I use this food chopper all the time to mainly make potato salad to chop the potatoes and eggs. It works very well and cuts my potato salad making time in half. YOU MUST BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS CHOPPER! THE COPPER INSERTS ARE VERY SHARP which is good but again, be careful using it. I have not used it on raw veggies yet. I really like that it comes with accessories that help you clean it afterwards. It does take a little bit of time to get it very clean and you do want to get it very clean. I love this food chopper!

I have not used it a lot, but when I have it is worked great. It’s a good value for the money. Cleans well in the dishwasher and is really easy to use.

Very easy to use. The clean up suck on the parts. The food you chopped is stuck in it and you have to manually get it out. I will still be using it because it speeds up the process in chopping up food. Stores easily and is made of a good thick plastic material.

This chopper is amazing! It’s super easy to use and chops everything evenly, which makes cooking and prep work so much faster. I love how all the pieces come out the same size and shape — it really helps meals look and cook more consistently.The blades are very sharp, but honestly, that’s what makes it so effective. Just be careful when cleaning or switching them — I even nicked my thumb once while wearing gloves. Totally on me, though, since the sharpness is part of why it works so well.Overall, a great kitchen tool that’s worth every penny!

As with the food slicer I recently bought… you don’t drag out either unit, unless you have at least a moderate amount of product/produce to process. Isn’t worth the time/trouble/cleanup, for lesser quantities; better to ‘old school it’ with a knife/cutting brd, for those smaller/individual consumption items/quantities.Don’t expect to cube cheese with this unit (at least, not with the small cuber; haven’t tried cheese with the lgr cube plate). I was expecting to do so, but an ~ 5/16″ thick slice off a round Gouda cheese cylinder, which just fit the width of the cuber plate… got WELL & truly stuck, about halfway in. But was easy to dislodge, by simply flipping the lower plate over, and using the pusher plate to eject the embedded cheese slice.Works great for cubing/slicing soft, non-sticky veggies (like onions or bell peppers; just like in the videos).I anticipate it should work OK with sliced ham, but have yet to try it. Plan to. Will update, if a prob.The egg slicer works well.Don’t expect to use the Spiralizer with other than VERY firm cucumbers (or long squash, I assume [haven’t tried, as I greatly dislike squash, in gnrl]), etc., etc.; because the little spiked ‘holder/driver’ will simply spin-in-place with, say, a soft(er)-centered/ripe cucumber.When you try to Spiralize such, by hand (W/O the pusher/spinner)… its too slippery (if you’ve peeled it), and you can only do so much… before you get a dbl-coned/ended shape that is no longer practical to further attempt.I suppose you could insert a couple of those dbl-spiked corn cob holders into the off-center portions of a soft cucumber half… and THAT might let you spin it (until the blade encounters the long, metal pins!), but… is it really worth the effort?The hand juicer is appropriate for mostly just small lemons or limes. I’ve a hvy dty/elec juicer, so haven’t tried this unit’s juicer.The hand peeler accessory, on the other hand, is maybe the best part of the entire package! I was looking frwd to trying it, and it certainly didn’t disappoint!It’s the finest peeler I’ve ever used, bar none, works well/easily, and has four blades/modes. Peels like there’s no tomorrow!!Exceptionally easy to clean (and sharpen); with no clogging with peel during use, as with my OXO brand hand peeler.The peeler blades (ALL the unit’s incld’d blades, for that matter!) are quite, QUITE razor sharp!!The receptacle is ergonomic, and of a good/useful size. The upper unit fits to it well, and the loaded device is very stable. Two wide, rbbr ‘feet’ on the bottom help with that non-slipping stability.A hand-crank, cone slicer/processor might be more appropriate, depending on your usage scenario.That, or an elec Cuisinart food processor. Again, not worth dragging out/cleaning up after, except for major usage. In fact, that’s why I bought this unit, instead of a small, elec food processor – hoping it would ‘fill the gap’, so to speak.Might end up buying an electric, anyway. Go figure. :-)Overall, though, a well designed/executed unit; but, perhaps… marginally worth the $40 price tag.Recommended, nonetheless.

This chopper is the greatest thing since sliced bread for me. It makes cubing and choking a absolute breeze.

This one chopper replaced 2 separate tools I currently had in my kitchen, saving me precious storage space. The collection cup is nice and big, and the different blades are easy to switch out. It’s also very easy to clean. The hinged top comes off so it can fit inside a dishwasher if needed.

Works like a charm! Cleans well, cuts well, comes apart well , and super easy to put back together and quick! I use it for all my veggies! It makes cutting onions, especially more easy. They are cut up so quick that I no longer tear up when I cut onions like I normally used to do!

This is such a great item that I have purchased several for gifts. It works great cooking inside the home or outside BBQ-ing. Gone are those round metal thermometers that you had to insert and hope the display needles showed an accurate reading. The temperature window has a back light so it is easily readable. The probe folds down neatly into the case and is easy to clean. It has a magnet feature as well, so you can keep it conveniently on your refrigerator if you desire. Such a good price for a handy useful product.

This digital thermometer works well, and responds quickly to temperature changes. It was easy to calibate with ice water, and verify with boiling water.

We really love our ThermoPro TP19H Digital Meat Thermometer! It appears to be mechanically durable! We have only used it to barbecue 5 medium rare steaks! However it is very fast in giving us an immediate temperature reading! The steaks were great!

What a quality temperature probe! I like the size a lot. Temperature reading is right on. I’m not wowed by a product very often but this one is over the top nice. It feels and function a heck of a lot better than it’s inexpensive price tag would suggest. I would definitely buy again and recommend it highly to a friend or family member.

Scale is easy to operate and very very quick to register anything you place on it and LED is easy to read????????????????(see pic).Scale is perfect size & light weight.Brushed chrome matches my appliances, my preference.More than I ever thought I’d spend on a food scale, but I considered my health journey is worth the money to achieve my goal. Plus, I’ve spent more in a restaurant on food that wasn’t really healthy, so can’t be a cheapo on the bigger picture ????.Cons(4-star): My only complaint, hence my 4-star is, I don’t seem to have a single product that the bar code recognizes when scanning and my food items can be found in most stores. However, I can take a pic of the nutrition label which registers all details accurately, but then I have to take a pic of the front of the product, fat-finger in the name of the product and brand. The positive side is everything I add will now be there with 1-tap the next time(see pic).

This thing works great! My girlfriend loves it it has accurate measurements and the touchscreen is easy to use and intuitive! It takes a couple AAA batteries but they last a long time! Item is also super thing and easy to store!

I have mixed feeling about this smart kitchen scale.On one hand, the build quality is solid – it looks sleek on the countertop, the surface is easy to clean, and the scale itself is very accurate.That said, the usability leaves a bit to be desired. The app setup was easy. however, adding new items/data was not so easy. Once connected, the app does offer a lot of features like nutrition tracking, but the interface is not the most intuitive. This is not beginner-friendly.I purchased it for nutrition tracking, but I use it just to measure baking goods.Good price for a smart scale

So Much More than a Kitchen Scale – A “Nutrition” Scale.I bought this scale – not to lose weight…although it could be used for that – quite effectively, but to track my Sodium, Calories, Fats, Sugars and overall Daily “LIMITS” levels from the Food I consume.Nothing could work better. ALL the Nutrition DATA is on EVERY product LABEL…from Calories..ALL the way down to mcg. of Vitamins…Potassium..Fiber..etc. the “Killer App” of this scale is that you can SCAN the UPC…”price code” and say 90+% of the time, the EXACT product is found, and uploaded. From then on…take a week to upload your “repeat” food, and anything you add to your diet. If a product is NOT FOUND..you can “create food” and add the nutrition numbers in…it’s easy. You can even load a “Taco Bell” Burrito…the nutrition facts are online…easy to find.Ok…Things to note:- You have to “ADD” products to get them in the database…BUT they are easy to DELETE…they say ‘swipe right or left” Iphone or Android…but do this instead…”PUSH DOWN” on item…gives you delete.- You can Also add “MEALS”…just make a list of a meal you eat, and click on … and “Add as a meal”…name it..and it becomes a choice…like a potato.- You can add grams, oz, ml. etc of food 2 ways..A. Cool Feature Really.- You can search food by typing it in – search database (if not in your data)..or it searches your food so no scrolling.- Sort alphabetically or by “recent” most used..- bummer it doesn’t keep your last search criteria.- You can add your age..height weight gender AND DIET you choose…I did DASH..and it gives you Kcal per day…Calories…- BUT..you can go to SETTINGS..and enter your Calorie limit/goal…AND Add limits to EACH category…- ie..I put in the LIMITS daily for DASH…2300 mg SODIUM…Down to 15 mcg Vitamin D..- Given all this…You can..And I do..MEET ALL your limits per day by entering Breakfast lunch dinner snacks…and as the day goes on..you can “customize” dinner..snacks etc. if you are going to go over a limit. (The one exception is SUGARS..I think this scale counts FRUIT sugars equal to added sugars in processed food IMHO)…watch for that.- Lastly…NUTRITION INFORMATION gives you a rundown of numbers vs limits…and some verbiage on what to do if you blow a limit….green is good..red is over.- Lastly lastly…lll 3 bars gives you daily, weekly, monthly histograms of calories per meal, and Carbs protein fats per day week month breakdown.It’s entirely possible to enter EVERYTHING you Eat…but it takes a bit of time commitment. I always used these bags to brine my Thanksgiving turkey – they are great. They seal well and are thick enough that you don’t have to worry about a spatchcocked turkey tearing the bag and long as you are careful. The meat shreddrs and the baster with the screw on injectors was a huge plus, adding to the great value.

bought this for thanksgiving and christmas, there being two bags is perfect since we only need two for the two holidays. this was re-buy for me actually! they worked SO well last year that i bought it again this year! you won’t be disappointed with these bags. we use 12lb turkeys and there is so much space left in the bag that i tie the bag up after sealing so if you’re a large turkey person it’ll work!

The size I ordered is very big but it did the job! Easy to zip closed and doesn’t leak. I just bought some more because the turkey was delicious after brining!!

Brining bag is bigger than we need but th I s way there will not be any spills! We’re very happy with it and it arrived fast.

This is worth every penny! I debated getting it because I’ve been using two forks or a handheld mixer to shred my chicken, and I don’t know WHY I EVER WAITED TO BUY THIS! It literally takes five seconds to shred a whole chicken breast. My husband and I will buy 2 rotisserie chickens from Sam’s Club, shred them and freeze them for easy dinners and this cuts that prep time down to almost nothing!I love the purple color; it’s nice heavy-duty plastic. It fits a whole chicken breast (split in two pieces), sits firmly on the counter while I turn it back and forth to shred the chicken. It doesn’t move at all. I’ve rinsed it off and thrown in the dishwasher multiple times. No issue, but I do take the handles off to hand wash them. I can just put it back together and store it in the cupboard. The brush that comes with it is handy to clean the chicken out.Glad I have this in my kitchen tool arsenal now!

This is a great chicken shredder, it holds two decent sized pieces of chicken [Breast or thighs] at a time and shreds them almost instantly. It takes about two swings of the shredder left-right-left-right to fully shred the chicken. It comes with a cleaning brush and a small fork which must be to allow you to removed small pieces of chicken from the two holes for the handles. Assembly is simple just snap in the two handles and you are done, suction or traction to the counter is excellent. I highly recommend this product. There is exactly ONE improvement that could be made easily and that is to close off the bottom of the handle holes though that may also require at least one hole in the top of the handle to promote drying. This product works perfectly! I was doubtful, even with its good reviews. How could something so simple work so well? It does 🙂 Especially easy with warm chicken. The chicken in the pictures is very shredded, as I use it in the dog food I make, and want it minced finely. This was three rotations of the gadget. If you wanted to have it less shredded, ie, for tacos or such, it shreds in nice, larger pieces on one turn. In less than a minute, I shredded four pounds of cooked chicken breast. And that is with arthritic hands. It sticks well to the counter, so there was no fussing with anything slippery or messy. I have also shredded a pork loin for pork sandwiches. Haven’t shredded beef, but I see no reason why it wouldn’t work as well. Would like to stress that it does its best work when the meat is warm. I tried it with cold chicken just to see – it worked, but required a lot of pressure and work for the hands. Would also mention to follow the directions to put pieces of meat in. For instance, I cut each cooked breast into four. I did not try to squeeze an whole breast onto it. When finished, it went into the dishwasher. Easy cleanup, always a good thing.

So I make a lot of tinga at my house and I got tired of shredding the chicken with two forks it would take me forever and waste my time. I saw this shredder on TikTok and was wondering if it would work. I’ve had this for a month and just opened it today to shred the chicken for dinner and as soon as I used it, it made the biggest difference! I only did it a few times and my chicken was shredded even better than when I do it by hand. I wish I would’ve gotten this gadget sooner and the fact it’s dishwasher safe it’s a plus. If you are tired of shredding it by hand save yourself time and buy this!

This makes shredding chicken so much easier. I feel like you can only put 1 large chicken breast in at a time in order for it all to get shredded. The plastic is a little bit flimsier than I expected but has held up so far. I like the suction cups on the bottom so it does not move while you are shredding the chicken. I think my biggest complaint would be that it is hard to clean but it is also dishwasher safe so if you use a dishwasher you have it made.

My bf and I always say, “god I love this thing” when we use it, so I thought it would be funny to come read the reviews. The fact there are negative reviews on this is comical. I saw one that said “it’s so hard to use” and a few others that say it slides all over the counter. Absolute looney tunes behavior. If you have trouble using this device, I’m genuinely worried about what temperature you think cooked chicken is.

Where has this been all my life???!!OMG, I love-love-love it!!!! It has cut soooooo much off from my cooking time, that I almost feel like I need to find something else to do in the kitchen for 15min!! Its very easy to use, and takes only seconds to shred a full chicken breast.I questioned the cleaning process when ordered, but now that I’ve actually used it, I can say that cleaning it isn’t an issue – its dishwasher safe. Boom. Done.The packaging was a nice, sturdy, manufacturer box – not in plain plastic wrapping, like many items from Amazon do. It also came with a tiny little stainless fork to use if you need to guide meat away from the prongs (which I haven’t had to use, yet, but I suppose some types of meats can be stickier, like pulled pork).This sucker is a game-changer. And its inexpensive, too….so if you’re looking for a gift to give someone (who does ANY type of cooking using meat) without spending a lot of money, THIS IS IT, and the recipient will forever love you for it. I bought this Chicken Shredder back in June 2025. I just now used it for the first time in Nov. 2025. WOW! It was easy to put together. It is so amazing & so easy to use. I had a different thermometer, and it works good. This thermometer reads faster, is easier to read and hold. I like that it turns itself on when opened and shuts itself off when closed. I’ve tested it against 3 other thermometers and they all read the same. tested in boiling water and Ice water. It’s accurate.

I’m so glad I went with this one. It is accurate and fast. It came with a handy meat temperature guide, well written instructions . And an extra battery. It cleans up easily and most importantly works perfectly. A great value for the price.

Awesome little digital thermometer! I grill a LOT… and I know the worse thing you can do is overcook food, especially chicken and fish. I like this thermometer because not only is it compact, its accurate, its easy to use, and it also has an embedded magnet that allows it to stay where you put it on the old weber grill. I cook chicken to 160° and remove the chicken immediately bc it keeps cooking in the pan on the way to the BBQ table! Burgers… I go 135° and Tuna Steaks I pull at 135°-140°.

The thermometer was better than expected. I have bought the other recommended product from Amazon but bought this additional for our RV based on the great reviews and was very impressed. I prefer this one. Has all the temps on the product in the event you forget, it’s quickly referenced. Easy on and off, no buttons to mess with, just open and close. Small enough to make it easy to store. Easy cleaning. Has the cool back lit function. Appears to be great quality thus far. Has recalibration instructions in the event it’s needed, that’s convenient. Even came with a spare battery that I was not anticipating. Very impressed with the product.

I have been using these thermometers for years. They are always accurate and have held up to camping, outdoor BBQing and washing fine. They also come with extra batteries. The light button is very helpful when you’re cooking outdoors in low light. I have repurchased this item a time or two, not because the product has failed, but rather to give as gifts and so I have one in my camper van and one in my kitchen for cooking at home. Just for the record, I am just a DIY guy and have no affiliation with this product of the seller. I wish companies would send me free stuff to review, but for me, that’s just a dream! I highly recommend this product.

I am 74 with arthritis in my thumbs. This KitchenAid can opener is the bomb! Just hold it over the can you want to open and it cuts through a metal can like silk. This is the best can opener I have ever used. I’ll take this over an electronic one any day of the week. It neatly fits in my utensil drawer, it’s easy to rinse and keep clean and a breeze to use. This is a deal for the price. You’ll never need to buy another one.

Form and functions a a good value price. Surely this is a Chinese cheaply made model. that said, it does everything one might ask it to do. It neither heavy nor too light. I have arthritis from time to time in my hands, so it is important that it turns easily with gearing. It does work exactly as expected. It seems safe and has a hand operated its nice and quiet. The grip could be a bit more slip resistant, although it has not been a problem.

I love this can opener because it works very easily for opening cans without much strength needed which is exactly what I was hoping for because I have no strength in my hands and my hands are very small so my old opener just wasn’t working for me and this opener works so smoothly and doesn’t take much strength to use which is an absolute necessity for me. It works great and so easily and the price was much less than expected so overall it’s a great choice for a handheld can opener, very functional and I’m happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to others who have issues with hand strength or general weakness.

This can opener replaced a very old tired one. What a difference! It’s nice quality, sharp/smooth cutting, making the chore quick and easy. Would buy again but unless it gets lost, I don’t think I’ll need to.

I bought one of those cheap 1 dollar can openers and it quickly bent and wore out unable to open cans. I spent the extra money and went with this. It glides easy, easy to turn handle, no missing cuts when opening. Nicely fits in you hand. Ive become a fan of kitchen aid products due to their quality.

I have ordered these before and I use them regularly in my air fryer. They work great. I generally double up if it’s an oily or greasy item but it’s really not necessary. They keep the fryer clean and the food in a place that is easily lifted out of the fryer. I will likely buy again.

Awesome, tried them for the first time and they will make my life easier. They fit perfectly in my TASTEE AIR FRYER . I’ll be making a keto friendly cake in it tomorrow. I actually pulled out the parchment square with my burrito’s still in it and slapped it on my plate and ate out of it . Not only was my air fryer spotless but so was my plate. Perfect for the air fryer when you have an item that would normally require cleaning. With the paper liners you simply remove, wipe and you are done. Great product.

Bought these to use in my Cosori 5.8qt air fryer and they fit nicely. What a time and work saver these paper liners have been. The paper itself feels thin, but they’re pretty strong. They’re leak proof and able to hold grease very well. I wish the sides were a little higher, but I guess it’s better this way to get the air circulation that you need. Cleanup is easy using these liners. If there is grease, I just grab the 4 corners and lift out of the basket and pour out the grease. Then just fold the liner up and throw in garbage. Then it’s a quick rinse and wipe of the air fryer basket and done.

At some point you realize that using the air fryer often leads to frequent cleaning and these help alleviate that while still allowing proper cooking. It’s so easy now to just throw away the liner when done and then minimal cleaning is needed. These hold their form well and are easy to use. We don’t experience burning or any issues with them so far.

I ordered these paper liners for my 4.5 quart Air Fryer. They make a big difference at cleanup time. Just toss the paper liner in the trash. Now cleaning the air fryer is 10 times easier, a lot less mess to deal with. Great product.

I use to wash my air fryer everyday and it is a hassle since it is shaped like a square and bulky for my sink. However, these liners make my life so much easier! It also saves me time, water, and soap. They’re thin but thick enough to not rip when you use it. It also absorbs the grease pretty good, I never notice any grease residue when I remove the liner.

These papers work great even cooked a hamburger in my air fryer using this paper . Still no clean up needed and the paper held up to the excess grease

UPDATE: I love this product so much! It turns out, I use it almost every day. I like to cook from scratch and I have pretty good knife skills. This product is perfect for dicing onions! No more tears! Just peel, cut the onion in half. I can either small or medium dice, depending on which insert I choose. So easy! I’ve grown to love dicing bell peppers this way, too.This slices mushrooms beautifully. I was surprised that it does a pretty good (but messy) job of dicing tomatoes (lots of juice). Carrots dice or slice well, too. The trick is that the vegetable or fruit isn’t too large, or it can be tricky.I debated investing in one of these kitchen gadgets for a long time. I was dubious at how helpful these really are. I have good knife skills, and am pretty adept at dicing onion. Could there be any easier way? Yes, it turns out there is. There are some caveats, though. After reviewing previous comments and watching videos, I decided that I’d just have to see for myself.My first advice is to carefully wash and study how to assemble and disassemble each part. One video showed a person who could not remove the the chopping blade with his fingers. Hello? Use a butter knife! Voila, it popped right out.I have two kinds of mandolins. One is a very traditional one, but it’s cumbersome and takes up a lot of space. The other one is a vertical one, and I do like it. However, the chute capacity is small and you have to click a bunch of numbers to program the cut you want.So, here’s what I learned. Practice. Experiment. You can’t expect to have this chopper to dice HUGE chunks of vegetables. They should be cut to fit the size of the blade. I also tried dicing some Canadian Bacon. It worked, but a lot got stuck. Maybe deli meats aren’t the best idea.You really need to be careful when handling the blade. I was initially trying to figure out how to insert a blade with the mandoline feature and I cut myself! My index finger bled like a stuck pig, and it hurt! It was totally my fault. Now that I understand how to insert and remove the blades, the odds of cutting myself are much slimmer.As far as cleaning, I like the “comb” that’s included. Bottom line, this works great with vegetables and some fruits (like apples). I have arthritis in my thumbs, now, so this is a great new kitchen tool I’ll use often.

So I am not a gadget person. I think many things can be accomplished with what you would use typically. However, this is one gadget that is AMAZING. I absolutely LOVE this product!!! If I had ONE dislikable feature it’s that the square cutters are either big or small. If there was a midsized option it would be absolutely PERFECT. It makes food prep for me go so much faster!!! Even the mandolin works amazingly!!! My 20 year old daughter uses it every single day for onions (for her eggs). My husband (who doesn’t cook often) used it for the first time too and he had no problem figuring it out. The blades are nice and sharp even after daily use for 3 months!!! Really good product at an affordable cost

This kitchen chopper is much more than I had anticipated. I have yet to use all the attachments, but thus far has made meal prepping a breeze. It is simple to use with blade changes and clean up. I like how you can store all attachments inside the chopper when not is use. I have tried other brands in the past but this one is the best!

This is actually a good chopper. I’ve had cheaper ones in the past where you had to pound on it or stand on it to make it chop. This one you still need to cut the material in small chunks to make it easier but it does do a good job of chopping. And it’s super easy to clean. They say dishwasher safe, I still wash it by hand. They give you brushes and scoops to get any material out of tight areas. And I won’t put any of these parts in the microwave. There are reviews that say if you put the plastic bin in the microwave it will Warp and slightly melt. This one was a little more expensive at $57 but for me it’s worth. I’m chopping onions and bell Peppers quickly and easily. I haven’t used the other attachments yet for grading or slicing but I’m sure those will work well. It’s a good quality, and a decent price.

This is a grest product. I had an older version thst worked great, but it did not have a mandolin.When i saw this updated model, which included a mandolin (with a safety handle), I had to have it. It works just as well as the old one, but had a mandolin, several different size blades and a bigger container, so you can slice a bigger quantity at a time. It comes apart, cleans up quickly stores compactly.Great addition to my kitchen.

This device is great for dicing vegetables. It makes a huge difference for me to be able to make salads daily. It has two dicer blades that are both easy to use. One just needs to be careful to place the item entirely over the blades and not over the plastic. Also one needs to be careful to not put in anything that’s particularly tough like a 3+ inch cube of raw beet or raw carrot or anything equally hard to cut, as the blades are not made for such large pieces. This is my 3rd vegetable slicer like this (2nd Mueller) and despite that the dicer blades only last about a year before they break, and Mueller does not make replacement blades (nor do any of its competitors), I really like the device and will probably continue to buy them until someone makes one with replaceable blades.

People generally think of titanium as a very strong material, particularly since it is used in aircraft, spacecraft, and medical implants. That doesn’t mean it won’t scratch though! This cutting board definitely scratches easily. The first time we used it, it scratched noticeably. We know titanium is not scratch-proof, but this thing develops scratches each time it is used — so be prepared for that. Supposedly the scratches can be buffed out but we haven’t tried that yet.Having said that, we generally like this cutting board quite a lot. It is a perfect size at 16″x11″ — not small, and not overwhelming either. We especially like that it is two-sided — titanium for meats, and wheat straw (?!) on the reverse for vegetables. Thus the two never get mixed when prepping meals. In the corner of the straw side is a scraper for mincing up small things like garlic, which is nice but it isn’t perfect. Still, it’s a good attempt.The “straw” side isn’t loose fibers; it is a solid surface. We wondered about that when we first purchased it, but it turns out to be just fine. It has a groove all around it to catch juices, a welcome touch.The board has a handle for ease of use, which we like very much. Of course it can be used to hang the board as well when it isn’t in use, but we just put it away in a drawer. There is another version which has the handle “on the outside” but we like this version much better.In general, we recommend this board and would buy it again, or just to have another. It is a good value especially when on sale. If you can get it at a discount, it’s an easy choice.
