, on a full charge. It is over half empty which would mean the fridge is consuming way more energy in ONE DAY than the advertisement states it does in a year. I bought this because i live completely off grid and the energy savings stated it was amazing. It doesnt do as advertised with energy savings. Not even close. By midnight, it will have used 1152 watt hours and the energy sticker says it uses 341 watt hours in a year. Even in one day, it is wrong. Plus it’s all plastic and Styrofoam. It is very light and would get knocked over if you stumbled into it. Which is a plus and a minus for me. Plus because it is very movable. Minus because I am handicapped and stumble into everything or hold onto everything as I walk. I did take a radio frequency reading and it was in the safe zone. In conclusion, not worth the $200 plus dollars I paid for it. If it’s on sale for $50 and your not off grid…..your choice.Someone needs to come pack this thing up and get it out of here. Buying this was a waste of my time and energy. Even if I put cold packs in it at night, it still wouldn’t help keep my food from spoiling because I would have to unplug it. Wastes too much energy.After contacting this merchant, I was given a full refund with no hassle.

I was worried about getting a fridge delivered from Amazon. Knew we wanted this Kenmore great size right price. The delivery service guys were great. Messaged when we were the next delivery. Super nice and efficient hooking up the refrigerator and they flipped the doors as well for us. First time buying an appliance from Amazon would definitely do it again. Refrigerator looks great and is cold already.

The fridge is very hot on the sides and the bottom isn’t cooling well at all. The condenser fan isn’t even visible to check if it’s working or what is wrong. Kenmore’s customer service is basically a $129 diagnostic fee to check what’s wrong and give you a quote. What the hell.The “delivery to room” service is useless. The 2 Amazon guys got here and said it was too heavy to take upstairs to the 3rd floor and they only get 5 minutes to deliver it, so they couldn’t to do it. Was left outside and Amazon didn’t send anyone else to help take it up as promised.The fridge is damaged on the inside, the freezer floor has dents like someone put bowling balls in there. It also has scrapes on the outside.This has been the worst exprience I’ve had so far buying something off Amazon.

THIS REFRIGERATOR IS NOT GARAGE READY. Other commenters say they are using this in the garage. The manual specifically states: “This Refrigerator is designed for indoor household use only. Note: …it is intended for use in a location where temperature ranges from a min. of 50 degrees F to a maximum of 100 F…” (If you choose to use it in a garage anyway your 1 year warranty will likely be voided). I live in TX and this won’t work for my garage. The refrigerator had a dent on the bottom left-side when it came out of the box. SAVE YOUR BOX… you will need it if you decide to return it. Don’t take the word of the service technician if they say you don’t need it. YOU WILL NEED IT. I’m returning the unit so I can not comment on how it works. The look of it is gorgeous! I wish it would have worked for me.

We cook a lot, so our current fridge doesn’t have the best set-up for storage. Enter the Kenmore 20.5 cu. ft fridge/freezer. This fridge has been PERFECT for our garage! It has nice wide shelves, they’re clear so you can see everything, and because it doesn’t have an ice maker or water dispenser, it can store so much more! It’s also incredibly quiet, and energy efficient. It was really easy to set-up, and came with additional parts if you want to change the orientation of the door opening (which I did pretty easily). This fridge has been perfect for keeping all of our drinks cool in the summer and is going to be a game-changer come the holidays when we need a place to defrost a turkey or other large cuts of meat!

You can put the shelf in to hold small items, such as yogurt, or take it out to have more room for bulkier items.The instruction manual is extremely thorough and contains a wealth of valuable information on how to clean it properly, as well as essential tips to avoid, such as keeping the fridge out of direct sunlight, as excessive heat may cause the compressor to run longer than necessary.When it is running, you can hear a slight sound, but overall, the fridge is quiet.Oh, and although we opted not to do it, I appreciate that you have the option to adjust the door’s position according to where you intend to place it.Again, we purchased this for use in a college dorm room, but it would also be a great addition to your office or garage.We’re really pleased with its performance, convenience, and functionality. A great option to consider and one that I would recommend.

Works good holds a good small amount of items. I dont use the freezer part but the little tiny ice cube tray was really nice as an option. Holds the cold good, I have no concerns keeping refrigerator necessary food in this.

So far, fridge is cold and quiet, which is important as its in the bedroom. Also, it’s light and easy to move, and fits the space under a table. Just got it 3 days ago. I set temperature to level 3 (options are 1 to 5). Been plugged in 2 days, the ice tray is still water. I’m turning it up to 5, hope that works. I got a small plastic mat to go under it. Like others, mine arrived with a small dent. It doesn’t bother me, but their packing was light – there was no bottom to the box! which was weird. I shopped around for weeks to get this. If it doesn’t make ice, I’m returning it, because that’s deal breaker. I contacted their customer service, will update this review.

My son needed a small mini fridge for his room at Army AIT. This was perfect! He is only allowed to have drinks in his room so this was the perfect size. He is super happy with it and I would buy again!

I was looking for a mini fridge to put in my bedroom so I needed one that ran quietly as to not interrupt my sleep. I read through reviews on dozens of options, specifically looking for one that didn’t have any negative remarks about loud noises and this one fit that bill. At first, it worked perfectly but after using it for only 3 months now, it has gone downhill. It has started running very loud – it makes various popping/knocking noises about every 20 minutes or so. I sleep with a fan on always so light humming is not a problem but these noises much louder than the background noise of the fan and enough to repeatedly wake me up throughout the night. It is also getting significant ice build up in the freezer compartment which is then melting and leaving pools of water inside the bottom of the refrigerator. There is no separate temperature gauge for the freezer and lowering the temperature of the refrigerator does not stop the ice buildup. It is still cooling but overall the cons are outweighing the pros and am left regretting this purchase. I do not recommend this mini fridge.

Just got it a few days ago and it is not scratched or damaged. We had to wait to get the old one out to the garage and now we are letting it settle for at least 24 hours before we plug it in and set the temperature. Nice size and so far, looks good. I will update once we see how it works, and will give updates periodically after that first report.UPDATE 07/31/24: We are very happy with this purchase so far. Keeps everything extremely cold at mid setting, 4, and is whisper quiet. All I hear is a few clicks at night and mostly don’t notice that. It is in a bedroom and the the unit is at room temperature of around 72 to 77 degrees. TIP: here on amazon you can buy surge protectors for refrigerators and we are glad we placed one on this unit (Refrigmatic WS-36300). You do not need the heavier duty one for much larger refridgerators. Read to be sure that you buy one that has a 30 second/3 minute delay feature to insure that the power level has stabilized after a surge or a brown out, and the delay function will be indicated with a yellow indicator light that indicates it is on delay. The panel of lights will help you know the status. Carefully install the surge protector as per the instructions. It is the height of summer and we here in north Texas have been dealing with that issue even when the weather has been fair. The stand also had the proper number of screws with decent directions, it is very adjustable in height, and holds up great. The pad at 24″ x 24″ is the perfect size for the base of the refrigerator. If the pad is out of stock, there are others on here of the same size that should do just fine.

Stainless look, looks good . I was worried about that but it looks nice. If I had seen it in person I would pick it. It came a lot sooner than expected, it took about a week. There was a torn corner in the packaging. The driver took a picture in case there was a problem. There was a problem ,it was dented in a few places. I didn’t want to wait to get another one plus’s pack it back up.I called Amazon and they offered 25% off. . I took it. They were very nice to deal with. This was the best priced fridge out there because I researched for weeks before deciding on this one. It has a lot of room for a smaller fridge. It fits in the same spot as the old one but seems much bigger. i have only had it a few days so not sure how well it works cause it’s out at a camp sight.

Smaller than what I had imagined, but just the right size for two people. Working great so far, freezer doing great, and I do enjoy the extra space in the kitchen. I think I might build a stand for it, tho, we’re tall here and don’t like having to bend over to get food off the shelves. At six feet, I think if I raise it about a foot it will be just right. If you’re short, don’t do this.

When I first saw this unit in person, I was put off by the crudeness of the temperature controls. The temperature control for the refrigerator has only three settings, which it cycles through with the push of a button. The temperature control for the freezer (also in the refrigerator compartment,) consists of a vent with a sliding cover. So I set both controls to the medium (recommended) setting, and waited for it to get cold. It didn’t. Barely got cool. So I set everything to the “coldest” setting, and the refrigerator got cool enough to keep the milk, but the freezer never got cold enough to make the ice cream hard. And Black & Decker won’t let me talk to a technician about it. So, if you need a refrigerator that gets COLD, don’t buy a Black & Decker.

We bought this as a second refrigerator and had it delivered right into our laundry room, the delivery guys were great, in and out quick. We did have to unbox and get rid of all the cardboard etc. No problem though. No dents and looks brand new as it should. Plugged in and started right up, it looks great in the stainless finish, worth the extra cost in my opinion. The built in ice maker was the selling point for us. We picked up an ice maker installation kit and water filter at the hardware store and hooked it up yesterday. It was dropping ice inside of 2 hours. It has the standard noise level like most refrigerators but again, ours is in the laundry room so any noise goes unnoticed. We would buy again for sure.

They had to take it out of the packing to get it inside and then scratched the front really bad. Once we tried to install, the icemaker did not have instructions for hooking it up to the water line. It was very difficult to find the right connector. After all of that, I would suggest buying one that has installation included.

I have had this refrigerator for three month’s. It works. It gets cold. It stays cold as long as I keep the door closed. Me personally I probably would’ve put a better shelving arrangement inside of the refrigerator and the freezer to accommodate different things at different times, but for now it works, no complaints.
