this 12v air compressor is perfect for my needs. Will carry in my SUV. Had problems with leaky tires, then replaced them, but got to worrying what to do if one of my new tires picked up a small nail, so I bought a rechargeable screw driver, some rubberized hole screws, and this compressor. What I need on the road to fix a leaking tire! It is small, lightweight, fully functional, has good quality, easy to store, and should work fine! Another problem that might arise solved! Goes well with my 12V car jack and my 12V impact wrench to remove a tire and do the repair on roadside!

Great price, fills tires to desired pressure. Its a little slower than I expected, but it works well and shuts off automatically after hitting desired psi. Worked on my chevy pickup truck tires. It was so easy to use, plug it in, attach to tire, select desired pressure

Awesome purchase… The low price made me a little skeptical, but I trusted the reviews. My tire light has been on for a couple of days, but the temp outside just dropped, so I checked them with one of those cheap little manual gauges, and only one tire read 5 lbs low, so I wasn’t concerned. I stumbled upon this little gem, ironically looking to inflate balloons for a coworker’s birthday, and figured it would be good to keep in the car anyway. I went out tonight to test it out and top of the low tire, which it filled quickly, and quietly for an air compressor! But the low tire light on my car didn’t turn off… so I hooked it up to my back tire – one that read 31psi just two days ago on the cheap, manual (but often reliable) thingamajig, was actually at 25psi! But the light remained. The two remaining tires turned out to both be low! Right when the fourth tire hit 32psi (factory recommendation for my vehicle is 33psi), the tire light went off!This air compressor is super small, and very easy to use. It fills tires pretty quickly and quietly. One reviewer mentioned that the yellow buttons are hard to see in the dark. I mean… they’re not lit, but there are 5 options: PSI up and PSI down, then a big center button for start/stop (it shuts off automatically when the desired PSI is achieved), and two that I didn’t need, so it didn’t matter and I’ll likely never use them… and really, if you can’t see these large yellow buttons, how is it that you were able to find your valve stem cover?! Anyway, buy this if you don’t have an air compressor in your car. Or buy one for someone you know that can’t get their act together, and refuse to get their perpetually leaky tire fixed. It’s a good purchase!

With the cool weather the tires lose their annual PSI . . . my trustee old compressor decided to die. This one works great. Easy to hook up with almost no loss of air when removing. Quick fill up. I went from 25 to 33 in a minute or two. Cord was plenty long enough for me to reach each tire, but just and I have a Kia Soul. Not sure it would reach in a big truck. Fits easily into the included storage bag and takes up little space in the trunk.

I knew I was taking a chance with how low the price is but this little thing is surprisingly effective. It gets the job done. User friendly and not overly complicated. Definitely worth the price. I like that it plugs right into the car’s outlet so as long as the car is running you’ll never run out of power. And the best part: it’s pink. Hopefully it lasts but right now I’m very happy with my purchase.

I bought this pump in advance of making my son a balloon garland for his birthday. Honestly, it makes blowing up balloons so convenient that time consuming tasks like a balloon garland become very achievable. I really have no complaints, but my thoughts on the pump are as follows.Quality of Pump: I found the pump easy to use and have used multiple times over the two hours it took me to blow up the balloons needed for a large garland. I have no complaints for the pump at this price point. Seems quality and up for the task, I expect years of use.Sound level: This pump is fairly loud. But I also expected the pump to be loud. You’re not going to have a quiet peaceful conversation while using this pump–it’s doing some serious work.Speed: This pump will blow up balloons faster than you can tie. No limitation on power. The tying truly becomes the only time-add.Extras: I really appreciated that this pump came with everything you need to get started on some garlands. The plastic garland kit seems very flimsy and like you can’t achieve something impressive with it, but believe me–you can. It’s all you need to do the standard popular garland. The sticky dots were also very helpful for finishing off my garland with smaller balloons that can’t be easily integrated into the plastic garland guide. Attached is a photo of the garland I was able to make on my very first try.This pump makes achieving decor like this so simple. Highly recommend.

Got mine several months ago and I have used it many times. Worked great blowing up about 100 to 200 balloons for a bridal shower we had at my house. Made making the balloon arch very easy and saved a lot of time. Best money I have doing on one of these. Has held up very good to using it many times. airflow is very quick and very powerful.

Very useful and easy to use…

I recently purchased this pump to help with the task of inflating about 500 balloons for a balloon arch. The pump was a game-changer and made the task of blowing up balloons much easier and faster. I appreciated the compartment for the plug to fold up inside and that the nozzles are all attached to the actual pump, making it easy to store when not in use. There were a couple of downsides to note: one being the pump is loud. It makes a high pitched whistling sound especially when struggling to blow up the smaller sized balloons. When you have to blow up 100+ balloons, this can get annoying. The other issue I had was that it was not powerful enough to blow up the small sized double-walled balloons. The larger double walled balloons had no issues with inflating but it was impossible to blow up the smaller ones even after trying to stretch them out. I ended up having to use my Milwaukee compressor for the small balloons. Overall, I’m happy with the electric pump. It is efficient, easy to use, and a huge time-saving solution for inflating balloons!

Air pump itself is uncomplicated and easy to understand, especially after reading directions. The air chuck pressed over valve stem easily and securely. Preset function for PSI automatically shut off. Digital display is very readable. Flashlight function is handy. Schrader air chuck is easy to attach. Quality is good.

I’ve been using this car tire inflator for a while now, and it works really well. It inflates tires quickly and easily, and the compact design makes it easy to store in my car. Definitely a useful tool to have for emergencies or regular tire maintenance.

I love this thing. Specifically:-The hose threads on to your valve stem. No need to push it on to the valve stem, then you misalign it, air comes out, you reposition, etc. Instead, you screw it on, then use both your hands for other things. This *really* comes in handy with wheels where the valve stems are hard to access, like motorcycles.-You can set the tire pressure you want. This has been a very reliable feature for me. Set the pressure, start the pump, then the pump shuts off at that pressure. No babysitting. Very nice.-The cigarette adapter is great, especially if you have a cigarette outlet in two areas of your car – like the trunk and the front seat (like Jeeps do).-The compressor is very portable, so I keep it in my trunk at all times.One downside:-The pump gets pretty hot after extended use. Particularly the metal nub on the cigarette adapter itself, which might surprise you. Let it cool off after use!Overall: Highly recommended. No more hunting around for a gas station with a working air compressor. I purchased this a year ago and came back to review it.

I purchased this less than three years ago. I think the inflation time is a little misleading, since it operates a little slower than advertised, but it did the job and did it well. Unfortunately, my model just suddenly stopped working this week when I needed it most. I had a bungee cord hook blow out my tire and had to use my spare (full-sized truck tire filled to 35psi). After installing the spare and trying to inflate it, the machine kept stopping and would only work if I was holding the cord in the perfect spot. After a minute of filling, I could hear the sound of the pump change, along with a “hiss”. Unfortunately, the pump was still running, but actively draining my spare of all air. Luckily I caught it before it got below 20psi and could limp my truck to the gas station to use their machine.Long story short, it lived for nearly 3 years, served me well, then died when I needed it most. For the price, I feel I got my money’s worth, but I would probably buy something a little more robust for the truck in the future.

This inflator is so easy to use and fills your tires quickly. I love the digital screen so you can set how many pounds you want your tire to be and the fact that it shuts off automatically. Great little tool to keep in the car!

I should have bought this years ago! I have a very slow leak on one of my tires that triggers my low pressure light about once a month or so. Finding a gas station with an air pump is always a challenge, and they’re often not free, either. This little guy lives in my trunk, and I just set him to the correct pressure and attach him to each tire, and it fills to that pressure and shuts off. Works like a charm! And the other morning after a cold snap, my wife’s tire pressure light went on, so out came this little guy and her tires were filled in no time in our own driveway. An absolutely great investment!

The device worked well on my car tires, no need to use any of the attachments. To use: Start car, plug unit into 12 volt convenience port (cigarette lighter), set memory to pressure level, screw the hose onto the valve stem, flip switch. Very simple, and the default measure is in psi (pounds per square inch), the USA common measure. Other measures, if needed include: “Bar”, “KPA”, and “Kg/cm^2”, for those outside of the USA.I will say that going up a few psi on the pressure will heat up the unit, specifically the hose: in one case, I went from 26 psi to 33! I simply paused 2-3 minutes in between tires, and let it cool down. The instructions do say to measure the width of your tires, and if they are beyond 28 inches wide, don’t use this unit.Really, the only complaint I have with this device is that it is pretty noisy, but being a compressor, that really is a minor nit – I just won’t use it at 4 o’clock in the morning!Full disclosure: I have only had this for a few days, and used it on only four car tires and one bike tire. I’ll try to remember to update my review after long-term usage.

This is the first Portable Air Pump I have ever owned or used myself. It is nice and compact, and easy to keep in my car. I’ve had to use it a few times for a tire that has a slow leak. It plugs into my car into the charging port, and you just set the pressure you want, and turn it on. It is pretty slow to fill and gets hot, but I think that can be expected for a pump of this style.

Bought into Ryobi battery tools years ago when they offered a great handheld inflator. Since then added many others mainly for convenient “car carry” inflating tires, equipment and lugnut (tire changing) car, rv, trailers convenience. Two advances with new inflator is very compact and easy to store. Secondly, being able to preset desired pressure and its ability to free stand without “walking “ makes it very convenient. Most pressures used are less than 50 lbs, but reaches those limits with no issues. The hose gets extremely hot though. Even the 1.5 amp batteries are good for several tire top ups. I prefer using 4amp batteries that work longer, but make unit slightly larger and heavier.

Love this tool. Set the desired pressure, connect to tire (or other inflatable) and push start. It inflates to the desired pressure and shuts off automatically. Best of all, no dealing with a cigarette lighter adapter only to find the cord is too short to reach the tire that is low. Tool carries its own power. Electric motor has same volume as my cigarette lighter inflation tool.Note it does not come with a battery. I have several Ryobi tools so I had batteries for it.

First and foremost, I am a very satisfied Ryobi customer. When the need arises, I usually go to Ryobi first either Amazon or Home Depot. As noted by other reviewers this pump is way faster and more PSI than the previous hand held ( pistol grip ) version. I own and use both regular. When reading the functionality of this one, I was eager to use based on the digital read-out, auto shut off, more PSI output, etc. All good.Albeit the one I have is off by at least 2-3 lbs. I know as I’ve double checked it with two high quality tire pressure gauges ( 1 digital, 1 analog ) that I’ve used consistently. Whether it just my one pump or not, I would recommend double checking when you first use. Over inflation can be as bad as under inflation.

I bought this to replace my Ryobi P737 inflator that failed after about 3 years of usage. I am a cyclist and need an inflator to keep the tires properly inflated on 2 mountain bicycles. With the old Ryobi P737 took quite some time to inflate a flat bicycle tire getting very hot in the process (which ultimately was the reason for failure). I read a few reviews here on Amazon and settled on this model even though I had a somewhat bad experience with the previous inflator.I am very glad I took a second chance on this as this model is excellent and so much easier to use. I set the 50 PSI one time and press the on button then the play looking button and in 3 or so seconds my 29 inch tires go from 45PSI to 50PSI instead of 30+ seconds with the old unit. The unit remembers the last pressure set so you don’t have to set the pressure each time. I take the inflator with me on the trails in my back basket. I have fixed a few flats on the trail and before riding. It reinflates a flat with the same ease and no trouble at all and it doesn’t get warm. I highly recommend this unit.

Really easy to use. Any Ryobi 18V battery will work (I have several). Push button interface is very intuitive. Compressor automatically stops when the target psi is reached. I would readily purchase this unit again, and may give away several to family members. It shipped promptly and arrived as expected.

It takes less than a minute to top off tires. Great for this purpose. I have had other inflators and this is the best I have used.

Excellent product made in UK, definitely the best portable inflator out there

The media could not be loaded. I charged this up to 100% and then used it to top off my two rear 275mm tires from 36 to 37 psi. These are large tires that you’d find on a full-size truck or SUV. This took about 50 seconds per tire, and it used between 50 to 75 percent of the battery power in this tire inflator to top off both tires. The battery indicator only has 4 marker bars, so it’s not very precise. After using this to inflate the two wheels by 1 psi per wheel (36 to 37), it took 2 hours to recharge the inflator back up to 100 percent. If you have really large tires or your tire is close to flat, this may not be much use to you. Especially since it takes so long to recharge. It’s best for emergencies to use with just one tire, or small top-offs like I did.Several things to mention:1. The air inflator tube is really short. On a larger wheel it means that the tire inflator will dangle by the cord and vibrate against your rims. I’m not sure that it’s good for the inflator to be bouncing around like that. The inflator is made of plastic and has rubber feet.2. This unit doesn’t measure the air pressure if the tire pressure in the wheel exceeds the psi setting. So for example, our front wheels were inflated to 38, and so when we set this to 37 and plugged this into the front wheels, the inflator did not register any air pressure in the wheel, and it did nothing when we turned it on. At first, I thought it was broken, before realizing it was because the air pressure exceeded 37. Normally, I’d expect an inflator to turn on for half a second if just to register the pressure readout.3. A nice thing is that because this has an internal battery, it remembers the prior psi setting so you don’t have to manually bump it up from 0 every time you turn it on and off.4. This is really compact and highly portable. It also has built in clips to hold the air hose so it’s not dangling around, and a clip to hold the adaptor.5. This can be used as a power bank and has a single USB in/out port.In summary, works fine. Best for smaller tires, or top offs on larger tires. Highly portable and compact and easy to store in your truck or cargo space. The price is not bad considering the quality. It seems pretty strong, like a small plastic brick with rubber feet, and can withstand a few drops. It is also quite powerful and noisy, and inflates fast for its size.

At $69.95 (Amazon price at time of purchase and review) this is an excellent item. Not sure I would use this to keep my truck tires filled up, but for occasional, around the house (and auto) use this is almost perfect. (As an aside, for my truck I use either an air compressor or Milwaukee M18 inflator).This NOCO inflator replaces/supplements the Craftsman V20 inflator that I have been using (and enjoying) over the past several years. I now find I’m using this NOCO inflator instead almost exclusively because it is so convenient; it’s a compact, powerful, well-designed (well, almost) inflator that is easy to carry and easy to use.Works great. Typical NOCO high quality. Almost totally love it. I have one quibble: yes, NOCO provides a carry bag, but I have found the bags (though, high quality) to be useless. I’m not a fan of sacks. You get the storage/carry bag because this inflator has two extra pieces to go with it: a USB cord and an inflator head. No real need to keep the USB charge cord with it, but the inflator head is a must “keep with it” accessory. You can attach it, but then you have a hanging piece that just sticks out. That’s why I give this item only 4.5 stars (rounded up to “5 stars”).Or, you can find a case. Which I did after much trial and error so now I’m completely satisfied. This inflator fits perfectly in the FBLFOBELI travel case (ASIN: B09KLQ9NQ8). Annoyed that I had to spend another $14 for the case, but now I have a case that will protect the NOCO inflator and storage the accessories. So, in the end, very happy. I think anyone buying this will be happy, too. As I said, a quality NOCO product. I have many NOCO products and have never been disappointed. This inflator continues the streak.Almost perfect. 4.5 stars. But I can’t give a “partial star” rating, so we’ll round up to…5 stars.

I tested this on both my car and a bicycle (60psi), and it handled both perfectly fine (and quickly!). Topping off the tires on my car (32psi) took less than a minute each, which was great. The bike took just a couple of minutes from being completely flat.My only real complaint is that the hose is really short. Unless the valve stem is in just the right position, the compressor can’t sit flat on the ground. That’s going to cause some scuffing over time, but honestly, I’d rather have a few scratches on the compressor than a flat tire.The battery performance seems solid, though the indicator isn’t very precise and it’s not super clear to me how much charge I have. It dropped two bars after about two minutes of use, but the box claims around twenty minutes of continuous runtime. If that’s true, you could probably fill all four tires from very low or top them off several times before needing to recharge.One thing worth mentioning: my box didn’t include any printed instructions. I’ve used plenty of compressors before, so I was able to figure it out quickly, but someone new to this might need to hunt down a digital manual. Without that, it’s also hard to tell if there are any extra features I might be missing.Otherwise, I love the size and portability. It’s the smallest compressor I’ve owned, and not needing to plug it in makes it even better. I can easily toss it in my bike bag and keep my wife’s tires topped off wherever we go.Overall, it’s a super handy little compressor and well worth the money. Buying another one for my wifes car.

I give them 5 stars because they all come from the same place basically. I had 3 other brands in my work trailer and every one of them were made in China. What’s the point in paying for “premium” nails when these are the same thing for$20 less!? Definitely will buy again!

As described. Initially surprised when I first opened the box but after first use, it felt like normal-sized hammer and immediately became obvious that long handle actually not needed. Love this.
