    This variety pack has Lemon Cake, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Blueberry Muffin bars, four of each. I ordered them to try because everything protein is chocolate. Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. I just get so sick of chocolate. I was pleased to find fruit flavored bars. Be aware that these are protein bars, not candy bars, and they have that thick protein texture. If you’re okay with that, then read on.The Lemon Cake were AWFUL. Just drink the lemon extract straight from the bottle. Bitter and so, so bad. I ate them because they were too expensive to throw away, but I certainly won’t be ordering those again. Negative stars. Yuck.The Blueberry Muffin were good. Mild blueberry flavor, tasted more pie-like than muffin-like, but good for a protein bar. My only objection was that there are pocket of what I guess are the muffin crumble, which goes everywhere when you bite into it. I had to vacuum my car after eating just one bar because the little crumbles went everywhere. Now that I know that, I leave them in the wrapper, folding the wrapper back a little at a time as I eat it to catch the crumbles. Definite four stars, will be ordering again.White Chocolate Raspberry are absolutely delicious, if you like raspberry. I do. Good raspberry flavor, little chunks of white chocolate, and the thick protein bar texture works with it. But it’s actual raspberries in there, which is good, but all the little seeds are in there too. I didn’t use to mind the seeds, but now that I’m older and my dentition has shifted and been partially replaced, I end up picking seeds out of my teeth for half an hour after I eat one. It won’t stop me, these are really good, but it’s a bit annoying. Call if four and a half stars for this one. I will order this flavor again, but they won’t be my every day go-to.Overall, not bad, I’m glad they had the variety pack available to try, rather than me having to buy 12 or 24 of each and getting stuck with a whole box of the horrible lemon ones.PS: Try the Apple Pie ones, they are the best of the fruit ones I’ve tasted. It has that bad aftertaste, and is probably the single worst flavor they have. If you are looking for vanilla, avoid this at all costs and get the Natural Vanilla.Tropical Punch – Another fake tasting flavor. When I got this, I could barely get through the first few shakes. Eventually it grew on me a little bit, and I was able to drink it without hating it. It tastes like strawberry milk with a bunch of fake sweetener.     This is my go to protein. I have 3 scoops a day. 1 with about 3/4 cup water right away in the morning and 2 mixed in with a bowl of Quaker quick oats. My wife and 14 year old son love it in smoothie form. She will throw about 1/2 a cup of skim milk in our ninja blender with a banana, a scoop of dry peanut butter and fill it the rest of the way with ice. We have incorporated it in other recipes as well. It’s pretty easy to get it for a good deal on Amazon. Every once in awhile my wife will complain of feeling nauseous, but usually it’s if she has a higher dose of it. Flavor is great, unless you have it with water ….but who likes it with water. It’s more so just to lesson the calories and when I take it with water in the morning I treat it as just getting the protein in like my other supplements…Go get those gains!

It is not as sweet as the others, but it the single best vanilla flavor I’ve found.The middle of the road flavors:Cookies and Cream – This one is both good and bad. If you like the creamy vanilla taste, you will like the flavor. It doesn’t have a bad aftertaste, but it is sort bland. It is sweet, but bland. Also, the cookie chunks in it don’t dissolve. This is the only flavor so far that has bits of stuff that you are swallowing when you drink it. It’s odd. That said, I have reordered it in the past.Chocolate Malt – It’s just OK. The flavor is a little odd because of the malt. Given the choice, just order the Extreme Milk Chocolate.Caramel Toffee Fudge – Again, just OK. They tried too hit to many flavors with this one, and it just turned out odd. Not a bad flavor, but don’t start out here. I got bored so I tried it. I doubt I’ll order it again.And the bad:Double Rich Chocolate – This flavor sucks. It tastes like fake chocolate. Not good fake chocolate, but generic fake chocolate. It has that bad aftertaste of fake sweetener, and is all around not good.Vanilla Ice Cream – Another swing and a miss. This flavor tastes like bad fake powdered milk. It has that bad aftertaste, and is probably the single worst flavor they have. If you are looking for vanilla, avoid this at all costs and get the Natural Vanilla.Tropical Punch – Another fake tasting flavor. When I got this, I could barely get through the first few shakes. Eventually it grew on me a little bit, and I was able to drink it without hating it. It tastes like strawberry milk with a bunch of fake sweetener. It’s just wrong, and is not something you want to drink after a workout.I know that taste varies from person to person, so take this with a grain of salt. I hate the taste of fake sweetener, so this list draws from that. I’ve taken to buying the 2lb tubs to try out a flavor, and then going with the 5lb tubs if I like it. It costs a bit more that way, but it means there is only 2lbs to choke down if you get a flavor that you hate.Enjoy!

    I really like the Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Protein. It mixes easily and has a smooth, creamy flavor that doesn’t taste too artificial. It’s great for post-workout recovery and feels light on the stomach. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a bit expensive for the size. Still, overall a really good protein powder that I’d buy again.

    Loved this protein powder! I work nights at a hospital and having a shaker bottle of this while I’m on shift has been quite filling and helpful while I’m working. I care a lot that my protein shakes don’t taste heavily of artificial sugar in the aftertaste because that tastes horrible to me and the Extreme Milk Chocolate flavor that I picked up has been really good tasting. It came in a really big bottle and I am hopeful it will last me a long time, I think with the flavor and the size it’s worth the amount I got it for.I am not deep in the weeds of nutrition or things like that, so I’ll let others speak more of it on those fields, but from my personal experience, it’s been helpful giving me energy and protein during long overtime during graveyard shifts since I can keep it in a shaker bottle to sip from whenever I have time rather than waiting for food on my lunch break and helping me keep up on protein while trying to grow and repair my leg muscles since I work on my feet all night.Would recommend!

    You can never have too many of these refills. They clean the toilet quickly and effectively and make the whole process much easier. I like that they are disposable and ready to use whenever I need them. So far, I have had no issues and will definitely keep these stocked at home.

    I have switched all of my toilet bowl cleaning over to this system at home and at our business. It is easy to use and smells good. I just wish it came in a more variety of scents but I am an olfactory person lol. It removes stains I have encountered. Just swish the water down, like you are trying to push something out the bottom of the bowl, then swipe the cleaner around the bowl working on the stains letting it sit a few minutes if needed. Then swipe again getting under the rim good. Put the used pad in the trash by mashing the button on the handle and you never touch anything nasty. I do use a Clorox wipe to wipe down the end of the handle that has been down in the toilet bowl but that is just me. Put back in the canister and you are done. These replacements are economical and come well packaged.
