Dave in AZPretty good, but refurbishment questionableI bought 2 of these and after I got them working I like them and am keeping them. The wheels on the unit are great – large and have lots of traction.The refurbishment was questionable. Both had some amount of dirt in the compartments, but seemed lightly used.Both of them had a map to someone else’s house and didn’t prompt me to set it up as a new unit. They wouldn’t work until I figured out how to delete the map. And then the map takes about 10 minutes to delete after you select that (on their web server I guess) so while I was cleaning, it “died” 10 minutes later when the web service reset the robot. But after remapping my house they both are quick and speedy with the lidar (all tile house with a few throw rugs that I exclude. You must also tape down small rugs.)Model number is RV2360s and amazon has cheap $20 batteries and parts for it so that is a win over some no-name robot sweeper without replacement parts.The only problem is small bumps on things like lamp bases and cat trees. The sweeper is designed to travel over thresholds and rugs so it tries to climb the lamp base or cat tree base. So far it struggles but eventually backs up and gives up so it doesn’t get stuck. You can exclude areas on the map but there is a limit how small of a size you can exclude.

RebeccaHighly recommendI’ve been using the vacuums (bought 2, one for the main floor , one for the bedrooms) for two weeks now, so my initial thoughts are…I’m really very pleased with them. We have two Siberian Huskies and two cats, one being a double coated short haired (she obviously has some Russian Blue in her because that undercoat is all thick fluffy, she’s the very definition of ‘plush’) and they do a phenomenal job with the fur.I run them once a day, because even if it were winter and the Huskies were shedding less, you don’t know fluff until you’ve had a husky (let alone two. You *have* to vacuum every day) and they get the majority of the fur. Yes if I use the canister vac, which I do about every other week now, I will pick up a little more, but all things considered, the robots’ suction is very good. A full size vacuum will always have more suction because of size, but the robots manage to do a very good job.I love that I can just schedule cleanings and not have to worry about it. They’re very reliable that they start going every morning at 10 am whether I’m home alone not.They stick to the map pretty well. Every so often they seem to have a day where they just aren’t on their game and they skip things (even though nothing seems to be blocking their paths). I generally go through the house first thing in the morning and make sure everything is out of the way, no stray socks or dog toys.I have two issues, the main floor robot (we named it Wall-E) get overly confused in the kitchen. It spent about 30 minutes one day (that I know of) bouncing around in the tiny kitchen going over and over the same track. The day before it zipped through there just fine. The other issue is the bedroom floor robot (Eve) ignores the no go zone, and often get throughly confused by it when trying to enter the room next to the no go zone. The app also always wants to go in set up with Eve, if I just x out of that, it sees her and everything that was already set up. It’s not a big deal, it started happening after the WiFi went out one day, I suppose if I just tinkered with it it would sort out, but it’s really only an issue if I need to recall her to her base. Otherwise it acts like it’s set up, just have to x out of screens if I need to use the app for her.Besides the minor issues, I have to give them a top rating. They do their jobs really well, I love not having to vacuum every day and love not having fur everywhere. And the cat finds it endlessly entertaining chasing down the little side brushes as the robots go about their jobs.

Melissa McConnellLove this lil thing!I know it was refurbished but it looks brand new to me.The app is super easy to use & the robot gets around my house really well. I have long hair (and I shed a lot lol), a Dalmatian (which if you don’t know, sheds like a MANIAC) and a cat (who probably doesn’t contribute much but I’m roping her in anyway). It picks up all the different hair types really well.It switches from hardwood to rugs without any issue at all. Including my jute rug which stumps a lot of vacuums. It even rolled itself onto the base of my cats scratching post, so I imagine it would handle thick rugs well (all of mine are the thin, washable kind except for the jute rug).Battery life works well, it’s able to clean the main area of my home (~350 sq ft) on max power and still have ~40% charge leftover.My only complaint is the robot can’t gauge how full its compartment is while cleaning, so it won’t pause to evacuate and will continue “cleaning” even if full and not really collecting anything.Overall, idk if I would pay full price but the price point in this refurbished model is well worth the expense.

EdMy experience using this vacuum for a monthThis vacuum does it job pretty well. It keeps my home clean and is fairly easy to maintain. I don’t have any pets, but it does pick up hair from people fairly well. Suction on the vacuum is also good, able to pick up any debris on my lvp floor with no issue. The app for this vacuum though is not that good. The mapping function is easy to use but very annoying if you want to remap a single room in your home as I can’t find the function to remap only a single room. I had to remap my entire home just to fix a single room. The time it take for the vacuum to get started after you send the command on the app varies, sometimes it starts immediately but more time than not it takes a couple minutes and multiple tries for the vacuum to start doing its job. The app gives an estimate time for how long it will take to clean the rooms you selected but the time is always wrong. If you don’t mind the slight inconvenience of the app then it is overall a good vacuum for its price.
