Just what I needed, I just wanted something simple, I had a MacBook, but it was too much for me for what I wanted to do. I gave it to my niece and asked her if this is what I really needed. She said this was perfect for me. I just check emails and maybe a little surfing. And with me being on a fixed income, the price was affordable. It was easy to set up, and the chrome book itself looks new.

Exactly as described. I needed a small inexpensive laptop for my child while her other laptop is getting repaired. It came packaged well. Came with a charger. Needed charging of course before setting it up. Easy to set up. Touch screen is responsive. The keyboard functions well. I kind of wished I found this computer sooner. The size is compact and light to carry. The screen is bright enough and connection is good. It is a solid laptop.

This computer was such a great deal! I’m really happy with my purchase. It works great! I was a little apprehensive when ordering this because of other reviews saying that theirs didn’t hold a charge or their volume didn’t work but mine works perfect! I couldn’t be happier.

The Chromebook is nice, just not nice that it was a pain getting because it was delivered to the wrong address

Was not expecting to love this as much as I do and did not know what to expect with a refurb. I am astonished because this little beast is practically brand new. Barely barely noticeable scuffs on the outside. Started up fast and set up was quick and easy. Bought this at recommendation of my engineer bf to use scrictly for writing a novel, and it is going to be perfect. I have a really nice Lenovo but it’s connected to all kinds of peripherals and a hassle to disconnect for portability, and it’s honestly not as physically durable as this little Dell. I wanted something small and rugged just to do writing, and this is absolutely perfect. Very pleased with the seller as well for shipping so quickly and well packaged and for offering such great products at such a great price.

No audio, just be aware….I was still able to use it for work, just NO AUDIO which is very annoying

The chromeos itself takes up 12 GB as of 2025.10.25 so that leaves only 4 GB left and after installing a couple of apps you use up that space really quick. If I was to buy it again, I would have to get the 32 GB version.

I hate that some people are having issues with these little computers but the one I received seems perfect. I’ve thoroughly inspected it and I’ve used it for several hours. It looks and works like new. I feel there is a distinct advantage to buying refurbished electronics like this. Someone bought it new and had problems with it so they returned it. The issues were resolved and it was sold to me. I now have a like new computer with all the problems worked out before I bought it at a great price. All my programs and apps loaded without any problems. Some seem to be receiving these computers without a power supply. Mine had one that was also in new condition. Would I like for the battery to last longer? Sure I would, but it lasts for several hours which is an acceptable amount of time and it recharges quickly. The screen is clear and sharp and the colors are excellent. The keyboard is also excellent with no “sticky keys.” I bought this computer with a 256 gig hard drive so it has a lot of space left after loading my programs and apps, and the 4 gigs of RAM makes the computer fast enough for my needs. I have not noticed any lag time. The fact that it came with the latest version of Windows preinstalled was a strong selling point for me. I love that it folds up to work much like a tablet if I want. It’s a bit heavier than I expected but that is not a deal breaker for me. In summation, I couldn’t be happier with this computer. I highly recommend the refurbished Dell Latitude 3190 HD 2-in-1 for anyone who is looking for a computer that is small but still powerful and easy to use. For the price, it is a true bargain. I would definitely buy it again, and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

After 2 failed attempts to get a refurb laptop this one came thru!! came w windows 11!! as well I use this laptop for my DJ gigs i just plug in my 1 gb song library with usb fires right up ! so much easier to carry around noy having to lug around heavy equipment

computer works, however both bottom corners of the screen have what appear to be pressure marks or something that turn a burnt-ish yellow when the screen is black or tilted. additionally the top left screw holding the bottom of the computer together arrived damaged, the lip that hold the head of the screw is broken and now the screw does not secure the bottom plate, which causes the bottom plate to pop open any time the screen itself is moved, which is a lot considering its supposed to be used as a tablet as well. a random broken plastic piece flew out of the inside of the computer in one of the instances of the plate popping open. i think what is either some forgotten screws, or stripped parts is causing these issues and also somehow has resulted in the left hinge of the computer not staying in place, it wiggles all over the place, and the lid falling open.There are scuff, or almost scratch marks on the bottom right corner of the rubber edge of the keyboard section, as well as many cosmetic errors like the keyboard keys printed letters missing portions.it seems almost like in refurbishing it, however that was done, they also damaged it more.

This laptop arrived in like-new condition, with no scratches on the screen, and no indications of use. It booted up immediately, updated itself, and installed Windows 11, without a hitch. I have a MacBook, but I needed a computer to run one old Windows program. It functions perfectly. I am more than satisfied.

Dell computer is amazing. I haven’t had a computer in years and this is pretty easy to set up.. the price was definitely worth it and didn’t break the bank. I love it

So things I really like about this computer the battery lasts a really long time on it and I really really like that I like that it’s a touch screen and it’s really really easy to navigate on the only reason that I gave it four stars is because I did get it used like new and there was a couple small pieces broken off the back of it and the letter N on the keyboard does stick abit.All and all very happy with this computer

I had to wait some time to write my review before I made it . BUT so far so good with the MacBook . I believe it came with one little ding but I’ve had it almost a month and I can’t even remember where the ding is tbh . I put a case on it & went about my way . I use it WAYYYY more than my iPad for sure . Came SUPER SUPER fast . Had a tiny hiccup in the beginning which made me panic instantly. BUT I contacted Apple , and all I had to do was update the computer, and I may have hiccups here and there . (Nothing worth returning the computer, maybe user error as a 2nd time MacBook user) but I would say GO FOR IT. If you’re scary like me just contact the seller or get it in great condition so you don’t have to worry. Don’t be cheap lol. I got the rose gold & im in love with her . I’ve customized the screen, and it’s cool to me. If I could think of any flaw it would be that it dies really fast. But that could also be because I just close it all the time, and never really turn it off. Again. User error. I was super scared of getting scammed. But these are the good guys. I can assure you lol I would’ve definitely written a not nice one if they weren’t . Don’t hesitate . The deal is there, if you have the money just buy it.

This lap top works great! For being a renewed lap top it works fast! It’s super light weight and great for travel! It was so simple to set up and connect my iPhone to. The lap top came with very minor scratches on the top but other than that it is in great condition!

I got home and saw it sitting on our kitchen island in all its glory. Beautiful color, zero keyboard deficiencies, screen with zero flaws. There is a chip on the bottom right corner of the shell which is very small. You can’t notice it unless you are studying it like you’re back in high school biology. Installed a case, and you can barely remember it’s there.So far, so good. I turned it on very hesitantly, worried that it would have a flaw on the screen, freeze, have a fan that sounded like a turbo jet, any amount of things. Nope. It runs better than my previous one. Setup was simple, my account is connected, runs like a marathon runner who has trained their entire life. I am in love. If this was laptop was a good looking man, I would run away with it. All in all, it runs beautifully and I will one hundred percent be purchasing from this company again. My daughter is going to need a laptop soon, so…take my money.All in all, I’m incredibly surprised in the best way possible. HUGE thank you to this company. I’m so happy.

Outstanding customer support from supplier WOOT. I had a problem with the device after having it for 28 days. Amazon directed me to the supplier who replied quickly and generously. The device was a good value for the price, but it did not suit my needs. The reseller, WOOT, put customer service ahead of sales, and completely satisfied my needs. Regarding the device (MacBook Air, early 2020, 1.1Mhz Intel), it functioned as it should and the condition was excellent, but the 1.1 MHz chip was noticeably slower than all my previous MacBook Airs with Intel chips.

Waited a couple of days to do a review for this, i bought it in ” excellent condition” but it still came with scratches on the bottom, also the battery life is not every good, if you plan on buying this for work or school it does die fast so always have the charger with you, it only took two days to arrive and was a pretty easy set up, disclaimer – it will overheat a lot. Over all you get what you pay for.

Looks brand new out the box(minus the original Apple charger). Use it for schooling only so works very well. Power Last very long after closing it but not turning it off. Left it closed for 2 days, it did die but impressive .Definitely get it for more casual things than gaming. Clear screen with watching moving.

I love my MacBook!!! It was shipped so fast, (received it 4 days after purchase) and it’s in wonderful condition. It looks so close to new. The tiniest scratches here and there and just a bit of dust under the keyboard. But honestly I don’t notice them unless I’m looking really hard. I was fairly unsure about how it would end up buying a refurbished MacBook from a 3rd party but I’m glad I did and I feel like I saved a lot of money this way. It works like a charm. The battery health is at 95% which is amazing. I’m treating this thing like my baby from now on lol. I bought the 4 yr protection plan just to make sure I’m all covered too. This seller is legit, and if you’re unsure I say go for it!

I was skeptical getting this renewed but when it came it functioned well (except it wa in Spanish) but Apple support helped me fix it quickly! So far still works well. The battery lasts for a long time. I am a college student and use the laptop all day but it lasts me two days of usage for classes and assignments. The charger it came with was a knockoff of an Apple charger for the laptop but it still works great. The screen gets dirty easily is the only complaint I have. The processing power is great and doesn’t lag like other computers I have do.

The Macbook Air M1 i received had a few scuffs and marks near the usb ports and bottom back.The keyboard had no signs of wear, the screen was scratch free and no other defects.Upon opening i was greeted with the installation screen of Monterey version of MacOS (the best option for this model)After configuring the Macbook for my wife i checked the battery and was at 92% health (that’s excellent)I myself have the Macbook Air M3 and i was really surprised with the audio quality if the Macbook Air M1 !!! It sounds way better !!!I will buy renewed products in the future again from Amazon !

This is one of the best laptops I can recommend. Its Great thats really all there is to say. I use this for mainly multi-media purposes. It is great at that. The M1 chip is a beast, needs no fans, and CAN do mild gaming. It sounds good and the picture quality of the display is what you’d expect; very good. Obviously since it’s a mac its easy to use, and made well as it is solid aluminum. A timeless design. Its got basically a 500gb SSD so its got decent storage and its fast, but I also use a samsung usb type c flash drive thing for most my media to not max it out instantly. I really do like the track pad too, I normally am very picky about them and don’t like most very much at all. However I have always liked the mac ones, and this is not exception is as really responsive and a good size. I got mine for around $700 or so and I could not love it more. I have it for over a year and a half with no issues!FYI there is only 2 type c ports and 1 headphone jack on this laptop

This is my first MacBook laptop, and I must say, I’m impressed! I’m glad I purchased a refurbished MacBook instead of a new one since I mainly need it for school. It’s in excellent condition, with only one or two very minimal surface scratches that are barely noticeable. The speed and battery life are great—I have no complaints. I even bought a protective case to match the rose gold color. Loving it so far!

So far so good, currently updating to Tahoe 26.0.1 have been using for about 5hours. No real cosmetic issues almost look brand new, very minor wear. Seems as if MacBook wasn’t used for some time as it was running older OS. I would highly recommend especially if your looking for the 16/512 version as most users who opt for this spec typically take care of the machines (I know that’s not always the case) but what I can say it this specific machine is near mint. Again only been using less than a day but absolutely no issues so far, check back in a few weeks…. And after update. Check out pics

Very good computer. It is fast and reliable. I mean you do get what you pay for but last one I ordered from wallmart was so trash the battery sucked. Good job Amazon. I recommend getting it if you need it for school or if your kid wants something and you don’t wanna spend 1k on a new one. But there is a few tiny dents on the corner but it ain’t noticeable if you put a case on it.

I bought this Apple MacBook Air MVFK2LLA (Renewed) for a surprisingly low price on Amazon, and it turned out to be a great deal. The laptop arrived in excellent condition, basically like new with no scratches or visible wear. Performance has been smooth, and despite my worries about overheating with Intel models, this one stays cool and stable.The only issue is that it didn’t come with an Apple-branded charger, but for the price I paid, that’s not a dealbreaker.

Looks physically nearly perfect. There is some kind scratchy adhesive “skin” that’s been put on the top cover… I cannot tell if it is stock to the computer or something added on later or to potentially hide something on the actual surface underneath….? It’s coming up a touch along the edges…. But..: it took me awhile to even notice it and I am not taking it off. In fact I ordered a new case for this and it gets here tomorrow.As for software, I hit one or two snags but one of them appears to be fixed while the other isn’t the fault of the computer itself the fault of the place I work blocking simple tasks like logging into email. Not computers fault.I used this fairly extensively all day, zip zapping around like usual and did not really encounter any interferences or hiccups. Messages works; FaceTime works, music works, iCloud photos are synced, a few things mirror from the phone if wanted, so the device to device communication works… it came with a new looking charger, which worked immediately.I would not say it holds battery as well as my older 2015. I think the retina display chews up a lot of power. I also was on FaceTime for about an hour. Heavy battery usage. I can generally get through half my work day on a charge before I need to get it plugged in. I’m a teacher and I have this open almost the entire day.RIP USB ports 🙁 I used those pretty extensively as well. I miss those. Only think I like about the USB C is that its the same as chromebook ports so there’s always chargers around that work. My old had a MAC only port.Otherwise this was a really good purchase. I know by tonight it will take a dump bc jinxes.Overall pretty happy so far. :)Update: It did not take a dump. I have been using it for about a month and a half. Day in and day out. In school, out of school, tutoring, face Time, email, Google classroom, etc. I charge it each day. At the exact moment I am typing this, the charger stopped working lol Can’t make it up. The charger looked sus from the beginning. It worked though so I couldn’t complain. But the little silver piece that actually going into the charging port was always a little loose looking, almost slightly crooked. I always figured id get another one. But since that USB C is so common chargers are nothing. Overall still REALLY happy with this purchase.Update 3 months later: Still going strong. Still doesn’t hold a charge as long as my other one but it isnt terrible. I just did a shtld of work on Canva for about 40 min and I have a ton of battery left. Usage is fine, no issues with anything major. I suddenly couldn’t get into my apple ID when I had to change a password, it just short ciruited everything and i couldnt load messages app, the sign on would just circle around and around. I was able to force quit and shut down entirely. Then restart and use my phones hotspot and it worked. Who knows. But that was probably the only real issue lately. Very Very happy with this purchase I can’t even imagine why anyone buys a computer at $1600 dollars when we have access to such good refurbs or older models.

Easily signed into my Apple ID with no issues, and it was set up in less than 20 minutes! Truly pleased with it, clearly a 2019 but does the trick with no issues 🙂 I didn’t believe the price and thought it would be either a scam, an older model then advertised, and/or completely broken, I was SO wrong! It’s amazing…

I would say it is excellent condition tho it had a few dings on each side and fingerprints that I cannot get off the screen at all (which doesn’t hurt it’s function) and the random sticker from the last owner had for the collage they went to on the keyboard being left.This was a great guy. It works as should. It’s my first MacBook. I will say the battery doesn’t last long if I just close the laptop without turning it off, but it lasts a good 6 or so hours while I’m working on it depending on what I’m doingI would recommend as everything works as it should.

Grateful for the opportunity and the great price, but you get y what you pay for. In the outside, it was a model, in the inside…. A bit of a nightmare. I had the same computer that unfortunately I dropped and crashed. This computer, without all the info I accunulated in theee years was utterly slow. Sharing screen with zoom would automatically slow things down even worse than the regular day. I had to restarted every meeting I’d have so as to minimize the slow process. Battery life? Very little. Could not survive for a long time unplugged – about an hour or 2 tops. I just returned it and paying the difference to have the functionality and reliability Mac is known for. Not worth the savings

I bought this computer from Amazon and overall, I’m really happy with it. It runs fast, looks nice, and handles my everyday tasks easily. The setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box.There were only a few small issues like charge issue and a couple scrapes . It just minor things like some updates taking longer than expected and the fan being a bit loud at times. Other than that, it’s been great so far and definitely worth the price.

I have bought refurbished/renewed electronics, for myself and others, from Amazon and other places for years and never had a problem until this transaction. This product was described by the seller as “Renewed – Excellent” but was in Poor condition.The laptop had three very visible scratches on the outside cover, with additional scratches on the Apple logo. Worse yet, the backlit keyboard had MAJOR defects as 4 keys (A, S, E and D) had the letters completely worn off (and were illuminated as unreadable white blobs). Worse yet, a sticker had been haphazardly placed over the top of the D key. Not only was the sticker not even centered on the key, but a sticker on a key of a backlit keyboard disables the backlight functionality for that key. Horrible. I have owned a lot of computers over the years and have never experienced keys wearing off on a keyboard. This thing was either abused or defective from the start. I have two laptops that I use to run my business. Both bought refurbished or used (without being refurbished) and both have been great for multiple years and still have no physical defects despite a lot of travel and heavy use.Overall, VERY disappointing and deserves a 1-star review, only because I cannot give it a zero.I received a return authorization and will be sending it back for a refund. This disappointing experience also resulted in my daughter not having a computer for her first day of high school orientation. I’m buying another one from a different seller today, so at least she will have it for the first day of class next week.There should be some sort of quality control process for allowing sellers to market renewed products under the Amazon name. Maybe there is and this one just slipped through the cracks.Update as of 9/10/24, I have still not received my refund or any communication from Amazon or the seller.

If you’re looking for a laptop for school only for example, this is a nice and cheap option. A few things wrong. 1) Over heats if you have multiple tabs open and starts making a loud noise coming from the vents. And because it’s an older version you can’t download a lot of the apps you have to use safari but that’s not the seller’s fault of course the laptop is just older. But thought i’d say this for educational purposes. It’s not slow i like it. And it opens with finger print touch

The media could not be loaded. It’s great for the price you pay it’s not every day you get a Mac book a good one and a nice year for $200 so no complaints here I got good I believe and the only problem really is just the dent on the side from someone dropping it and I believe I’ve it may have had a tiny issue with over heating but my phone does that so I’m not really worried other then that the screen quality is great battery is great size is perfect light weight it was easy to set up it did come dead but after I let it charge for about 10 minutes it powered right up I just love it and this is my third refurbished MacBook(only because my nephew broke my first two????) but yea guys you should get one for Christmas very easy to use and a great way to save money.

This product gets zero stars, while the computer itself works well enough for me. After 6 months the battery doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. I charge my MacBook Air and turn it off, I put it away until I need it again and every time I try to turn it back on the battery is completely dead and I have to plug it in to turn it on. Of course this is after the return period and Amazon’s certified warranty for refurbished products isn’t applicable in my case. I paid over $300 dollars for a computer hoping that it will work for me for atleast a few years and now all I get is a computer that I have to plug in every time I want to use it. Thanks Amazon! ???????? I will never buy a refurbished product from Amazon again and I suggest that you read the reviews carefully and don’t buy one either.

This is the best computer I have ever had. I enjoy it so much. I got the refurbished excellent in gray but they sent m silver which is the color I originally wanted. I have never in my life been so satisfied with a purchase. If you are thinking about it. GO FOR IT. IT is so snappy and fast I’ve never wanted to do school work so much. I can playtimes or do hard work for hours STRAIGHT and the battery will last hours. and there’s relatively no heat. It’s so light and portable I LOVE IT. Ive never had wifi issues or bluetooth, the handoff is wonderful and the connectivity to the other products in your apple ecosystem is just AUGH. No touch screen but who needs that its a computer. And god I just love the color so much. I really do love this computer. I can’t even stop typing on this review!!!!

Let me begin by saying I purchased this 128gb 8gb Memory 2020 M1 MacBook Air from MOBILESUPPLY, as Refurbished – Acceptable condition. Total purchase price was 358.00 after tax and shipping. I had placed the order late Wednesday Evening and received my MacBook Friday Afternoon, The seller overnighted my MacBook to me (Kudos to MOBILESUPPLY for the fast shipping). The MacBook I received is in almost near mint condition with only two very tiny nicks, and a small smudge on the lid of the MacBook. It did come with a generic charger but I have an extra Apple branded charger lying around so I use that instead.This thing is really fast and I love the convenience of the Apple ecosystem. It’s so nice to answer calls, and read/write text messages all from my MacBook, not to mention how light the MacBook is. 128gb Storage is a little on the lower end of things, however I use an Samsung 1tb External SSD and that solves that problem. Be assured for regular use 8gb of system memory is more than enough to serve your needs. I bought Acceptable condition as a baseline knowing that I would at least receive a decent MacBook, but that there is a possibility of getting lucky and receiving a much better condition one. If you’re on the fence about purchasing a refurbished MacBook just take the plunge and buy it. Lastly be sure to research and review your seller prior to purchasing. The MacBook that I received is superb so far. I’m using the computer currently and it is working great. With used and/or refurbished, it’s like a box of chocolates and you ever know what you might get. With the reviews I read, I took the gamble and bought the computer.It has minor scratches on the cover of the computer and it’s working like new. The previous owner barely used it or the seller changed the battery on it. The keyboard isn’t worn out and it doesn’t have performance defect as of now.I recommend it as a gift if you get the kind that I received.

Purchased as an obvious choice of being in the iPhone environment for many years. I played with it trying to myself immersed intoThe Mac world. It was in great shape, great battery life left and to be honest, I don’t think it was heavily used.Now here’s the best part, I’ve been on here ( Amazon ) for at least a decade now, and I’ve never had a retailer reach out and call me to ask how things are going, this resale company did.. The MacBook air was in excellent condition, updated to latest software. No cracks, dents, scratches whatsoever!

i’m giving this 3 stars but it should really be 0 stars! read on:when the laptop arrived it was hot! not a good sign. when i finally got it setup, well there was only about 40 Gigs left of space. some how the OS takes up about 80+ or so gigs and then when i installed my most common apps (brave browser, video editors, etc.) hardly any space was left. so the 128 gig model is a scam. it does NOT give you 128 gig of free storage.AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, the laptop just stopped charging. I’m serious. i went into apple and they did some work on it (new IO board) but that didn’t work so they didn’t charge me then they said it needed a new logic board which was $400! which is basically the price of this laptop! … apple is really pushing their luck and i’m so done with them.on top of all that the laptop arrived with several dents and scraps even through i ordered an “Excellent” version.luckily i was able to return it so i got my money back. good lord was that a blood soaked nightmare.

2025 almost 2026 this thing still has good performance for editing video. I will say that if u can get one with 16gb n 256gb not 128 now with the new updates ( Mac 26.1 ) take about 60gb just to be up to date

I wanted to get an older Intel Mac for the sake of hauling it around and doing some things to it that are “off label” so to speak. I had low expectations, but for under $200, I figured, worst-case, I’d throw some flavor of Linux on it and use it as a secondary device. While it isn’t as fast as my M3 MacBook Air that I use mostly at home, it is incredibly serviceable. It is refurbished, mine came with a brand new battery and for this particular device the battery life is really great, even under a bit of load it’s 4+ hours, and I’m a bit of a heavy user so you may get more. Upgradeable (just ordered a larger SSD for it because I am using it so much that I’m investing in more storage, the specialized drive for it runs around $60 or you can get the NVMe SSD of your choice with an adapter if you have a spare lying around you want to use.) OpenCore will get you to Sequoia and I’ve heard some people are able to run Tahoe Beta. Without modification though it runs Sonoma which for most people will do just fine.You’re not getting the greatest screen with an 8 year old computer but the screen actually looks really good. The i5 Processor and 8 GB of RAM are not powerhouses these days but if you have a $200 budget and have to choose between this and one of those new budget laptops with a Celeron or N95/100/etc. this will do much better! Just remember, this is an 8 year old device as far as the tech. It does great. But if you’re expecting an experience similar to the new M-series processors, you won’t get it. I would suggest looking into a refurbished Air with an M1 if you want that experience. That said, it packs a lot more punch than I thought it would and I am currently using it as my out of the house daily driver.It does get a little warm under load but not hot. If you’re just web browsing, YouTubing, doing school or office work, maybe some very basic photo or video editing, this machine will do just fine.For people with a little less tech experience, I would suggest making sure you save files to the cloud or a USB drive (also has an SD card slot if you want to go that route.)This does NOT have USB-C and Thunderbolt 2 does not natively connect to current Thunderbolt/USB-C. There are adapters for that on Amazon if you need it for any reason. With the right cable that port can also be used to connect to an external monitor if you need it.OH. And! Keyboard and Apple Logo are both backlit. I believe this was the last MacBook Air with a backlit Apple Logo. If nothing else that increases its “cool factor.”Bigger bezels than new devices, but honestly, they don’t bother me and I think most people won’t find them excessive.I would say this laptop is for:StudentsChildren who you want to give a first computer to where you don’t need them to have the latest and the greatest.People who have been using Windows and want to try a Mac but don’t want to commit big money to the ecosystem yetPeople who have a Chromebook budget but don’t want a crappy underpowered machine that is effectively a web browser with mobile apps and don’t know how to use the Linux environmentPeople who are interested in the Hackintosh community but would rather have the real thing.People looking at those sub-$300 computers with EMMC memory and 4 GB of RAM and underpowered processorsHope that this helps people who are thinking about this computer but are on the fence. It’s truly a great machine. And while Apple has dropped support for Intel, security updates should continue to roll out for a few years in case safety is a concern.

Just received this morning. Daughter’s school MacBook Air died and we needed a quick replacement. So far so good! Swapped her hard drive into this one one and were back up and running in no time!

I ordered one and the entire two bottom rows of keys stuck, would click like there was sand under the keyboard, or wouldn’t pop back up so my sentence looked like this“Mmmmmmmmy nnnnew laptop Is unnnnnnnnusabbble”So I reached out to Amazon support who processed a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement was also unusable because the charging port would not hold the charger in it. So unless I wanted to sit there and hold the charger for 2 hours to charge it I had to return that one too. So I reached out to support again and processed that return.I ordered a third one hoping the third time would be the charm but alas, it was not. This one has a battery life of about 18 minutes from full charge until it’s dead. I understand these are refurbished but I have some major concerns about quality control at this point as it doesn’t seem like random bad luck that I’d get 3 laptops with major problems.Also adding that these are listed in excellent condition however there are also significant cosmetic issues as well. Scratches, deep dents, bent corners. Not something I’d look at and say “yeah this is in excellent condition”. I hope the seller takes more care in refurbishing these in the future because it feels like they are just out here taking in a computer, restoring it to factory settings and listing it for sale. No way they could do even a cursory check of these and not notice 20 sticky keys or the inability to charge a computer.This process has taken me about 3 weeks from placing my first order and has been a headache all around. I wouldn’t recommend these unless you are fully aware that you’ll need to dedicate time and money to making the computer you receive able to be used.

I am giving it one star because it did initially work when the product was delivered in July of 2024. Within two months the screen turned black. My daughter was using the product for college and she was away in another state. We did purchase the Asurion protection plan but my daughter was unsure how to use it correctly and as I was not there to help her so she waited another month and a half to get it fixed when she came home for break. During that time the MacBook was unusable. In December I sent the item away to be fixed. The item was returned to her a couple of weeks later at her university. That was the second week of January 2025. She came home for spring break in March and while she was home the screen began to turn black again. She also informed me that the laptop was running very hot. I again contacted Asurion but at this time I was just looking for a refund of my $429. I was told that an item had to have the same defect 4 times because I could seek a refund. I explained that my daughter had major time constraints with this instance and waiting 2/3 weeks for the item to be fixed was not an option. We took it to a nearby repair shop that is sponsored by Asurion where we were given an estimate of $471 which is more than I paid for the product. I was told that I could pay to have it repaired and then be reimbursed but aside from not living that option the screen would take a week to come in and then a few days after that to be fixed. I should also state that the estimate also included fixing the overheating problem. I reached out to Amazon but because it was more than 90 days removed from the purchase they couldn’t do anything for me. Originally, I did have a customer service representative tell me I should not worry that I would be getting a refund but the next day I received an email stating that my claim had been denied. I also reached out to the third party seller and they never responded to my message. I did try Asurion one more time with a copy of the estimate trying to please my case that I just want a refund since the original payment is less than the cost of the repair. This whole process has eaten up hours over several days of speaking with countless representatives. I felt like there was no one that truly understood my problem and how I only wanted to be made whole with this defective product.

just got this today i can say that it’s like a purchased a brandnew computer no one can tell that it’s 2019 and for the price best purchase made no scratches everything new works lightning fast it’s like whoever had it before used it 1 sec and just said i don’t want it no more . great job ????

An amazing laptop everything works I was super concerned after reading the reviews but I needed a laptop for my stock trades and this MacBook has been perfect! The touch pad works perfectly the battery holds a charge great…the only way you can tell that is was a used MacBook is it had a few scratches would definitely buy again…roll the dice and order one

Quite a good value. Battery cycles was pretty low so battery performance has been great since updating the OS to the latest version. Cosmetically, the machine I received was just about perfect with the exception of some high wear on the left wrist area. This was easily remedied with one of those perfectly matching protective decals which disappear once applied.The only other minor issue was with the USB-C charging cable. Both ends were super tight to plug in and very difficult to remove from both the brick and the MacBook Pro. I emailed the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement, which had the proper amount of resistance.I’d highly recommend buying one of these for a student or as a beater to take on vacation. Great value.

I purchased this for my son to use for his daily homeschooling needs. This laptop was one of the best finds in a LONG time! It was practically like new for a very low price! It had no scratches or dents, everything that came with it including the charger works wonderfully and has since we purchased it several weeks ago. The ease of setup and use is perfect, the quality of the laptop is excellent, it runs fast, great graphics, my son can even play Roblox on it pretty well, it has some lagging but that is to be expected from a non-gaming computer. I hope the quality lasts a long time. Will update before the 12 month mark.

I’ve been using my refurbished Chromebook (“excellent’) for about three weeks, and am so pleased with it. It is fast, intuitive, has a generous, bright display and operates so smoothly. This for a third of what I paid in 2017 for my Acer Aspire E15, which cannot run Windows 11 and in any case had become cumbersome and frustrating functionally. I am a basic user — e-mail, writing, light social media use — and this Chromebook suits me well. Syncing to Android phone even gives me access to text messages on my Chromebook, which may be overkill, but which is nonetheless nice for when I misplace my phone (which never happens, right?) I love that it starts without a hitch upon opening, and shuts down quickly; it all just feels so much faster, simpler and streamlined than the old Windows Acer, and according to research before buying, I’ll have support for this Chromebook for at least five years. Nice, too, to learn more about Google Drive and storing files and photos in the cloud (15GB free), rather than cluttering my own computer. Finally, as a matter of principle, it’s nice to have a refurbished product that is good as new without contributing to the production of new electronics. Speaking of which, Staples will recycle your old hardware at no cost; that’s where I took my old Acer laptop. Highly recommend this refurbished Chromebook in excellent condition!

The condition of the one I received is great, looks new. Others mention that the screen isn’t great but I find it much better than my 14in Lenovo Idea Pad 3. Just received it but at this time everything seems to work as it should. My only gripe would be the battery life. Numerous reviews say it lasts all day. When I charge this one it starts out saying “11 hours left” but after just an hour or so that drops to “6 hours remaining” and it switches to low power mode after 4.5 hours. I’ll see if there is a way to re calibrate the battery like a phone and update. I use it at home mostly so it’s not a major problem but if you’re buying it to carry around away from home or work I’d suggest you check the battery usage and charge and drain it a few times before the return date so you know how much time your battery is actually good for.
