    Seriously, this lip stain has saved me so much money, time, and effort. I used to wear lip liner every day because I felt like my lips were on the thinner side (especially when chapped), but I always hated how intense and overly precise lip liners looked. It felt like there was never a true in-between shade. It was always either brown or red.I eventually gave up on lip liner because touching it up constantly was annoying, and I was always losing my lip products. Then my mom showed me this lip stain, and I’ve never looked back.At first, I was like “eh, whatever” because there are so many gimmicky, all-the-same lip stains out right now. But she wanted me to try it since she has darker lips and was curious how it would show up on mine. So I tried it. AND SOMETIMES (perhaps more than sometimes) moms really know what they’re talking about. I have NEVER EVER gone back.I usually hate lip stains. They’re always some red, or berry TINT and I just wanted something natural with a hint of flush. Plus, most stains wear off in like an hour. But this one? I’ve repurchased it over and over again.For context, I love going out clubbing. I can apply this around 10 PM before heading out, and when I get home, it’s still on my lips.I usually leave it on my full lips for a minute, then “line” my lips with it like a lip liner for about five minutes. Sometimes I repeat that for more coverage. My go-to is the shade XOXO, but I’ve also tried Beautiful, Adore and Neon Rose. Those were super pigmented. XOXO is my favorite since it feels like my natural lip shade with a half a shade darker and more neutral in a sense to where it works like a contour. I feel like the shade “beautiful” was almost like XOXO but with a bit more “flushness” to it! A natural tone for sure but MORE coverage. Adore was similar in the way of a natural tone but a pink more on the pinkish side! && Neon Rose was a NEON pink and lasted so long I literally woke up the next morning and it was still there. I remember the first time I applied “Neon Rose” and I did it same way I did with XOXO, and the color lasted from the moment I finished my makeup (around 4am) to the moment before I went to bed to do my nighttime routine (6pm.) since then I know now if I want to use neon rose it needs to be like 5 seconds applied seriously.This product lets me go out without carrying a full makeup bag. No touch-ups, no worries about losing lip products at the club. Just throw it on before I leave, throw one lipgloss in my tiny purse and go.I took forever to write this review because every time I use it, I get so excited watching the magic happen that I forget to take a picture.Also, people complain about the peeling part, but who cares? I always just wipe it off. It’s not a big deal when the results are this good.You get so much bang for your buck, especially with bold shades. Yes, it can feel a little dry eventually, but even then it stays opaque and visible. And coming from someone who hates spending more than $5 on makeup or skincare, this is one of the very few exceptions I’ll make. It’s worth every penny.(Top picture is before applying the lip stain, and bottom picture is after applying and leaving the lip stain on for about 1 minute)I will never use another lip product again.

    It’s not a peel off , you will need to wipe it off but the color is beautiful ( very natural ) perfect for daytime use and does last all day on me. I do add another lip stain if I want a deep color for evening events. All in all I have recommended this product and have had lots of inquiries about what I use that my lip color stays on all day.
  • Pretty shade, very lightweight
    I have very mixed feelings about this product. Previously the only lip tints I’ve tried are the glossy ones from k beauty brands and this was my first time trying a peel off style lip stain. I really wanted to find one that actually stains/lasts and I’ve seen this product all over TikTok. My skin tone is fair neutral/cool and I struggle with some pink shades looking to warm or orangey on me. I purchased the shade beautiful after doing some research and it’s a really pretty extremely natural looking/flushed shade. It does look a little warmer on my skin tone then it does in the product photos but it isn’t to warm or orangey and it’s a really pretty natural pink shade. The first thing I noticed was the scent, it doesn’t smell bad at all but has a surprisingly herbal/fresh type of scent? It also wasn’t as drying as I expected it to be and feels similar to applying a matte liquid lipstick. I did two layers of product the first time and left it on for a minute. I wiped it off with a damp cotton round and it came off very easily. The first round I noticed it definitely gave me a light flush or sheer tint of color but I wanted it a little more pigmented so I applied it a second time. After the second round it was definitely more pigmented but still had that sheer/natural finish look. I had tried it right before showering and after the shower and washing my face it held up really well and I didn’t notice any fading or smudging. However after eating lunch I did notice it had faded quite significantly, there was still a very very sheer tint of color left but it did feel like it had faded a lot unfortunately. (To be fair I did have pizza for lunch so maybe it being a more oily/greasy food caused it to break down more? It may hold up better against other foods.) application was pretty easy and after removing the blue part it feels very lightweight and like nothing on your lips. I do which it had a slightly better applicator though or more of a tapered/doe style instead of the small flat rectangle shape. For the price I was hoping for it to hold up better after meals and for it to last longer. I do want to try one of the colors in the more pigmented line (this shade was listed under their sheer tints) and see if those last or work a little better. I think overall it’s a good lip stain, it holds up decently and feels nice, it has a pleasant scent and the colors are pretty and I like how much of a shade variety they have. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get though. I would recommend buying them on sale.

It spreads easily, but even though it’s waterproof, it tends to smudge a lot. Good product. A bit pricey for what you get. Julep has it cheaper, but it’s a smaller size and you get charged for shipping.

    This eyeshadow is a total win! I am a very low-maintenance makeup girly and this stick makes using eyeshadow super fast and easy-while not sacrificing pigment or quality. The eyeshadow also comes with a blending sponge on the other end and this is needed to get the eyeshadow to blend appropriately. I loved the eye color guide- I used this when picking out a color. Sometimes selecting a color is super overwhelming -especially for someone who doesn’t know what colors look best on them. The color so far is staying on great and I did not use an eye primer. While the price point is a little higher than others it’s worth it! Very happy so far and hope to get more colors at a later date!

    Rose shimmer is copper. Was misled by the name and thought this color would have more of a pink hue to it. The advertised photo is slightly more pink than in real life too. It’s closer to copper or like a rose gold. I only color tested on my wrist so I don’t know how it wears, but I noticed it wiped off my wrist extremely easily, like TOO easily, which makes me think it would likely not wear well and slide off in a few hours.***Note that my skin has cool undertone and I was looking for something a little more pink and so this may look more pink on someone with a real warm skin undertone.

    I didn’t get to try this out because I received a used item. (And it appears I’m not the only one.) I was able to get a close look at it, and I was immediately disappointed with the color “mixture.” The item I selected wouldn’t have worked for me, regardless of any other issue.I’ve been curious about these eyeshadow sticks for a long time. I wanted to test them out years ago, but they seemed kind of pricey for my budget. I don’t like to spend more than I’m used to on an item I have no certainty will work as claimed. But then my friend told me she bought a stick on discount, and it was a game changer for her. (Easy to use, easy to blend, buildable color, quick application, lasts long, looks natural, etc.) She said she bought more and suggested I at least try one. She insisted they were worth the regular price… finding one on discount was just a bonus. We’re very much alike in what we look for in beauty cosmetics, so I was intrigued. I also saw there were a ton more reviews on Amazon than the last time I checked, and the majority of them seemed highly positive. So, I went for it. I felt I had the amount of guarantee I needed to justify testing this thing out.I got the sheer shimmery pink color to use as a highlighter and on the inner corner of my eyes for a brightening effect. But that’s not going to happen now. After I received my used product, I took a closer look at the reviews on Amazon – mostly to see if anyone mentioned unexpected problems with the same color I ordered. Instead, I noticed there were quite a bit of people who received what appeared to be used products, too!This is highly disappointing considering this brand seemed to have made a good name for itself over the last few years. I was really excited to finally try their infamously convenient and water-resistant eyeshadow stick. You’d think they’d be more careful about the products they’re sending out – especially for what they’re charging.My eyeshadow stick was undoubtedly used before I received it. Box was slightly crushed with signs of having been opened. The tip of the eyeshadow was smudged and there was product smeared on the outside of the barrel. If all that wasn’t proof enough, the sponge tip had makeup residue on it as if someone fully tried every part of this thing out.I can’t speak for the application and wear quality of the item because I’m not willing to risk transferring potential bacteria to my eyes, face, or even the back of my hand. I can say the expectation of the product was not met, right off the bat. I can also add that I was surprised that there looked to be big chunks of glitter in the shimmery sheer pink eyeshadow and on the sponge tip. (I wasn’t expecting such large specks of actual GLITTER to be in the mix. It wasn’t shown on the advertised photos or explicitly stated that cheap glitter would be used. I did expect some fine mineral-like shimmer, but not cheap glitter.)I’d suggest that if you buy this product, you thoroughly inspect it upon receiving it. Having cosmetics melt or break during shipment is one thing. But being sold a used product (advertised as new) is absolutely unacceptable.     Pretty color. I’ve used it both as liner and full lip color. I feel like it lasts pretty decently, but definitely not a full 12 hours. I find it can be hard to remove if I try and take it off before the 15 minutes are up, but after that it comes off pretty easily. This color is a little dark for me to wear by itself as a liner, so I’ll try a lighter shade next time.

Fairly time consuming for what it is, even though the resulting look (topped off with black lip gloss) is pretty. Lasts into the evening. Expensive if it needs to be repurchased constantly, but it’s hard to find good dark lip stains. I’m still debating whether I want to buy more. Maybe. The formula could use some work.The Hey-zel color leaves a nice sepia-colored stain. Still a little patchy, but more even staining. Great with a gold or brown gloss.

    I like this lip stain, after looking for a while online I decided on this brand against another, more expensive brand after reading the reviews. The tube is pretty big so I’m hoping it’ll last a while. The application could be tricky if you’re not used to using a liquid lipstick and have a hard time staying in the lip line; I found it relatively easy to put on though. The smell isn’t heavy or unpleasant, it does taste bad lol so don’t get it in your mouth. I left it on for about 10 minutes, it says up to 15 but I decided to apply it before bed to see how long it lasts. I’ll try it again tomorrow morning for 15 minutes and see how long it lasts for the whole day. It peels off pretty easy, I just opened my mouth wide to loosen it a little then was able to peel it off. It didn’t dry or mess up my lips and the color is nude-brown after 10 minutes (I got the mauve color) it looks really pretty on, very natural. The first pic is with nothing on top and the others are with a little lip balm on. Definitely cute, I’ll probably buy more colors!

    I’d been using a cleansing balm for make-up remover as that seemed to work well at removing make-up while not drying out my skin. I thought this might be a similar alternative that will hopefully last a little bit longer.It does equally well with removing make-up as the balm-no problem with mascara (I don’t wear waterproof). For my full coverage foundation, I still need to follow up with a toner to remove the last of it but again, it removes similarly to the balm. If I wear a lighter powder foundation-it removes that a bit better.I rated 4 star for the make-up removal but also for the pump. I can’t seem to get it to do anything but a full pump. I think 1.5 pumps would be perfect but I can only get it to do full pumps, so I feel like I’m getting more than I need. That combined with the fact that it is liquid and it runs through your fingers easily means I’m using more than I need at any given time.Maybe I’ll figure out how to get it to not do a full pump so I can reduce the amount I use, thus making it last longer.The scent is fine-I don’t find it over powering. And, this leaves my skin feeling clean and not oily.I can’t say that it works on clearing my skin as that was not my primary concern in buying this.Overall, a good product and hope to find this will replace the make-up balm and be a little less expensive.

The texture is amazing—it feels super light when putting it on and the fact that it does not have any sort of scent is perfect for sensitive users. The emulsification is flawless; when mixing it with water, it quickly rinses clean and does not leave any sort of film or residue behind.     I’ve got combo skin now, though it was always oily until I hit perimenopause….. so washing my face with oil!? No…but I saw that this stuff is supposed to help get all the left over gunk out of your pores, and boy does it work. I had these little white dots all over my cheeks that I thought were tiny hairs but turns out they are called sebum filaments! Entirely normal, yes, but so gross and made my skin look bad. After using this cleanser as part of a two step cleanse, I’m shocked to say they are gone! My skin feels soft and not like I need to exfoliate it with Brillo. I do use other hydrating products, but it’s this face wash that got those sebum filaments and I highly recommend it!! Just know that you need to rinse a lot, and it’s definitely for two step cleansing and will removed your makeup beautifully too!

    I recently found a subreddit on Reddit called pale olive and finally feel understood. Most lipsticks look too orange or warm on me and or too hot pink on me. I was about to give up on lipsticks. This is the perfect everyday lipstick. Your lips but better. I remember my mom putting on lipstick as a little girl and blotting it down to the color she wanted- this is that vibe except you don’t have to blot. If you have a similar skin tone to me the rimmel long lasting cappuccino lip liner pairs beautifully with it.

    This is timeless for a reason! It goes with every skin tone. This moisturizes your lips as you wear it. I like that you can order it and don’t have to worry about having to have your friends come over for a party to buy it or sign up to sell it and spend $250 every three months to get it for a discount or to get a commission. That Clinique is not a Direct Marketing company and you can just buy your beautiful lipstick and get on with your life wearing a classic lippie with no other complications.

    It’s hard to tell if this is authentic but to me it’s not super pigmented. I bought the shade black honey. I’m keeping it because it’s nice but the real color in the photos on the Clinique website look so much darker than when I apply it to my lips.The lip balm I received feels light on the lips and not sticky. It’s moisturizing and has some staying power.First photo is without any lipstick and the second photo is with the Clinique black honey.

    Black honey: ok THIS is THE color I’ve been searching for, after a huge collection of 100+ lip items. It’s perfectly natural red. Partly due to it being jelly/balm vs a lipstick or a gloss, and partly due to the amazing color not leaning in the wrong direction towards pink, or orange, or hooker red. That has historically been my issue with trying to find this shade of red. This looks like the color my lips get when they’re chapped, which I know doesn’t sound good but is exactly what I was looking for. It’s like I’ve been out in the sun and gives me the most natural shade of color, without being too bold or too subtle either. In love!

    The. BEST. lipstick. I don’t know how Clinique does it. How does a black lipstick go on and turn into such a beautiful color…and then my daughter puts it on and its a completely DIFFERENT color on her?!?!?!?!!? IT’s magic!!! I’m telling you!!     It does not stay on like they say and way overpriced in my opinion. I have cheaper products that moisturize better and stay on. I should have returned it. You really have to read the not so good reviews too. A waste of $25 bucks.

    I don’t wear much makeup, just enough to keep my swamp witch identity private. At least I “think” that’s still a secret. Anyway, I smear this stuff on like lotion, cover the dark under eyes (witching sometimes goes late, you see) with concealer, a bit of mascara to distract you with my mesmerizing eyes, and I’ve so far avoided public exposure. So, yeah, I think you should get this.

    This is my go-to on no makeup days when I want to feel a little more put together. It glides on so smooth and gives my skin a nice glow. It also helps a tinyyy bit to conceal imperfections/hyperpigmentation and even out my skin.I love how it makes my skin look when I use it as a primer before makeup, but unfortunately it pills when it’s layered under makeup or if you rub it in too much. It’s fine if you’re just spot concealing or only using a cream blush/bronzer over it, but any more layers or (god forbid) any powder, it’s going to start pilling.

    I’m over 70 years old and have good, unwrinkled, normal skin. I don’t need a full-coverage foundation for everyday. I’ve been using Glossier’s Perfecting Skin Tint and I was happy with it. I’ve debated about purchasing Lumi Glotion for months. My skin can be sensitive and I was concerned it would be too shiny. Now I wish I’d tried it sooner. I apply it over a light moisturizer and it results in the right amount of healthy glow without being greasy or too obvious. The medium shade works well with my light-medium olive skin tone. It’s important to know that it doesn’t provide coverage for imperfections but it enhances good skin.

    If you have slightly olive skin then this product is not for you. I have slight olive skin, which means I can get tan very easily. So I bought this thought it would give perfect face glow, nope. Blends in with my tan, no glow, doesnt cover anything. It is not greasy for oily sensitive skin. No break outs, its just doesnt cover anything, no glow. Maybe its genetics, who knows.

    I’m almost 60/F, some wrinkles and a fair amount of discoloration, red spots, and sun damage, esp. on cheeks.This foundation (baked balance and brighten, color FAIR) is really easy to use. Feels like nothing, even when building. I used only basic, soft, fluffy brushes I had on hand; they worked well for light coverage, but I do think a denser brush option – like a retracting kabuki, as recommended – might work better for building.Very good coverage on bare skin (moisturizar only), pracrically perfect over an inexpensive primer. Almost all my flaws disappeared, even without concealer.Did not settle in wrinkles, either. I FEEL PRET-TY, OH-SO PRET-TY!…or, at least, “not bad for an old broad, not at all!”.I do find that using primer is better over large pores and significant discoloration, such as have I.     I finally caved and decided to try makeup for mature skin. At 46 my foundation was making my skin look extremely dry. I have to say I’m very impressed with this foundation this full coverage. It is so much easier to apply than a liquid. No stickiness. It’s a little bit expensive considering the amount you get, but it doesn’t seem like you use that much.I have no idea how a powder gives such good coverage, but it really does look amazing! It blends so well and lasts all day!

    I got the Fair and was not sure if it would work because I have a neutral skin tone that gets pale in winter and tans in summer. I got it specifically due to cheapest price point. I consider this makeup high end for my meager budget and would never pay full price. However something told me to go ahead. I don’t regret the purchase at all. I’m 50 with slight signs of an aging face, few wrinkles, a little redness sometimes, hormonal acne, once in a rare while. It went on darker than anticipated and later self adjusted in about 15-20 minutes. It evens out skin and gives a soft focus diffused look. Very quick to apply and stays put. Plus it feels like I have nothing on my skin, no makeup feel at all. I would definitely recommend especially at the current sale price. Give it a try because it definitely looks like this lady has some good makeup. It would be lovely to be able to afford to try more of this line. Just like good skincare at any age, a good makeup line is definitely a nice up level. This one is definitely worth it!

    Very impressed with this pressed powder! I usually use MAC mineralize but wanted to try something with a little more coverage so went for this. I was skeptical as it’s mostly sold online and I haven’t seen it in stores, but it was on sale and I was looking for something differnt so gave it a whirl. I am 37, fair-skinned, and have fine lines around my eyes, and this is the area where make-up can sometimes make me look like I have deeper wrinkles. This powder blurs those fine lines just a little, but definitely does not enhance them like most make up products do. It somehow gives me great coverage but looks sheer…so it makes me look like I just have really even skin- up close you can’t detect that I am wearing any powder, which I love! I wear it over iconic london underglow primer and my skin has never looked so good! Will definitely re-purchase! Oh, and definitely go a shade lighter than you usually would…I’m usually fair, but I went for porcelain with this one.

    It’s a nice product! Coverage is decent and it leaves you dewy and layers well with other makeup. However – it has a VERY strong smell. It smells like perfume that I wouldn’t wear. If it wasn’t so strong in the smell I would like it more. I smell it on myself through out the day.

    I did not expect this or see this coming! The coverage is fantastic, not heavy, feels like skin. My skin feels soft after applying. Works well with other products- not cakey, blends well. I don’t have oily skin, on the drier side due to age, but this BB cream last me all day. The color palette worked in my favor, there aren’t a lot of color offerings but for the price you could mix your own custom shade. The price point was phenomenal for the size of the product. I spend a lot on designer makeup and this has the same coverage and feel as my high end foundations. I may be converted!

    Let me start by describing my very long journey to finding the perfect foundation. As a teenager, I had awful hormonal acne pretty much all over my face, but concentrated on my chin/cheeks. My makeup routine took me FOREVER to do as I did A LOT of color correcting on all of my acne on top of a very high coverage foundation. I had always bounced around from foundation to foundation and never found something I liked, despite trying MANY high end foundations. Even if they had the right coverage, there was always something that bothered me about it: the finish, the color wasn’t exactly right, didn’t last long, etc.After several years, I am so thankful that my acne finally cleared up and my face is acne free, with the exception of the occasional pimple on my chin area. My struggle now is my post-inflammatory scarring and uneven skin tone which pretty much disappear with any foundation I put on. Problem is, the “holy grail” foundations that everyone is talking about nowadays are usually very heavy/super high coverage that give me an overdone/caked on look that I’m not a fan of. I was looking for a foundation that covered my hyperpigmentation/uneven skin tone, while still looking natural. I had gotten interested in a lot of the asian beauty/skincare products that I read about on Reddit and read about cushion foundations. I found the L’Oreal Lumi Cushion Foundation that I loved (good finish – dewy/glowy, perfect coverage – not too heavy but still looked natural), but was disappointed with the price and how it ran out SO fast ($15 and lasted about 2 months compared to other foundations I had bought that lasted 3-4 months for the same price). I decided that the product I was probably looking for was a BB cream because they are known for being light-weight while still providing some coverage.I decided to do a simple “bb cream” search in Amazon, and the first product to pop up was the Maybelline BB cream, and a little further down, this MISSHA Perfect Cover BB Cream. After reading about how the Asian brands are typically WAY better quality than the American-produced counterparts (since that’s where they originated from), I decided to do some research on this one. This product has many glowing reviews about what a miracle makeup product it is, with the occasional 1-star review of people who received a fake one. I then talked to my sister about it, as she has invested a lot of time and money into a lot of Asian beauty and skincare products and she told me she has actually been using this BB cream as her foundation for 3 years! I was immediately impressed as she has even worse scarring, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone than I do. Yet, when she has makeup on, it completely disappears. I figured she had invested tons of money into some super high-end foundation that I wasn’t willing to spend money on/wouldn’t be what I wanted. I decided I didn’t need much more convincing and ordered the product right away.Well, I can now say I am so happy to have found my holy grail “foundation”!! (“Foundation” being in quotes as that’s not really what it is.) This product has absolutely EVERYTHING I was looking for. I am Caucasian with pretty light skin (I am typically the 2nd lightest shade in most foundations), so I ordered #21 based off my sister’s color which was the lightest (#13) and she is pretty much paper white/ghost pale. Most people have been put off by the very gray/ash color this BB cream has (which eventually oxidizes into a more natural looking color.) I had read about it already and was prepared for it. I applied it with my Real Techniques blending sponge, first by applying a dot on my cheeks, forehead, and chin, and then blending out. I was IMMEDIATELY impressed by how natural this BB cream looked on my skin and how my hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone completely disappeared. It pretty much melted into my skin. I leaned in as close as I could get to the mirror and still could not even tell I had anything on my face. This BB cream is VERY lightweight (it felt like I was wearing nothing!!) yet lasts so long! (I slept in it the first night — ew, gross, bad, I KNOW! — and it was still on my face the next morning!) But like I said, I would have to say my favorite thing about this foundation is the “miracle” coverage. I say miracle because it covered up my hyperpigmentation and evened out my skin tone, yet still looked completely natural (you could still see my freckles and looked like I had nothing covering them). The finish on this foundation is definitely not matte, but definitely not super “dewy” to where you look oily. My L’Oreal Lumi Cushion Foundation definitely was skirting the line between “dewy” and “oily”, but this is absolutely perfect.And super BONUS: This BB Cream is SPF 42! I know I should be wearing sunscreen everyday (after all, the best way to treat hyperpigmentation is by not letting it get worse) but I have not found a sunscreen that isn’t greasy or wears well under makeup. So I unfortunately skip sunscreen most days. While the amount of this BB cream I put on my face probably does not have enough SPF to perfectly protect me in the awful Texas heat I live in, I can be a little relieved that I have SOME protection!If you have made it to the end of this ridiculously long review, I hope I have convinced you to at least give it a shot. I bought it for $10 from the seller Beauty Best LLC, and I definitely received a real one. This BB Cream sells for $22 on the MISSHA website, so you really have nothing to lose by trying it! $10 is an absolute steal for this amazing BB cream. I cannot say enough great things about it!

    I had long since given up finding something to provide coverage without looking cakey or getting ruined throughout the day. I recently got into BB creams because I wanted the coverage but I still wanted it to look natural- I went through TONS of them at Walmart, before I finally tried this stuff. First off, it feels amazing- it’s moisturizing without being too heavy. IT LOOKS SO NATURAL! It provides the perfect amount of coverage and it looks literally like my own skin!!! And the best part, I don’t need to set this with powder (which ends up usually looking cakey). I just set with a matte spray and it lasts ALL DAY! I am in LOVE WITH THIS STUFF. I got both no 21 and no 23 because I wasn’t sure which would fit best with my skin (I have translucent pale skin). No 23 is the top and no 21 is the bottom in the pictures.
