  • Came as advertised, no scratches, no dents
The IPhone 12 mini arrived in perfect condition. No scratches, no dents just as they advertised. Like, this baby came out of the box brand new ready to transfer my data over. It is a little smaller than my old XS, but honestly I’m glad I bought the mini bc I have small hands and I like this size better. I like the way it looks and feels. The phone functions faster than my XS with no lagging at all. I also bought a back up battery case and privacy screen protectors bc I had them on my old phone and I’m used to them, but it helps keep my screen private and extra battery life when I’m out and about.
  • If at first you don’t succeed, try again
The first iPhone 12 mini I ordered was from WirelessSource in Excellent condition. It arrived with many chips on the case, a scratch on the display that was not noticeable with the display on, 79% battery Maximum Capacity, and the wide angle camera unable to focus (the ultra wide camera worked). Fortunately it was easy to get return authorization after sending them an out of focus picture taken with the camera. I was disappointed that an Excellent phone was delivered in less than Acceptable condition, but it worked out better for me.The second iPhone I ordered was sold by S?? in Premium condition and delivered by Amazon, for only $13 more than the previous iPhone. This phone arrived in its original box and looked new. I thought maybe it was new, until I checked the battery maximum capacity, it was right at the 90% threshold for a Premium phone. After using the phone a few weeks I did notice one pin prick size nick on the side if the sun hits the phone at the right angle, and the battery capacity dropped to 89%. After using the phone for 6 months the battery capacity is still 89%, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I just ordered another iPhone 12 as a gift, in Premium condition, sold and delivered by Amazon.
  • DON’T BUY IT
I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I think people should be warned. I’ve been through four of these phones in a couple months, and they have all had major issues from Camera not working to audio issues, and the worst of all one COMPLETELY DIED after four months.Unfortunately, the Amazon warranty is only three months. (I thought it was one year because other competitors offer that. But it does clearly say on their page that it’s only three months.) During these three months, they to completely refund you no problem or fix the issue that you report. But unfortunately the phone I kept died on month four, while I was on vacation to make matters worse.Seems like the sellers are always different stores, but all amazon approved and they follow some sort of Amazon standards for these phones. But it seems to me that these phones have really severe issues so these Amazon sellers fix the phones to a certain standard, but they are not in good condition. All the sellers are polite and responsive, but the issue is the actual phones and their conditions. Even though these phones are used, they are not cheap, they should function properly.I’ve been an Amazon customer for years and I really haven’t had any issue with them. That was the reason why I decided to buy the used phone on Amazon instead of a competitor. But this is truly disappointing to the point that I think I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They should not be selling phones in this condition.FULL STORYPhone 1: iPhone 12 mini (Ordered good condition )Received Mid OctoberSeller: Kojak salesWhen I receive the phone physically it seems fine. But as soon as I put a case on it, a lot of little pieces of paint started coming off of it and then you could tell it had a lot of scratches on the case so somebody was trying to cover the scratches, then I put a screen protector on it, and after trying to I could not get rid of a humongous huge bubble, took a third of the screen. So some thing was hinting to me that the screen was not straight. In my opinion, the phone shouldn’t have been sold as good condition with so many scratches but since I don’t care about the look as much as functionality, I move forward. But then, after a few weeks of using the phone, I realized things were not working properly. The camera was very slow at taking pictures if it was dark or if you were using inside the message or WhatsApp. Also, if I received a text while listening to videos or video calls, the speaker would suddenly gets super low, and I could barely hear the video for about two minutes . (usually this lowering of audio feature happens only for five or 10 seconds). This was worrying me so I contacted the seller and told him I wanted to change the phone and he said no problem. Since I was still thinking that this was bad luck, but in general, I liked the iPhone 12 I decided to buy another phone as a replacement, and one more phone as a Christmas gift. I’ll explain below the problems with those phones, but since the problems were actually worse than the current first phone I had in my possession, I never gave back this phone. I kept thinking that maybe the issues would get better with update and also, in my mind, I thought I had a year warranty. Unfortunately, in February while away on vacation the phone one morning, simply never turned on again. My dad is an engineer and he tried helping me connect it to computer and nothing it’s like the battery is no longer connected. I’m sure you can imagine the horrendous time I had the following week without my phone., traveling.. Things got worse when I got home and was able to contact the seller. I then discovered the warranty was only 90 days and that date had passed. After some back-and-forth the seller Kojak sales said they can fix it for $39 and I pay for shipping. I have still not done this since I’m skeptical and don’t understand how they can give me a price if they don’t even know the actual problem or if they need parts. But I really have no other option, or I lose $241 or I pay $60 more. (also, I have to figure out how to erase the phone from a PC if the phone doesn’t even turn on. I’m sad I’m gonna lose all my pictures from the last four months)After I send them the phone, I will update this review.-Phone 2 and 3- iPhone 12 mini (Ordered good condition )Received Mid begging of decemberSeller: WilzeeSo one of these phones was supposed to be replacement for my phone and the second phone was gonna be a Christmas gift. But the first one was so scratch that I didn’t even set it up and I gave it back, no problem and the other phone after giving it as a gift, a little embarrassed with all the scratches, we set it up and realized the camera did not focus at all so I also gave this phone back and received a refund no issue.-4th Phone- iPhone 12 mini (Ordered EXCELLENT condition )Received mid JanuarySeller: PDI MobileThis phone did actually look really good in the outside barely any scratches. I was very happy with the look. But after setting it up again, the camera could not focus so we contacted the seller and sent it back and they fix the camera then after a few weeks of using also, it has audio issues. We’re looking at social media videos suddenly that audio lowers a lot. Since at this my 1st phone died suddenly we decided to give this 4th phone back. I don’t wanna take any chances since the quality of the phones is clearly not good. I don’t expect an issue with the refund. But I will update this review if I do.
  • Check the sensitivity of screen with case
Product does work but when we received it, it had scratches all along side of the top sides and near the back of the camera, the metal part. Condition was stated that it was excellent and I’m not sure how they evaluate the condition of the phones. I didn’t even check the battery percentage. This phone is for my son. I ordered the same exact phone from the same seller, but in a different color, and realized a few days after I received it, when I tried putting the case protector on it, that the phone will not register my touch. I ordered a different case, this time the same one my son has on his iPhone mini 12 thinking the first case was the issue. Received the case and iPhone mini 12 still didn’t register my touch. At that point, I immediately started a return and am waiting for the new phone from the same seller, but since I haven’t had a protector on the phone, somehow chipped the side of the screen. Just had it in my purse and went to take the phone out and noticed the chip. I had tried two different cases that were specifically made for iPhone mini 12 and one of them was the same case my son has, and still didn’t register my touch although I also tried to change the sensitivity in the settings. At this point I think it’s the iPhone that is defective. Waiting for this new iPhone mini 12 from the same seller and going to return the defective one as soon as I’m able to transfer everything over. Hoping the seller will still refund me for the original phone although there is a chip in it. Will come back and edit my review once I know what happens.Received the new iPhone mini 12 in mint green again, and this one works, and screen registers my touch with the protective case on it. It must have been the phone that was bad. Hoping they’ll refund me for the other iPhone mini 12 I purchased.
  • Best Phone and Best Value
My phone arrived FedEX SDR (Saturday Delivery) which was completely unexpected. I was blown away by the turn around time from when I pushed Order to Delivered. The which I received arrived in the most pristine condition – such that if it wasn’t in bubble wrap I would have thought it was the newest iPhone. Not a scratch nor crack and it started right up. The price point was also under my budget.

  • Love my iPhones!
Solid phone that looks and works like new—great battery life too.Picked this up as an upgrade from an older Android, and it’s been smooth sailing. The 512GB storage is plenty for all my photos and apps, and the midnight color has a nice sleek look without showing fingerprints too bad. Screen is big and bright, camera takes clear shots, and it feels fast for everyday stuff like browsing and streaming. As a renewed model, it came in excellent shape—no scratches or dings—and the battery health is at 100%, which is awesome for a used phone.Pros:Huge storage for the priceBattery lasts all day (and then some)Looks brand new, no visible wearUnlocked for any carrierBig, easy-to-use screenVideos & Pictures look great! .5 lensCons:Renewed means it might not have the latest iOS out of the gate (easy update though)Yes, I’d recommend it. If you want a reliable iPhone without paying full price, this is a smart buy—especially with the warranty. Been using it for a few weeks now and no issues.
  • Great phone. Comes with screen protector installed.
Works great. It activated so easily with my carrier and is in perfect condition. I woke up this morning to what I thought was a crack across the bottom of the screen but upon closer inspection, it turns out the phone came with a screen protector installed as well! Somehow I managed to chip the screen protector already but those always crack easily. The phone screen is in great shape still.
  • Battery temp causing reboots had to return it…replacement also has battery concern
Paid for Excellent Refurbished Red 256GB. Arrived with slight red paint chips along the edge were noticed and I could have touched up with red nail polish, but a new cover hid most of them. Seller included a USB-C cable instead of a lightning cable? Ha Ha, Luckily we have enough Apple devices at home to cover that. Battery Health came in at 86% No scratches to lenses or front screen. Activated to AT&T eSIM, was OK, not easy or painful, in the middle.Wife says that she had some unexpected shutdowns using this phone, unrelated to iOS updates, so I will continue to monitor for that. I had to use a laptop, cable, and iTunes to copy data.****UPDATE**** – 41 days later – messages on this iPhone about battery overheating, and getting random shutdown/rebooting in the middle of regular use (texting, calling). Monitoring but likely will send back and try another unit.****UPDATE #2*** – 62 days later and phone now rebooting throughout the day, there is some message about battery temp alarm then goes into reboot. I spent hours with Amazon tech support, and finally they told me to contact the seller WCell I did, but then never responded, so Amazon and 6 different chat agents later issues a refund once receiving the unit back with AppleID removed.****UPDATE #3*** – Ordered replacement phone, this time seller = Woot. Condition was listed as excellent refurbished, but phone came in with just 80% battery health. Amazon says all I can do is replace it, but now it’s set up to use Apple ID and will be a real pain to switch it out. Can’t you sellers check these before shipping them out?? This phone should have been listed as “Refurbished – Good or Average” condition instead. This is sloppy selling & I think I paid too much and reeks of bait and switch..
  • Well worth it
After mixed reviews I was a little hesitant but very happy with the phone it was in almost perfect condition delivered super fast very well packaged battery was good no problems with the charging port no scratches or blemishes I baught is as a gift for my 17 year old daughter we switched her sim at home and she has been using it everyday with zero issues
  • Very professionally presented
This phone was neat and clean and packaged professionally!! I finished reloading all my apps that I had to delete on my older phone, and they all seem in order and working. I would definitely recommend this seller. I lived up to what was described!!
  • Great device. Minor dent
Phone was awesome still awesome, has a little dent but my battery health is at 91% which is good so no complains and it is unlocked even if it says AT&T
  • Great purchase
I am very happy with the purchase. I price compared on several different websites and this one was the best value. I got the same phone but with more storage for a better price. I was skeptical but happy that everything worked out well. The phone looks basically brand new. Battery life is good. Cameras and speakers work well. A charging cable was included with the phone. It was unlocked, as advertised. The only thing I noticed was minor, tiny scratches on one area of the screen and some scuff marks on the side. Otherwise it looks and functions as if brand new.
  • Great Phone & Excellent Condition! ????????
I waited a little over a month to leave this review just to see how the phone performs, and I’m really happy with it! The iPhone 14 Plus works perfectly — battery lasts me all day, the camera quality is great, and it runs super smooth with no issues. It came in very good condition just as described, and I’ve had zero problems since using it. Definitely worth the upgrade from the 11! Overall, this is an amazing phone and totally worth it!

  • Nice!
Amazing, I got the good condition and I’m surprised. I was a little nervous because of some of these reviews but the battery health and phone condition came in surprisingly perfect. Phone looks almost brand new !!
  • Good purchase
Phone received quickly and in excellent shape for refurbished. Hook up to consumer cellular was easy, phone working perfectly other than a shorter than 80% batter life.
  • Great
Didn’t get here yet but there stuff is nice and cool coming back in the future
  • 1st Time Apple iPhone User
The phone I received was by all estimations brand new. Not a mark on it and fully charged. However, being new to the Apple World, I can honestly say Windows & Android are both in plain, simple, super easy to understand English. Apple is not. Even its keyboard is not a full Standard Keyboard, like it is with Windows & any Google machine. Android is Google, that’s why I say it that way. No getting around it. Just keeping it short & to the point. Apple’s iPhone keyboard takes extreme amount of effort to use because it is not the Standard keyboard of every other operating system. Thankfully, I was able to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to it. Otherwise, it’s a serious no-go for keyboard use.As for Apple’s iPhone Touchscreen, again, I find it sorely lacking. There’s no such thing as the simple pinch & zoom on it. That particular luxury seems to be found only within the Camera & Picture sections. You’d think it’d at least be within the iBook section but it’s not. On most everything Windows or Google, every app is not just touch & activate, but also affords the luxury of pinch & zoom as well as easy swipe & easy app close & dismiss. Can’t say that about the Apple iPhone. And for some unknown reason its WiFi also keeps turning itself on. I can’t seem to keep it off no matter how often I manually turn it off.For Apple being so USER-FRIENDLY, I cannot at all say that it is. In fact, IT IS ANYTHING BUT USER-FRIENDLY. If the Apple World was so user-friendly, then it would be a very simple and easy transition from the Windows or Google platform to Apple. And I can honestly say it is Not at all simple or easy. I was so hoping it would be as simple & easy as my Windows machine & Android phone, but sadly, it’s actually quite maddening. If you enjoy Kindle reads, you’ll need to install the app for it. But I can also tell you, Apple’s iBook seriously pales in comparison to Kindle. Ironically, the Google Search Engine is installed on Apple’s iPhone but Kindle is not. I avoid Google anything & everything as much as can be done. But for Apple to deny Amazon’s Kindle Apple on its phones, seems almost a crime.I have yet to install the Kindle reading app or to test out the camera on the iPhone. When I do I’ll update my review. But currently I can’t say it’s anything to brag about. And I most certainly did not expect to see Google’s Search Engine/Web Browser on it.Size wise, it’s the exact same size as my Sony Xperia Z3v. It still functions quite well. Not perfect, but well enough for me since I have it locked to call, text, Kindle reads & camera. I can easily read, pinch & zoom & highlight my Kindle reads, pictures & text messages on it. Can only do that with pictures on the iPhone. So for it being so great, I actually find it quite limiting. Not because it’s an iPhone, but because the Apple creators decided to create a platform that is quite complex and extremely arduous to use. Apple created its own “language” that must be learned in order to navigate the complexities of its Eco-system. Even now, trying to login to the Apple App Store, no keyboard appears so I can actually install Apps necessary for my personal use. Yet you’re required to sign in to it. How can you sign into the App Store when NO KEYBOARD APPEARS TO LET YOU?! So, even if I did not want to use the phone feature, but instead use it as a computer tablet, I cannot because it won’t let me login to the App Store. … Like I said, to anyone new to the Apple world, it’s quite a infuriatingly maddening conundrum. If Apple wants to gain new customers and retain them, then Apple needs to change how it operates. And if Apple is supposed to be the safest of all online platforms, then it should not sport Google’s web browser. The phone I received was/is like brand new. Operating it though, takes considerable patients as it is quite the learning curve. It should not be so difficult to transition from Windows, Android or Google to Apple. They all made sense to everybody from the moment they came out because they were in simple English and easily understood and simple to navigate because of it. Apple on the other hand, not by a long shot. Even Apple’s touchscreen capabilities sorely lacks in comparison. And that’s sad. You’d think their touchscreen capabilities would be at least on-par with Windows, Google & Android but it is not. You’d think Apple’s touchscreen capabilities might even be better than Windows, Android & Google, but no. Thus far I can find nothing to brag about regarding Apple anything. I was so hoping to find something better about Apple. Instead, I’m greatly disappointed and left seriously frustrated. The iPhone itself came fully charged and appears in brand new condition. It also came with an original Apple Charger.I give the seller a stellar 5 star rating, along with the iPhone I received.I give Apple itself a mediocre 3, even 2 star rating. So to anyone new to the Apple world, maybe an iPad would be easier to use. I started with a phone since I need both a new phone & a new computer and figured Apple would be a serious upgrade to Windows and for sure compared to Google’s Android. … Apple is not at all user-friendly to a first time user. Only Windows, Google & Android can actually claim user-friendly bragging rights, from day one for any first time user.Apparently I need either direct Apple support or YouTube’s Apple education in order to learn how to make the best use of this phone. I don’t fault the phone for anything. It’s an Apple thing. It’s very nearly like you gotta go to MIT to learn it. And that’s just not right. Will update as I learn how to navigate Apple’s world & extremely clunky Eco-system.1st Time Apple iPhone User Assessment. -Phone – good. – can’t give it high marks due to Apple itself.Apple – not worth all the money & certainly nothing to brag about.
  • Lo volveria a comprar
Excelente condición, buen funcionamiento y casi nada de imperfecciones el color me encanto
  • iPhone XR
Phone is in excellent condition! It charges well and is working great.
  • Excellent
I bought this phone for my brother, it is surprisingly capable for everyday use, especially for users who prioritize reliability over cutting-edge features. The screen is really good, he’s satisfied
  • Good condition
The phone was in excellent condition pretty much like new no scratches no breaks for the price is not bad the only thing is that it doesn’t charges fast enough it takes long but other than that we set it up with no problem

  • nice phone looks perfect works like brand new ,,
great phone .works fine and is in really great shape just as described by seller i love the purple hugh it has ,also good storage and battery life ,no screen scratches just like new it came fully unlocked looks good feels good fit to hold in hand ,i had no problems activating took 5 minutes
  • Good condition
It’s very nice it came no scratches and in perfect condition! It also came with 92% battery life.
  • It’s great, but not that great
The listing said ‘excellent,’ but the actual condition is closer to good or acceptable. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being brand new), I’d rate it a 6 due to dents on the camera and a worn/discolored screen bezel. The battery health is also at 86%, which is below what I’d expect for something described as excellent — ideally it should be at least 88–90%, since anything lower usually indicates heavier prior use. Additionally, I ordered a purple phone but received a black one instead.
  • Amazon Renewed IPhones are the way to go!
I bought this Renewed IPhone 14 Pro Max in deep purple. I bought it in excellent condition and it came with 83 percent battery life. The phone truly is in excellent condition, it looks new! I was able to activate it with service no problem. I been using it for a few days and have had no issues. I absolutely love it and love the fact that I was able to afford it since the price was so good. I truly recommend buying renewed iPhones on Amazon because it allows you to save money and get a better, newer phone. If you’re thinking about it, do it, you won’t regret it!
  • Stone Digital is the best!!!
I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel like I had to. I received this phone a couple of days ago and it is in immaculate condition. I bought it from the seller Stone Digital and I can’t say enough about them! Last week I ordered a different phone from another seller that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. Firstly, it showed up in an envelope, not in a box. Inside it was only shipped in a bubble wrap envelope that was extremely thin. No clue if it was broken from shipping or not because I never turned it on. The thing had scratches alllllllll over it. It was complete garbage, so I returned it. Stone Digital sent this phone in an actual shipping box. The box the phone was in was wrapped in thick bubble wrap. The phone was in a box that resembled the original iPhone box. The phone came with a charger, phone case, and even a glass screen protector. This was a pleasant surprise! The phone looks completely brand new. There isn’t one scratch on the phone and the battery health is still at 90%!!! The best part…. It was about $50 cheaper for the same phone from other sellers on here and $100 cheaper than Verizon. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a reconditioned phone try to find one sold by Stone Digital. You won’t be disappointed!!!
  • Works fine
Few scratches, but looks and works well
  • Screen Blacks out constantly.
The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx’s problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it’s fine, I have chargers at home.Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn’t use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there’s nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that’s a hardware issue. As of right now, I’ve had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It’s extremely frustrating because I don’t/can’t fork out $700 for another phone. As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states “100%” and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they’re more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can’t say that I’ll buy another phone on Amazon. I’ll probably do what I should’ve done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple.

I have no complaints with this phone, really excellent, it came with a 100% battery life, it did not bring scratches or dentures, the truth is that it looks like it came out of the box. Highly recommended

  • A mini and less that half price for what was new. Look new.
I bought this for someone else, so I can’t speak to it’s performance. However, as renewed I think it is actually new. Not a mark on it. I hated to touch it and get finger prints on it. I did do a charge and it quickly charged to 100%. It does not come with a charger anymore. However, I had several spares. Anyhow, looks new, has a year warranty, and a 30 day return. And only $256 plus tax. I’ve had a 13 mini for about 4 years and it has been great….and not too big.
  • Mobile Supply was a great seller and I got a nice phone
I got an iPhone 13 Mini through Mobile Supply. It is a renewed item, and it is in excellent condition. I had to look close to find one small scratch in the corner. The screen, back, cameras, and operation are great. This is my first iPhone. I have had many Androids, and got along great with them for many years. But each time I get a newer one, Google seems to try to take over more of my life. So many apps and features I not only don’t need, but don’t like. So I changed to the Apple side of the fence. No way I am spending $500 and up on a phone, so went refurbished. The first day trying to learn and set up this phone, I was about ready to throw it out the window. One negative is the app you use to mirror an Android to iPhone just does not work. Did searches and tried everything they suggested several times. I did find one good video on how to deal with it, and that person warned it was a hair ball. I ended up doing it manually. Transferred my contacts and photos using a cloud storage thing. Also went through the new phone and uninstalled a lot of STUFF I would never use.Getting along well with it now, and I have to say the quality of hardware, processor, and smooth operation are way better than the Androids I have had.Mainly I would like to recommend Mobile Supply as a seller. I got free shipping and free returns, and was surprised they sent it Overnight Priority no charge. It came from New York City to Montana less than 24 hours after I ordered it.Very pleased. And for my use I really like the very small size. The battery life is very good, charges quickly with the charger and cord that were included.I happily recommend the phone and the seller.
  • Not a domestic IPhone.
I bought a 13 mini in Refurbished – Excellent condition. When I received it I wasn’t all that impressed with the packaging. Simple cardboard box and surprisingly, not much protective material for the phone itself. It was simply put into a plastic sleeve and thrown in the box. It did come with a charging cube and cable. Anyways, the phone itself was in pretty good condition. Perfect screen. The back of the phone was also pretty perfect minus a few scratches. The perimeter of the phone however had some damage but again, nothing awful. My issue begins when I try to switch my SIM card from my old phone to this new phone. Turns out the phone I got was originally bought in China which wouldn’t be a big deal but my phone carrier is having connectivity issues. It’s completely fine on WiFi but I’m not always connected to WiFi. Either way I decided to test it out and I am indeed having connectivity issues. So, unfortunately, I will be returning this phone for that reason. I bought from the seller Woot and have decided to try buying a phone from them again once my refund is processed so I will update once I receive the newly ordered phone.— update —So I opted to instead buy from Amazon directly. I didn’t want to risk getting another foreign phone and I went with the right option. Came in great condition. There is a small scratch on the screen itself (even though I bought in “excellent” condition, but it’s seriously not even noticeable unless im actively looking for it). Battery health is at 89% which is great. The back of the phone is perfect. Was a bit dirty when I first got it but nothing a little alcohol and qtips won’t help. So far it’s working great, no issues at all. The switch from my old phone was super easy. It came in a sort of vacuum sealed plastic instead of just thrown in the box. It did only come with a charging cable though, no block. If that matters. Overall, if the option is available I would go with buying from Amazon directly instead of a third party seller to avoid any issues.

  • Excellent so far
I ordered it on Sept 20th at $339 plus shipping of ~$34 and Morocco VAT of ~$80, so totally I paid $449.Delivery was very good. I saw it was shipped on the 25th. On the 30th, I received an SMS from DHL saying they planned delivery on Oct. 3rd, but on the same day I got an email asking for copy of national ID and content description for clearing customs. I am not a Morocco residents nor citizen, so I sent my foreign passport instead. On the 3rd, Amazon tracking info said clearing custom was delayed as additional documents were needed. So I called DHL, and the rep said it would be delivered on the 4th instead. On the 4th, I saw a newly posted message about delay on Amazon tracking. I called DHL various times but couldn’t get to anyone. I then sent an inquiry by email and get a response shortly saying it was being taking care of. Then late afternoon, I got the package.Upon arriving, the seal of the packing had an opening large enough to put in a hand but not for getting the phone out, so I didn’t complain.Unpacked, the inner packing of the phone was in excellent condition, very much like the original packing but had no Samsung marking, rather, it had a marking of “amazonrenewed”. There was a film covering the screen, like on a new phone. The phone appeared in excellent condition, only had a small scratch at the back when I looked in detail, and a hair of scratch on the screen that is only visible under bright light and in a particular angle. I tried but couldn’t turn on the phone – there was no response. The box also included a USB-C cable and a cheap non-Samsung charger made in China. I used my own Samsung Charger to charge the phone. After plugged in, it showed the battery was at 0. So I let it charge to full. After started, it turned out fully unlocked. My Morocco sim card works with 4G. The phone’s software looked already reset, but I reset it myself anyhow. Then updated to the latest system with Android 12, and loaded many apps I need. During about the first week, the battery appeared quite poor. With medium usage it lasted about a day. I tried all necessary settings to conserve battery, but it didn’t seem to help much. These couple days, it becomes much better, lasting about 45 hours. I read it was likely due to some AI processes either from Android 12 or Samsung doing the learning work at first. But it’s pretty bad the phone doesn’t show any info.I would say I am very happy with the phone. And this is after having a terrible experience in the past with Samsung. The last Samsung phone I had was S7 Edge bought in Thailand (I am a traveler), new at a Samsung store for perhaps ~$800. I actually wanted the normal S7 (without the “edge”), but it was out of stock then. I never liked the “edge”, it was a silly design in my mind. The phone worked well initially, but in the coming couple of years I had a terrible experience. About 5 months later when I was in Vietnam, the screen started to show shaded bands across. As I was wondering how or if I should return to Thailand to get the phone serviced, the bands disappeared after a month. Then about another 7 months later when I was in Azerbaijan, the phone couldn’t start after I did a system update. So I couldn’t use the phone for a couple weeks until I reached Tbilisi in Georgia when I had someone flashed it. About a year later, it died on me again when I was in Morocco. I had someone re-flashed it, but it was not successful. About 1 month later I reached the city of Fes where there is a Samsung service center. After checking, they said there was something wrong with the motherboard. Very shocking! I’ve never had such problem in my life with all the phones and computers, cheap or dear, and this was a flagship! So eventually, I sold it to a local repair shop for $200, for which they said they only needed the screen. That was end of 2017.So I never bought a Samsung again, and would definitely not buy one at the full price. I admit the S series is not worthless. At least, I like the camera. But I never had a chance to buy one at a largely reduced price (I won’t buy from just any second-hand sellers). So now, the Amazon reviewed phone with some warranty got me interested. Yes, I have some risk, but to me with the past experience, the risk is not much higher than getting a new phone from Samsung, plus, I am putting in a much lower bet now.
  • Love it!!!
I took a chance as I desperately needed a new phone and have been with my carrier for years and a upgrade which I hadn’t had since the pandemic shouldn’t cost me an arm, leg, and a rump cheek. This phone came in excellent condition no scratches, no damages, except for a tiny nick just to left of the top camera lens that you can only notice upon up close examination. It came unlocked as requested. I was able to transfer my number to this device through my carrier within in minutes. I didn’t even need my existing Sim card as this phone is equipped with an e-sim. My only complaint is the battery does drain much faster than my existing device but perhaps some tinkering with the settings will fix. I also underestimated the actual size of the phone and screen itself. I figured it to be the same size as most standard phones which are roughly about 6.8 to 7 inches long. This phone is only 6.2 so it is a bit smaller than most phones but overall this is an excellent product and I recommend purchasing from this seller. It arrived promptly, it has everything I need, and it’s even my favorite color. Not to mention the price you cannot beat.
  • Horrible Product
If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would. I am highly dissatisfied with this product. I purchased this phone and selected the option, refurbished (excellent condition). The phone came in a timely manner. However, the product was not as expected. The phone was completely dead when I received it, so I charged it full to 100%. When I went to switched my data that was successfully and quick. However, the phone seemed to be very hot, even when I wasn’t using it. I also noticed the battery life is horrible. Remind you, I charged the phone the whole day. By the time I completed the setup it said I was at about 72-75 percent. I took an hour nap and woke up to a hot phone and battery at 2 minutes. I figured, may be it was because I completed the setup prior and that drained the battery. However, no I charged it once again (it charged super fast) and then I noticed within 45 minutes it went from 100% to 72% back to 90%. It’s as if the battery as a mind of its own.I then notice my WIFI was on. I typically don’t use my WIFI for my phone, so I figured let me turn that option off. As soon as I turned it off, it stated the sim from previous phone was not compatible. The phone is not unlocked. It is under Verizon (which shows once powering the phone on) and no matter what I do, I am only able to use the device under WIFI. I have Metro PCS not Verizon, so this phone is not properly unlocked it is still under the Verizon network. The phone also seems to have possibly been damaged before I received it. It looks like water damage, and whomever had the device tried to fix it. However, the back of the phone near the camera looks like water got in it, and the front screen has some indications of possible water damage. Oh and not to mention if you go into the about settings it says the phone is an S22 when switching over data, but when I switched back to my previous phone, it shows S21. Very weird. Anyhow, just so much wrong with this product.I have purchased two phone via Amazon in the past. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy A16, and both of those devices were amazing and worked perfectly. However this purchase of the Samsung S21 5G is horrible. I am very upset I purchased this item and whoever stated this was in excellent condition lied 100%. I will be sticking with my previous device and returning this mess of a phone. I literally just got the device today and already many red flags and unsatisfied. I will be returning this product and getting my money back immediately.

  • Works great (so far), great price, worth the buy!
It’s always a gamble buying a phone that’s renewed/refurbished, because you hope you’re going to get what the seller actually promises (as opposed to a disappointing/broken/non-working product). This isn’t my first refurbished phone, but I’m always a little anxious spending the money on something I HOPE is going to be good (as opposed to brand-new/unused).I bought this phone in refurbished/excellent condition. After reading multiple reviews on multiple refurbished phone listings on Amazon, my biggest concern was (always is) getting one with a damaged screen, cameras, or having it not truly be unlocked. I’ve had this phone less than 24 hours, but here’s my take SO far (I can’t speak for other people, these are just my experiences):1) Yes, it was (for me) truly, 100% unlocked. Not even an ex-carrier logo when I first turned it on! (My previous ‘unlocked’ refurbished phone has a T-Mobile logo when turned on) I was quite happy/impressed about this.2) No scratches (that I could see) on the front/touchscreen. There are multiple, TINY scuffs on the sides (not part of the touchscreen)/top edge/bottom edge of the phone – which I fully expected w/ a refurbished phone, and I’m totally fine with it (and this is if I’m REALLY nitpicking – they’re really not that bad, though. It’s just not FLAWLESS, which – again – I’m fine with).3) 99% flawless on the backside – the ONLY thing I can see is a TINY scuff on the edge of one of the cameras (not the actual camera/glass screen itself), and this is cosmetic – it doesn’t affect the quality of the camera (that I’ve noticed).4) S-Pen pops out like it should, seems to be fine.5) Charges just fine so far – both wireless and wired.6) Popped in my SIM card (US Mobile, uses T-Mobile network), and it worked instantly. No phone/SIM-related problems so far. Everything – and I mean everything (data, wallpapers, photos, Samsung Notes from my previous phone, sounds/ringtones, apps, folders, etc) – transferred from my old phone perfectly (Samsung Smart Switch app).7) Fingerprint reader works fine for me so far – and that’s with a plastic-y (TPU?) screen protector that I put on it.I haven’t noticed any real issues thus far – if anything changes, I’ll update my review.OVERALL: For me, yes it’s definitely worth the money. If you’re considering it and you’re on the fence (and I understand why you might be), I say go for it. I’m very satisfied, hopefully nothing changes in time. Buying refurbished is a great way (in theory, lol) to save money while still getting a phone you really want (I think they’re normally way overpriced anyway). Shipping was great (got mine the next day!), no issues with packaging (very safe/secure), and the phone – while not literally FLAWLESS – still looks great, works great, and I look forward to using it for a long time to come! A great buy overall!
  • Beware buyer!
If I could leave a 0 for Samsung I would, Amazons been great btw.I bought this phone September 12, 2024. Carrier coverage worked fantastic, cameras are amazing, still are amazing. Fast forward to February of 2025 thats when my cell coverage would randomly drop after doing an update. I contacted my carrier support, and spent hours troubleshooting, they asked me to check for updates, low and behold I had more updates cross fingers. After doing the updates I now have no cell service. Looked online and there are a lot of S22 Ultras and the newer Samsung phones with the same issue after updates from Samsung. Ive tried two different carriers, all networks Verizon, T-mobile, and ATT nothing except in satuated cell coverages like phoenix it will randomly gain and drop cell service. Ive read the 5g antennas and sim tray board can be faulty from the factory, had a shop change them with no success. Im in contact with Samsung to try and get the phone fixed, they had me go to a shop that said its more than likely the motherboard/mainboard for the phone, we cant fix that it’ll have to be sent to Samsung to be fixed. Recontact Samsung and they can’t even give me a price on how much its going to cost me to fix their updates screwing up my phone.Really disappointed with Samsung not standing behind their updates and products. I used to love Samsung, i had to move my sim card into my Note 10 plus and it works perfectly no cell issues at all. I will try and update after sending the phone to Samsung.Update 8/12/2025Soo i sold the phone and bought a Pixel 9pro xl and it works perfectly with my carrier and no issues. I have a friend that has his s22U starting to have issues. My wifes S21U is now having connection issues and I’ve bought her a Pixel 7 pro. I dont know whats up with Samsung but they need to figure some stuff out. I wont be buying Samsung anymore. I love their camera which is my main point in buying a smart phone. its sad but theyve lost me as a customer.
  • Perfectly Unperfect !
I purchased a refurbished Galaxy S22 Ultra from this seller, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The phone arrived in excellent condition—virtually indistinguishable from brand new. The OLED display is stunning, with rich color and edge-to-edge clarity just like the original. Performance has been flawless, and there are no visible signs of wear or reconditioning. This is a top-quality refurbishment and a trustworthy seller. Highly recommend for anyone considering a like-new device at a great value.
  • Great Phone!!!!
I bought this phone 2 weeks ago and so far it has been a wonderful phone. I have not had any issues with it per say. It did freeze on me one time and I rebooted it and it works great. All phones freeze every now and then so I was not really worried. I love the pictures it takes, they are very clear, which is exactly what I wanted. The phone arrived in excellent condition. No scratches or dings anywhere. Looks brand new. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend buying.
  • Occasional flash of differnt page but otherwise fine

  • Great phone, and saved some money.
Shipped from Amazon Renewed store in a couple of days. Perfect condition, no scratches and zero battery cycles on a 100% healthy battery. The one I got is brand new. Works great 3 months later.
  • Great phone!!
I love this phone! For refurbished it truly is in excellent condition t condition. Not a hint of a blemish anywhere.
  • Fantastic condition at a great price!
Case was in perfect condition and phone only had 1 battery cycle. It works flawlessly and price was heavily discounted compared to purchasing at the Apple store. Definitely recommend you consider purchasing an Amazon Renewed iPhone.
  • Excellent deal
Excellent! 100% battery life and no scratches at all
  • Renewed? Repaired.
I bought this phone to replace my very beloved yellow iPhone 11. Its battery desperately needed replaced, I had long outgrown the 128gb internal storage, and it recently developed a few dead pixels that turned into… many… that spread across the top of my screen. Nail in the coffin. I was quoted about $400 to repair it at the authorized shop Apple directed me to, so I decided it was just time to upgrade altogether. I LOVE my stupid little banana yellow phone and I don’t care too much about new gen features, the only notable exception being the new camera specs, so I almost got a 15 instead. I don’t think there’s enough of a difference between 15 and 16 overall, but I obviously like my phones to last a long time, so I opted for the latest model purely for longevity’s sake. The 16 Pro is also basically the same dimensions as the 11, so it doesn’t feel any different in my hand than what I’ve been used to for the past 6 years.I use Mint Mobile, so I needed an unlocked phone, hence why I purchased here. I bought a listing being sold and shipped directly by amazon.com instead of a third party seller. I had originally bought a listing from the seller “Wcell” but they never shipped it, then gave me a new shipping estimate of another month… So I canceled and reordered directly from amazon. I figured it would be less hassle to skip a third party seller if I needed to return the phone, anyway.I paid for shipping so I would get it sooner. I did NOT get it sooner (or even soon in general) and it was shipped via USPS instead of UPS or Fedex, which shocked me. I’ve never had something so expensive shipped parcel select before. Why did I even pay shipping? Phone arrived in an unassuming box aside from the giant lithium battery warning sticker, which gives away that it’s an electronic no matter how discreet they try to be. Inside package was another plain box with a serial number sticker on it, containing the phone and an unbranded double USB C charging cable. Nothing else. No paper, no invoice, not even an Amazon Renewed flyer I’ve seen in other reviews. It sat in my mailbox under the hot sun for a few hours before I could get to it, which is Not Great for the battery, and when I opened it the phone was hot to the touch. So keep this in mind when ordering. The phone’s outer condition is okay, but not quite up to the standard promised. This phone was listed as REFURBISHED – EXCELLENT, which states it should have “no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length”. However there are multiple scrapes on the titanium trim around the screen, leaving highly visible shiny silver specks against the black titanium, and a large scratch in the screen itself (pictured) The placement of the scratches lead me to believe the screen has been removed and the metal was scraped by a jimmy tool while prying it open. Maybe the screen was replaced? Maybe the screen had to be removed for another repair? Who knows. I would be surprised if it was a replacement unless they managed to scratch the new screen immediately after. The battery is GREAT. It arrived to me at 1%, but that’s the mail’s fault. Phone has been anctive since December 2024 but battery only has TWO (2) cycles on it and 100% capacity. The battery was definitely freshly replaced.I personally don’t mind the cosmetic damage enough to worry about trying to get a replacement, it took long enough to get it as is and the phone itself works just fine. If anything now I won’t feel bad if I add a flaw in the future, but I know a lot of people won’t feel the same way I do so I wanted to put my experience out there. So to recap, phone is what I would call Repaired. Brand new battery replacement, suspected screen replacement, with some cosmetic damage. Otherwise perfectly fine phone. I’ll update if anything changes with normal use.RIP in peace banana phone. You served me well ???? ????
  • Great upgrade from my XR
Easy order, easy transition. Works great.
  • Great Purchase
Great security measures from Amazon, it was my first time ordering a phone and didn’t know how the process was, but it was easy to adapt to. The phone came in new condition with great battery health. I did notice there was a little scratch in the bottom left bezzle but it wasn’t a major flaw. I upgraded from the 13 (didn’t trade in) as it was lagging when I typed and switch apps, battery health wasn’t good on it so I figured why not get the newer (to me) IPhone. Overall the experience ordering this phone was great for being my first time. It does take a while to get the eSIM transitioned from my old phone, but i think that’s a carrier thing. The color matches my glasses, which i didn’t even think about. Its sleek and lightweight and the camera zoom is impressive. The battery holds up pretty.
  • Renewed phone surpassed my expectations
This phone is great.Because I use StraightTalk, I’ve stuck with bargain phones for the last 10 years. Paying full price for unlocked phones, I try to make them last as long as possible. My last phone was an Amazon renewed iPhone XR that was reaching the end of its update and battery lifespan. This review may not apply to somebody simply upgrading from an iPhone 13 or 14, as the differences won’t be as noticeable as they were for me.I immediately noticed how fast the 16 Pro is. Webpages and apps take far less time to load and are much more responsive overall. It seems to sync with Bluetooth devices more quickly. The camera is also a huge upgrade for me. Like wow. Pictures look fantastic. It takes amazing video, too. I went to a metal concert this weekend and the sound quality of my videos was impressive. The 16 Pro has a new camera button on the right side of the phone, which is super useful. My only complaint, is that unlike the rest of the buttons, many phone cases just have a cutout to accommodate this one particular button. It leaves the side of the phone and the edge of the screen exposed, which I’m not a huge fan of. I imagine there’s a reason behind this design, but quite frankly, it doesn’t bother me enough to look it up.This phone has a USB-C port—an update long overdue in my opinion. It also uses an ESIM instead of the traditional physical SIM card. In my case, there was a simple process to transfer the service over on the StraightTalk website. I believe these changes actually came with the iPhone 15, but needless to say, they’re new to me.Screen size states 6.3”—I compared it to the 6.1” screen on my fiancé’s iPhone 15 Pro but didn’t notice a difference. Both phones appear identical to me, but I didn’t overly analyze it, and she didn’t take hers out of the case.Battery life is really nice. What would’ve completely drained my battery before, only drops it to 60% now.Considering this is a current gen renewed phone, I was expecting solid battery life, but not perfect. I was thrilled to see 100% battery life, and this one got me, ZERO CHARGE CYCLES. I can’t say they’re all going to be like this, but other reviewers mentioned similar things. It has an 11/2024 manufacturing date, and under warranty until 11/2025.Typical iPhone ease of use, durability and feel. I’ve used both Apple and Android phones over the years. If you’re like me, and you just want your phone to work, well, if you know, you know.Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

  • iPhone 14 – Better Than Expected!
I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this purchase deserves it. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition,” and honestly, it feels like I received a brand-new phone. The phone arrived well-packaged, secure, and clean — not a single scratch, ding, or smudge anywhere. I inspected it very closely under good lighting, and I genuinely couldn’t tell it was refurbished. The screen is flawless, the body looks new, and all the buttons and ports work perfectly. One of my biggest concerns was the battery, since that’s where a lot of refurbs cut corners. To my surprise, this phone came with 100% battery health — something even many new iPhones don’t always hold for long! That means the battery was either replaced recently or has barely been used. In daily use, the battery easily lasts me through the day with heavy tasks like streaming, browsing, calls, and navigation. No sudden drops or weird behavior at all.Performance is exactly what you’d expect from an iPhone 14: smooth, fast, no lag, and ready to handle anything. Face ID works perfectly, cameras are sharp, and the speakers are crisp. It also updated to the latest iOS without any issues. As for the seller — communication was clear, shipping was fast, and they obviously took pride in delivering a quality product. Many people hesitate with Amazon refurbs because it can be hit-or-miss depending on who you buy from, but this seller clearly values their reputation. I would absolutely buy from them again.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. I essentially got a “like-new” iPhone 14 for a much better price than buying brand new. If you’re on the fence about refurbished, let this be your sign: it’s worth it when you get a seller who takes care of their products. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.✅ Pros:• Looked brand new (zero scratchesor scuffs)• Battery health at 100% (a huge win)• Excellent performance & functionality• Secure packaging and quick delivery• Trusted seller that delivers on promises❌ Cons:• Honestly none so far — if anything changes, I’ll update this review, but right now I’m impressed.
  • Very happy with my purchase!
I bought this phone refurbished. It was unlocked so I was able to add it to my carrier easily..The phone was in almost perfect condition, no scratches or dings, it honestly looks untouched and brand spanking new, only thing I noticed so far is battery health is at 88%.. which is fine to me. My old phone’s battery says it “needs service “ so I’m okay with that. I also know a place that changes iPhone batteries for $50. I could have got a brand spanking new phone for 3x this price plus a 2 year contract but I didn’t want to do that.. I’m very happy and satisfied. Thanks so much! Next time I need an upgrade I will definitely buy again.
  • 1st purchase was great! This one was not!
I have had this iPhone for 38 days.It has the worst battery life of any iPhone I’ve ever owned, and I have owned ONLY iPhones since the first version was released 17 years ago. This is the second iPhone 14 that I’ve bought from the renewed store .The first one I bought on December 4th, 2023, and I could not have been happier with the phone. It arrived in brand new condition, and performed flawlessly. On the recommendation of a friend, I checked the battery health and charging after having it for MONTHS and it was at 100%! I was thrilled!I absolutely loved the phone!I never had a single problem with it.Unfortunately, on July 30 of this year I dropped it, and it was beyond repair.I immediately went back to the Amazon renewed store and purchased another iPhone 14 because my experience with the first one was so fantastic. It arrived in new looking condition, exactly like the one I bought in December 2023.It was not scratched or anything really noticeable, it just seemed to be “worn” a little bit, but I fully understood that it was a renewed phone, and any cosmetic issues were not that important to me, including the color, which, when my iPhone is in its case, you cannot tell what color it is anyway.Unfortunately, I DID NOT look at the battery health and charging when I first got the phone 38 days ago, but I did look at it about two weeks ago, and it said 93%.I thought, ok, it’s a renewed phone, it’s not going to have 100% battery life.I can live with that.Well, I just looked at it today and it’s now at 90% battery health and charging. So this phone is dying quickly. After being fully charged it dies within hours.I have it completely set up for optimized battery life.I have lost emails and messages that I was in the middle of composing, and the phone just dies.I’ve been in the middle of important phone calls when the phone dies, simply because I had just fully charged it a few hours before that, and thought I would be fine for hours to come.I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery a week ago, and I was on the phone with my doctors office yesterday about my first post-op appointment, and my phone died in the middle of it.I thought I had HOURS left before the phone would die. Then I had to plug it in, and wait for it to come back alive, so I could call my doctor back and hopefully not wait a half hour after losing my place in line.On top of that is also has issues with the touchscreen being glitchy, and sometimes I have to tap on things several times to get them to work.As I said, I have been an iPhone owner/user since the very first version came out 17 years ago.I’ve always loved all my iPhones, and I will continue to be an iPhone user for the rest of my life. This is in no way reflection on Apple iPhones whatsoever. They are an amazing and fantastic piece of technology.I think I just got a bad one for the first time in my life.Luckily, I have just checked and I have until November 6th to return this phone, and I WILL be returning it.The problem is, what do I do in the meantime?Am I expected to buy a new one and get that shipped to me, transfer all my information from this phone to the new one, and then return this one? That is extremely hard to do financially!I am actually still paying for this phone on my Amazon Prime American Express card!Or, do I return this phone and wait until the refund has been issued and then buy another phone? Then wait until that is sent to me.I would not have a phone for at least a week in the interim, and we all know these days that’s a practical impossibility.I am also having several medical issues.Like I said, I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery last Monday, September 9th, and have several upcoming follow up appointments, and physical therapy appointments.I also have several other non-related medical issues that definitely require that I have a phone.I just don’t know what to do.
  • Perfect parchase
I still can’t believe how blessed I’ve been to receive a phone that looks like a new one. Honestly, it makes me doubt it’s ever been used. I was expecting it to arrive with a few scratches, but it’s in perfect condition, literally like a new one. The battery condition is at 100%, and I also expected it to be at best at 85%, but no, it arrived at 100%, it’s incredible. I absolutely didn’t expect to receive a phone in such perfect condition. I’m thankful to God for this phone; I definitely didn’t expect anything like this.
