These strips are super easy to use and come with a free app. It’s great that the app can track and log all of the tests. The results are clear and easy to read, I highly suggest using the premom app to interpret the resulrs since it can be hard to see without. I almost bought the mira fertility tracker, but these strips are a small fraction of the price and work excellent.

A quick Google search for ovulation predictor kit (OPK) and aside from the digital expensive ones, this one was highly rated. I even found some YouTube reviews and I thought, for $20ish bucks, why not? Been trying to get pregnant for 9 months now. For 8 months, we simply were just having sex. I tracked my cycle with Clue- great app. I simply tracked when my period came and when we had sex. There are other things you can track but I figured, I’m 29, Latina, I should have NO problem. My husband is Mexican…we are practically ancient in the Latin fertility world. All jokes aside, I was getting worried around 8 months that something was wrong. Went to my gyno and he basically said, keep doing what your doing… Maybe try an OPK…come back when you’ve been trying for a year (in about 4 months) and if you still haven’t conceived-we can go from there. I really didn’t like this whole “we’ll go from there” bit. So I sought out OPKs and maybe some natural fertility boosting thing (Maca 2x daily for 2 cycles Femmenessence). Who knows. I consider myself healthy, I exercise, but my cycles were long and varied from 30-40 days, every month different. so it would make sense that an OPK could help me. So I bought this, it came promptly. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures. $20, can’t lose right? So cycle day 10, I started the LH strips. Pee in a cup, dip the stick, count to 3ish, lay flat, wait 3ish mins, and see that pink line appear. I saw women were saving their pee sticks on a chart, and noting each day/date-like a science experiment. I dug it. I did it. Cycle day 15 was the first faint sign of the second positive line, oooo, that was exciting. Taped it down on my pee stick chart and made a mental note to get some intimate time with husband that night. Day 16, the 2nd line was brighter, more prominent. Day 17, faint, lighter than day 15, then day 16 just the one control line. And that was it. That was when I was ovulating. My Clue app had predicted my ovulation to be 3 days later. I guess these OPKs would have a leg up on a stupid phone app that doesn’t actually know what hormone you are secreting that day. Go figure! Noted the tests in my Clue app, made sure to get some quality time with husband. Day 27 for S&Gs I took a pregnancy test using the HCG strips. You start to get good at peeing in a cup, get a clean sanitary technique down and everything and it was absolutely negative. Just one bright fuschia control line staring at me, and an empty abyss below. That instantly went in the trash, but I wish I kept it. So now it’s cycle day 31 (long cycles, remember?) and my evenings have been cut short due to passing out on the couch, and my breasts have been increasingly getting tender. This typically means period time. So I took another HCG strip test this morning and booyah, two lines appear. One dark fuschia line, and one visible but not as dark, but not too faint that you question it’s there, line. WHOA. Ok, I saved the pee, and dipped another test. Same thing. And another. Positive, positive, positive. Then I went to work. That was joke, highly unproductive day as i’m Googling possible due dates and signing up for all the mommy newsletter blogs, etc. lol So 8 hours later, I came home, took another strip test…and this time, the 2nd line was darker and JUST to the safe side, I went to the drug store and bought a fancy digital easy to read 2 pk pregnancy tests. Boom, positively pregnant. So because of this I wanted to share my story because, it was stories like these that gave me hope that a 50 pk of pee sticks can possibly accurately tell me when my egg was ready to play. The convenience of having 20 pregnancy sticks was super awesome as well. I took a total of 9 LH sticks and 5 HCG sticks. Not bad for a simply packaged, simple directions, and inexpensive product. I highly recommend this and hope that you too find the success that I found. Here’s to about 8 more months!

Wordy, but I hope this helps. Obviously using these *LH* strips TTC – so I wanted to take the guess work out of ovulation. Bottom line: would ABSOLUTELY recommend – they are cheap (test several times/day), more reliable than other more expensive tests, and will tell you more about your body — whether you get preg. the first cycle or if you aren’t ovulating at all, you can use this “data” to speak with your doctor. Win-win.Here’s some context because ppl say they got pregnant on X cycle with no background info (which after reading review after review, I liked when I could relate to someone and felt hopeful from people in similar situations to myself). I used these LH TTC for my 2nd. My first son (born March ‘18) we weren’t trying, but after coming off BC for nearly 15 years I was preg 3 weeks later. So, I had no idea how “TTC” or OPK technically worked, and I wanted to see if I was “normal” / regular for our 2nd (spoiler: I am NOT!). After my son, I did not get my period for a total of 2 years (including pregnancy, then BF for almost a year) until finally June ‘19. I had my next 28 day later in July (yay, I thought I was “regular”) and started OPK testing August when we were TTC. The strips did NOT show me ovulating this first month using these, and got my period 32 days later. I was so worried something was wrong with me and maybe I wasn’t ovulating at all due to BF so long. So, The next cycle I said, I decided to start fresh again AND would also use the *clear blue digital as a backup in the am. Month 2 testing and I FINALLY got a surge, on DAY 24!!! By this time, I was sure I was not ovulating and something was wrong, BUT thanks to other reviews I kept on testing!!! And I got it way later than the “normal,” and ended up sadly getting my period day 36. Regardless, I now knew I ovulate late and am irregular. I had information to take to my doctor and this is taking some of the guesswork out of TTC. My doctor still recommends the every other day thing during my window until I hit my surge, but if it weren’t for these I wouldn’t know I was irregular.(Spoiler 2: CB are 2-3x the price, so they must work better, right?! WRONG. Don’t bother, these were easier, more reliable and less frustrating to use).Here are my tips (LH strips only):-MOST IMPORTANT: If possible, do a “test run” the month (s) before you start really “trying” for several reasons. 1. It took me a cycle to figure out. 2. It’s nice to get a general idea where you fall in the month ovulating. Testing with no idea whether you were early, normal or later (so annoying when I kept waiting to get my two lines) is stressful waiting every day to see if its your day(s).-Have FUN and don’t be crazy (*me to myself*)-First month(s), it’s worth starting the day after your period ends IMO to cover all the bases or early ovulation-Time of day: Don’t use “FMU” first morning urine (I made this mistake the first 5 days). Try to do similar time everyday, from noon to early evening (according to box). Then 2x a day when it’s darker, and/or if you have no idea about your cycle so you don’t miss your surge if you are “rapid onset” (I did 11a and 5 or 6p when testing 2x a day)-Download premom app – it is helpful to upload the pictures of your sticks to later look back and reference-Try to use the same spot/lighting for photos for the app to compare (I got .32 and .55 reading off the SAME stick in dif lighting)-It says to try not to drink water 2 hours before you test and hold your pee for that duration so you don’t dilute-Dixie cups are helpful to dip in-Your period phone app that tells you when you ovulate *IS NOT*, I repeat NOT correct. They are going off average data, not your personal body. So don’t freak out if you are early/late, and for sure do not take their word for it. (*according to Flo, only 10% of women ovulate on day 14!!!).-Their app will show you “high” once uploaded, but it says to keep testing. The day after I was high, my results got lighter, and therefore the app changed my “high” day to my “peak day” based off these results. Just a heeds up, that’s normal.In sum, buy these! No BFP yet, but I will update. I still felt it was worth leaving this review in the meantime if others are considering purchasing. This month I am going to keep an eye on the strips to have an idea, but not going to drive myself crazy. Keep the fun in it and stress out. I stopped following the FB group because it made me too mental.

My baby was born at 33 weeks but almost 5lbs. The boppy in the NICU was the old school one, and I loved so much that I wanted my own. Three weeks ago, I had a breast reduction; and because of it I have been sleeping interestingly to say the least. After leaving my friend‘s house, who had an adjustable base, and coming back home my sleep has gotten progressively worse because of the stitches. I’m usually a side/stomach sleeper and so it’s really been rough. I was so shocked to see how small the package was compared to the pictures of this pillow at full size! It was delivered in less than 15 hours, packaging was amazing! This product was not taking any kind of damage based off of how well it was vacuum sealed & the amount of layers had, 10/10 on packaging. I got it out and immediately didn’t want to wait for it to puff up, I laid with this pillow for maybe 20 minutes before I was out cold for 5 hours lol, it’s versatile allowing me to sleep on either side of my body but so comfy I was able to toss my other pillows during being pregnant! I’m not pregnant, as I am a man. This pillow is perfect for side sleepers who like to cuddle up with a pillow between the legs and something to hug without the need of multiple pillows. It has a backside so you can lean back slightly and lie on your back with a slight tilt. Great quality material, as it’s like a soft fur and the inside is made soft but supportive. I’m 5’9, 265lbs and fit in it nicely. When I get in bed, I just fold the side before I sit and then lay down in the middle and unfold to hug it. Easy to use and maneuver yourself into a comfortable bliss.

I love this thing but took off one star due to me feeling as though it is missing some stuffing. I just feel as though it should have been fuller. There is a spot on mine that it needs more. I can just buy it and stuff it myself but I shouldn’t have to for the price we paid. Other than that issue, this is so perfect. My husband uses it sometimes to doom scroll on his phone! lol!!

Perfecttt for what I wanted! I’m a side sleeper and I tend to curl into a ball but my shoulders, neck and hips were not loving curving in all night anymore. I also love to feel a bit of pressure or weight against my back as I sleep, I annoy my husband by constantly pressing him off the bed lol. Literally any position I transition to overnight is sooo comfy- left/right side, even on my back. I feel swaddled and it’s awesome! Plus it’s a barrier so my husband actually has his side of the bed haha. The material is soft and feels durable, the thickness is just right for supporting the various parts of my body no matter what position I’m in. The pillow is cushy yet firm enough to support. The design shape of the pillow looked funky at first but it is so cool that it can curve around you and you can manipulate it to sit just right in many ways. I’ve been using it for more than just sleeping too, I pull it up for headboard cushioning while watching tv and I even move it to my lounger chair for gaming on my pc and it’s so cozy! I have been raving about it to my husband so much that we just ordered a second one for him as well. We haven’t had it for long so idk about the longevity, but I really hope it lasts a long time and doesn’t deflate over time cuz I’m just really happy with it. If you’re debating this pillow I highly suggest getting it and taking it for a spin, I can’t imagine anyone wouldn’t love it like I do!!

My mom has stretch marks from two pregnancies. She did not apply anything to her skin during her pregnancy and endured terrible itching from the skin stretching. She was 5 feet tall, 95lbs, and gave birth to a 6 lb and 8.5lb babies. She was not extremely active.I’m 5’2″ and gave birth to a 6 lb 12 oz baby. Prepregnancy I weighed 115 lbs. A lot of belly creams have strong scents that can be overwhelming, especially with pregnancy nausea, but this one is super mild. The texture is thick but not greasy, and it absorbs well into the skin without feeling sticky.Moisture & ComfortI started using this around my second trimester when my belly began stretching more, and it kept my skin feeling soft and hydrated all day. The cocoa, shea, and jojoba butters feel luxurious and really help with that tight, itchy feeling as the skin stretches.Stretch Mark Prevention?While no cream can guarantee you won’t get stretch marks (a lot of that comes down to genetics), I do feel like this helped keep my skin elastic and moisturized, which can definitely reduce their severity. So far, I haven’t noticed any new ones!

I cannot recommend this product enough. I started using it once a day early second trimester. It is a thick, rich cream so it goes a long way. A container lasted me a month each time. Third trimester I rarely encountered any itchiness on my belly. If I did, this was soothing and stopped it almost immediately. I did not get any stretch marks which was impressive to me. Yes, there is always a genetic component but family members did experience stretch marks and I did not. I largely attribute that to regular use of this belly butter. Towards the end of third trimester I layered Palmers cocoa butter over this to lock in the moisture. Added tip; be sure to apply this to your hips, thighs, and chest. These areas all are prone to stretch marks during pregnancy too!

I bought this test only after doing much research online and looking at reviews here and on other sites. The negative reviews really almost swayed me into not trying this product; but, I researched more and then closely looked at exactly what the negative reviews were complaining about. So, I bought it, used it, loved it, waiting to see if this month is my BFP. Here’s a rundown of this ovulation kit and here’s hoping that I can answer some of the questions and concerns that others might have that are considering this product. This information is also available on the website, and in the instructions.This kit is designed to test over a number of days. In this way, it will catch the rise in estrogen levels that precede the LH surge (ovulation). A blank circle is low fertility. A flashing smiley face is high fertility. This means that the meter is showing a rise in estrogen levels in your urine. Most women will have 2 days of flashing smiley faces before the peak fertility is reached. Peak fertility is a smiley face. Once peak is reached, the meter shows the result for 48 hours, which is a reminder to you that your best chance to conceive is the next 48 hours. Now, a lot of confusion seems to center around the flashing smiley. Generally, most women will see this for 2 days before peak fertility. That’s a general statement. Each of us is different and unique and your result may be different. If you get a flashing smiley face for more that 9 days, then there are a couple of things to consider. One: did you start testing too early? If you test too early, estrogen is the leader of the pack for the time around your period and testing too early will pick up that higher estrogen level. There is a clear chart of when to test. It will also line up with any ovulation/fertility app or fertility prediction chart. Testing too early won’t give you a headstart, it’ll give you a headache. If you find that you are testing during that time frame and NOT seeing LH surges, then you would want to talk to your doctor. Two: we don’t always ovulate every cycle! I know that’s the last thing we want to hear when we are peeing on a stick, taking temps, performing midnight fertility dances under the full moon and so on; but, it’s true. Third: sometimes the LH surge is so small that the meter can’t pick it up.Sometimes the meter will go from LOW to PEAK from one day to the next. This typically means that you started testing too late for the meter to catch the high fertility days and it only caught the LH surge. Next cycle, start at the recommended cycle day to begin testing and this should give you the low-high-peak progression that you are looking for.Once that static smiley face is reached, your LH surge has been detected and you are at your highest chance of conception. The meter will show that smiley face for 48 hours as a reminder to you that you are at peak fertility. Once the smiley face goes away, the fertile window has closed. You CAN’T test with the meter after peak fertility is detected. Well, you can think that you are. You can throw a test strip in there, not look to see the symbol that says “ready to test” and proceed to test tap water, dr pepper, sam adams, kool aid or whatever you feel like testing and the meter will still show peak fertility because it ISN’T ACTUALLY TESTING. If you want to test again after peak fertility has gone (that means the display is blank and you get the new cycle symbol and the ready to test symbol when you insert the stick) then, and only then, can you test again. I don’t know why you would need to test again, but if you absolutely feel the need to, you could. But, chances are, your ovulation is long past.I saw a couple of posts where this test kit was compared to wondfo or other test strips. Those test strips can be pretty tricky to read. Just because you have two lines there, that doesn’t mean you have an LH surge. For those types of tests, the test line must be as dark as or darker than the control line. If you prefer to use a lot of sticks, those would be your best economical strips to use. I would recommend that you place them in a notebook or on a notepad with the cycle day and time of test, glued in place, and watch the progression. That will show you how best to look for the dark line that tells you that your LH surge is on its way. But, those strips can make you want to tear out your hair if you don’t do that, because it’s really hard to catch the pattern if you don’t save the strips. I used those for several months. They are messy and difficult to read. The clearblue test is easy and mess-free.I also hear (read) a lot of complaints about the price, and this one confuses me. Yes, it’s about $40, but it should last 1-2 cycles (it might make me 3) and this cost is far less than the cost of an infant when you figure in medical costs, clothing, diapers, etc.It’s a good test. It really works. I got 2 days of low, 2 days of high and then peak. I highly recommend it. But, read ALL the instructions and begin testing on the day that they recommend, or you might find yourself frustrated and confused. It is different that most of the other OPK out there, and I wonder if that causes a lot of the confusion.

These are the best for people trying to get pregnant as they cost 1/4 the price of Clearblue Easy and they work. For those of us who need to track ovulation month after month, particularly with an irregular cycle, the cost of ovulation tests can really add up, so I’m relieved to have this reasonably priced alternative. I can assure you these work as I use them in conjunction with blood and ultrasound monitoring at my fertility doctor. I use these tests around the time of month I might be ovulating and once it detects an LH surge I go to my doctor to confirm and the Pregmate tests have never been wrong.They are also easy to use. At first I didn’t like the idea of peeing in a cup, but turns out it’s cleaner than peeing on a stick. I used to use Clearblue Easy digital tests and found that when I used them the pee splashed off the test and all over me. I have never had that problem with peeing in a cup. Also it can be more convenient to do the cup method because sometimes I’m pressed for time and don’t have the five mins to wait around for a result. With a cup you can put it aside and get to it later (hopefully that doesn’t sound gross, but if you do these tests often enough you probably understand what I’m talking about). Finally, the results are easy to read. It’s very clear when it’s positive and when it isn’t: if the second line appears and is as dark as the control line, then it’s positive. If the second line isn’t there or more commonly, is faint, it’s negative.As for when to take the test, my fertility doctor said first thing in the morning. I’ve tried testing at different times of day to confirm and first thing does give me the best results. Good luck!

These test strips have worked great for us! I used every day, taped strip to a paper with date for record. On the day of ovulation it showed a darker color compared to the other days. We got pregnant 2 years ago using these. Now, I’m using to keep track of ovulation. Love them.

I ordered these because my husband and I are trying to conceive our second baby and it’s taking longer this time around than it did for our first baby – I was using the Flo app to track my periods/predict ovulation and I was curious if these would tell me I was ovulating around the same time that the app predicted – turns out I ovulate later than predicted, so that is nice to know. I’ve used these for two cycles now and I’m still not pregnant, so take that as you will.Pros:-Easy to use. Pee in a cup, dip the stick in for 5 seconds, lay it flat, let five minutes pass and then read your result. I use the Premom app to take a picture and record my results and it tells me if my LH level has peaked. It’s nice to have a convenient way to track the results day over day.-Cost effective. For the number of test strips you get, the price is good.Probably my biggest gripe with these is that the package itself doesn’t come with very thorough instructions. There’s no instructions on the outside of the bag, instead it asks you to scan a QR code to get the instructions online. I also (incorrectly) assumed that I should use these first thing in the morning like you would for a pregnancy test, when in fact you shouldn’t use your first urine of the day for these. After realizing this, for my second cycle I started testing around 8am (I wake up/go to the bathroom around 6am most days) and the results seemed much more accurate during the second cycle than the first (I never got a true ‘peak’ during the first cycle).

Okay. 🙂 This is a long review.For those trying to get pregnant:I used this monitor along with the ClearBlue digital OPK, some cheap LH OPK strips from Amazon (blue box with colorful words about pregnancy), a pocket microscope to track ferning, and a BBT thermometer to track basal temp along with the Period Tracker app (pink flower app) and my FitBit Versa women wellness app section. EACH METHOD MATCHED. Everything down to my predicted ovulation on my tracking apps (was off by a day on both) lined up with an LH surge and peak fertility. I believe this can be trusted to help get pregnant, but do maybe 3-4 cycles—probably by cycle 4 you will be pregnant!For those just trying out tracking methods:This device is a powerful asset to the tools out there now for at home tracking of LH surges and estrogen level increases. I wouldn’t use it by itself because it may read incorrectly or display an error, which would have been EXTREMELY disheartening if I were trying to get pregnant and that was my only testing method—this thing is expensive, BUT THE TEST STICKS ARE ROBBERY. I was dumb and bought mine at CVS because they weren’t in stock anywhere else and I had to test the next morning so I couldn’t order them in time from Amazon—THEY WERE $80! I digress….Anyway, the monitor stores your info for 6 months then deletes your first month to make room for month 7, so keep that in mind. It was accurate with my other tracking methods but was a little annoying to use because you can only set it up to test ON DAYS 1-4 OF YOUR CYCLE and your testing window of 6 hours CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE YOU CHOOSE IT. Choose your window wisely and take into account if you sleep in on the weekends, as I missed my window by 30 minutes once and almost missed it a second time.For those wanting it as contraception:I hope this was your ultimate last resort or you’re rolling in dollars, because this thing plus the test sticks are expensive. You would DEFINITELY be better off buying the cheap LH test strips on the market and maybe using 1 or 2 other methods that are free to you (checking cervical position/texture and cervical mucus). Otherwise, this is just another tool to help you keep track of your lady cycle (did I mention it’s expensive…?) and it is wholly unnecessary when condoms and Plan B’s exist. It is nice to have and it has an easy-to-read calendar which makes avoiding your fertile days a breeze, but keep in mind that just because your fertile window has passed, it doesn’t mean you can’t still get pregnant. Use caution when trying NOT to conceive—these products are mostly for those wanting to become pregnant so they aren’t on your side to begin with!Overall it worked for me, I was thrilled with the results and I believe this will help me get pregnant when I am ready. It matched other OPK tests, my saliva ferned in time with the results, and my body temp increased as I approached ovulation and went back to normal after. The test window was a pain though. However, if you use the dip method (essential if you’re using multiple tests) it is potentially less annoying and you probably won’t waste a stick because I used the monitor sticks with the ClearBlue Advanced Digital monitor and they matched. Couldn’t use the Digital sticks with the monitor, though, even though they seem the same.But if you’re out of options except a fertility specialist and the money is worth it to you, GET THIS THING. It worked for me. (33 day cycle, no ovarian issues). I don’t regret buying it, but I also had a very positive first experience with it. It arrived right on time for me to set it up on day 4 of my cycle.

Take the test daily and wait until the machine gives you your High Days and Peak Days. Then, you enjoy intimacy with your partner on the suggested days. P.S. I suggest that you use a cup when testing versus your urine stream.RESULTS:It is now July 2018, and I am 4 weeks, 3 days pregnant. This monitor works and my hubby and I are so blessed. Our bundle arrives March 2019. If you have a condition like fibroids or have been trying to conceive using phone apps, stop wasting your time and tears. Order this machine and the sticks. Yes, the machine is 100 plus and the sticks are 70ish, but the cost of the products far outweigh the mental and emotional anguish one may feel after months and months of trying.In my case, I was simply missing my peak days. I would never have known this had I not bought the monitor. We are excited. So, good luck to all families trying to conceive. I have several friends who spent thousands on fertility treatments. These tests are very, very sensitive and will pick up failed implantations/chemical pregnancies. These are NOT false positives even though you may get your period on time. Whenever I have had a very faint line that looked questionable, I was indeed pregnant (confirmed by my OBGYN) but ended up getting my period anyway a few days late or right on time. Unfortunately, these super early losses right after implantation are very common (though rarely discussed in the medical community) and FRER will pick them up, so if you don’t want to know about super early miscarriages, steer clear.P.S – All of my negative tests have clearly been negative, no indent lines or evaps in the reading time frame. I have tried several brands and I keep coming back to this one because it is truly the most accurate.P.S.S – If you are taking a biotin supplement, or have a lot of it in your prenatal, you might get false negatives on these!! In that case go with a different brand or stop your biotin for a couple days before testing again.Hope this helps any other mamas and aspiring mamas out there!
