I had never used paint markers before and was a little skeptical. I decided to write the contents on a container just for kicks. I was immediately hooked. I begin to label everything I could think of using different colors so I could check them out. I can say they are great for writing on items, the paint just glides on and you have control just as if using a pen or pencil. Excited to find small items to use these markers to paint the small details. I give these a 10 but there are only 5 stars. Definitely recommend.

These are some killer acrylic paint markers. The colors are to die for. I purchased the 120 markers because I’m always afraid I will miss a color that I really like. I tend to go overboard with my shopping for art supplies. Anyway, these are extremely easy to use as they write extremely smoothly. I love the way they fit in my hands, and they are extremely comfortable to use. The colors are extremely vibrant! I was really happy with the ink flow and the juiciness of each pen. I’ve noticed some people say they’re markers have come dried out. You can email the company, and they will send you a replacement marker with no questions asked. This company really stands behind their products, and they believe in what they sell. This makes me trust him even more, and I know I will be satisfied with these markers for many projects to come.

Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of these acrylic markers. There is a good variety of colors, they’re nice and opaque, and I love that they have dual tips. The packaging far exceeded my expectations as well — they came in a nice case with a swatch card, extra nibs, stickers to label each marker, and a postcard with customer service information.I primarily got them to use on coloring pages, but they’ll be perfect for holiday crafts with my kids too. For the price, you really can’t beat the value — and I actually prefer these over my Grabie extra fines.

Awesome markers – colors are vibrant and the dual tips are perfect for different surfaces. Best part is the Customer Service. I had 1 marker tube that was cracked – which dried out the marker. A quick email to the company, answered 2 questions, and received replacement VERY quickly. Good Customer Service is a rarity these days, so I truly appreciate them standing behind their products.

I looove these! The only issue i have and reason they’re a 4 is because what I’m using as dark grey has since turned into black. I used it for one picture and started out amazing but now i cannot tell the difference between black and this grey. But besides that this has been my favorite set!

You should really purchase the set with the most pens. Mine has many pastel colors and very few dark colors but I truly love these pens! I do wish there was a black and white pen that had a finer tip for writing. I also like the way you can paint over a color you used then you decide you want a different color.

I picked these up during a recent sale while looking for acrylic paint markers for miniature and terrain painting. Very surprised with the quality for the price! I got the smaller set just to test them out and they work great – They are dual tipped – one side is like a medium/fine marker tip, the other is more brush shaped. I have used them to base coat a few miniatures with great results, but where they really shine is in highlighting terrain pieces – this company is missing out by not marketing them for this purpose. My only regret is not buying the larger set. The picture shows two terrain pieces that were base coated using sprays, but all detail was done using just these pens. Great product!!

I purchased this for my teen daughter for Christmas for about $22. I opened it to check it out but didn’t test anything since it’s a gift. It seems like an incredible value. I like it so much that I asked my husband to also get me one for Christmas. ????The case zips open and close very easily and has a nice little carry strp that tucks inside. It holds a lot. Everything is so nicely organized in there! The sketch book has different colored pages, which will be a lot of fun to play around with. I’m so excited about this gift!

I ordered this so i could keep my supplies in a nice closed container. I recieved it and opened it up on the large desk at work. My coworker thought they should get one for their child. So i zipped it up, handed it over and ordered another one.If you look at the review pictures and other reviews they mention one of the elastic holders not holding in the water color pencil. This was true in both of mine. However, if you swap the marker and that pencil. They hold very well. An easy swap for what is a design “flaw”. In quotes because it is extremely useful for me.I always intended to swap out the watercolor pencils and the brushes to fit in some of my other supplies. I have a pen i like to ink my outlines. It is a bit fatter and wouldnt fit into the elastic without effort. The one larger spot that cant hold the pencils. It holds the pen snug. Flaw to Feature. Works for me.All in all. Going through the two kits, everything was the same. I did not check the marker in the first kit. The one in the second works fine. I saw some folks got them dried out and thought id mention it.The sketch book fits in nicely. It is a nice bit of space for it. My other sketch book fits in the spot even though it is quite abit thicker then this one. So there is alot of play with swaping and bringing extra supplies.Overall, each kit i got was very nice. Ill be trying water color pencils in the future since i got them. However, I always planned to swap them out so i didnt factor any of them into my score. While there are features i would like that are not present. This is a solid kit and will be traveling around with me for quite some time. I paid 23usd per kit, and im very pleased with the quality to price. I feel like i will be using the case after using up the suppies within.No Photo because i swapped out the watercolor pencil stuff for items not included and dont feel like shuffling everything back around.

This kit comes in a wide variety of colors and the paint is decent quality. However, so far one of the bottles I opened, the scarlet red, actually had the top of the bottle come off. Out of all my years buying acrylic paints for various art projects I have never had this happen. I haven’t had the need to open all the colors so I don’t know how prevalent the issue is in my kit but having one is bizarre enough and I think that warrants at least a demotion in stars. I have even bought dollar store acrylic paint that didn’t have this defect. Other than that they also come with some brushes which is nice, they are orange in colored bristles and have your standard styles including a fan type of brush which again, is nice. Because the brushes I bought didn’t come with a fan brush.

Bought these for craft projects for a student theater production last school year. The colors are vibrant and true to packaging. They seemed like a good value. I don’t know a lot about paints but they seemed like a good value and did the job they needed to. Note these are acrylics so they won’t be easy to clean if they get on something they shouldn’t, especially fabrics.

These are perfect paints for the money, but I was shorted yellow – a primary color, essential for mixing other colors! I was also shorted other colors: 4 total.There was a wad of brown packing paper stuffed in the box to fill the gap left by the missing bottles! So, not an oversight! I made the mistake, with all my projects, of opening the box past the 30 day deadline.Don’t do this! I recommend them, but open the box when you get them to be sure you’re not cheated, because apparently – if they are short of stock – you get shorted.Otherwise, this paint gets an easy 5 stars.I have used Apple Barrel paints for years, on various products, and never been disappointed.Apple Barrel Store: Send me the paints I paid for and I’ll update the review.

Super sharp pencils! I liked that the electrical wire was long enough for me to put it on a shelf and plug into the wall outlet located near the bottom of the shelf. I was a bit worried about that when picking and comparing sharpeners for what I needed.

Beautiful colors! Very strong and easy to use! Worth every penny spent! Plenty of space for the pencil shavings. Easy to use and clean. You don’t have to empty out as much until really full which can take some time because the shavings container is big. Battery power lasts a long time!

Great sharpener. Now I can sharpen my kids broken pencils without manually having to do so. Would recommend it. Nice and compact.

The sharpener works fine but is for standard pencils only. The unit seems larger in the picture than actual, I was surprised with the “high capacity” description that resulted in filling the container after five pencils being sharpened by the sharpener. Overall good for a desktop unit instead of a classroom environment.

Unfortunately after a year this thing burned out. But let me explain this would be a year of being used by children for every kind of pencil shaped item you can think of. And about 2,000 pencils.. it was great while it lasted. It also grinded the pencils evenly not too much on one side or the other

Excellent pens. I’ve been making many greeting cards and have used these pens to write most of the greetings, as well as doing some highlighting on watercolor cards. These have worked great for all my needs. I’ve mostly so far just used the two smallest sizes and the ink quality and quantity seem more than ample. Completely happy with this product.

My lettering when I write is small & I include Chinese characters. Writing in a journal is my hobby. These pens are perfect. They allow clear penmanship ????

These Sakura pens are fantastic! The ink flows smoothly, the tips are consistent, and best of all — the ink doesn’t melt or bleed when I paint over it with watercolor. It stays crisp and clean, even under wet washes. Great for sketching, outlining, and mixed-media work. I’ve tried a lot of brands over the years, and these are my new go-to pens for watercolor and ink art. Highly recommend!

Love the way these write. I’m using the smaller tips as I copy by hand the Book of Psalms. It helps me write small but still legibly. I find Sakura the best in class for quality and ink flow. I mainly use black to write and outline quick sketches.

I’ve been using Sakura Pigma Micron Pens for who knows how long at this point! I find that these are a fairly reliable pen that write and draw exceptionally well— with a few caveats. I find they don’t smear as much as other pens and tend to cooperate with other mediums. (Except for alcohol markers. I will say they smear with those in particular…)The pens aren’t particularly comfortable to use compared to more ergonomic designs, but they’re well-designed, nonetheless.Typically, I get these in black and use them with colored pencils or water color (after it’s been dried). As suggested above, I did try to use these with alcohol markers and the markers definitely picked up the pen and slid it around. Maybe if I would have waited for it to dry more it could have been better? I’m not sure. I did try to wait and it seemed like a decent amount of time, but anyway… I digress.Aside from that, the variety of sizes make it a cinch to experiment with line weight and density.Another little annoyance: Despite all the positives, sometimes these markers will come with a little wispy tail on the end of them. Almost like a wild hair. If you don’t pull it off or cut it out it can leave little feathery smudges in your line work.I promise they’re really good despite my criticisms. It’s kind of like, “Ugh. I shouldn’t have to cut off a little hair on my pen so it writes better.” But, then, once you do it, it feels totally worth it.If you want to become a real manga-inspired webcomic artist, these are a must to put in your artistic summoning circle.

Liquitex is the gold standard in student grade (and many would argue professional grade) quality paint. Recently I’ve used many many many tubes of florescent Liquitex paints in my work. The florescent is extremely difficult for me to find locally so I often rely on Amazon to get orders to me FAST. AND I know it comes directly from Liquitex so no middleman. Basics is a quality product with good artist quality pigments just in lower concentrations than the heavy body line. The colors are vibrant with a decent light fastness which as a professional artist I count on. The Basics line offers excellent value for the quantity of paint received when I don’t want to burn through tubes of paint on large scale projects. This is a dependable trustworthy brand.

I’m super happy with how this came out. The handles were really tarnished before. This really brightened up this old desk. This was my first time using rub n buff and the applicators included came in really handy. I’m looking around my house to see what else I can apply this too. It only took me a few minutes and dries quickly.

Haven’t used yet, but had to come on to let you all know that the picture shown is EXTREMELY misleading. This tube is so small. The brushes are gigantic compared to the tube.
